Dengan penekanan pada kinerja manajerial dan individu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi gagasan kinerjadalam konteks manajemen organisasi. Kinerja individu dievaluasi menggunakan berbagai kriteria,termasuk keluaran, kualitas, kehadiran, ketepatan waktu, dan keterampilan kolaboratif. Sebaliknya,kinerja manajemen mengacu pada bagaimana anggota staf benar-benar berperilaku dalam kapasitasmanajerial mereka, termasuk komunikasi, kehadiran, hasil kerja, dan kebijakan bisnis. Metode padapenelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif bersifat eksploratif yang dimana data-data yang di ambil berasaldari sumber web akademis seperti Mendeley, google cendekia, dan lainnya. Koefisien jalur yangmenunjukkan peningkatan kinerja seiring dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja memperkuat hubunganpositif antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja, yang merupakan tema kunci dalam kesimpulan ini. Topikpenting lainnya adalah kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kinerja manajerial juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh gayakepemimpinan, dengan analisis, komunikasi, keberanian, dan tanggung jawab menjadi aspek pentingyang harus diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja manajerial. 

This service aims to provide training on the use of the educational game Rangkar Ultra (Circular Chain of Giant Snakes and Ladders) as an alternative learning media for additives at MTS Ja- Alhaq, Bengkulu City. This service involved 80 class VII students at MTS Ja-Alhaq, Bengkulu City. The service was carried out using the Technical Assistance Model method in the form of training activities and mentoring activities. The training activities were carried out by delivering material about additives in food and then providing information about the rules and regulations. how to use the educational game Rangkar Ultra. Meanwhile, mentoring activities are carried out after carrying out the previous activities, namely by practicing the educational game Rangkar Ultra to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. The result of this service activity is that students can utilize the Rangkar Ultra educational game as an innovative learning medium to increase motivation and interest in learning for class VII students at MTS Ja-Alhaq, Bengkulu City.

The author conducted this research based on the low literacy and numeracy abilities of students. This research activity was attended by grade 6 students, where this activity aims to be able to improve literacy and numeracy skills for students. In this study, the author used a qualitative research method by observing the actions of a person directly and then describing them in detail so that readers could understand them. This research activity has three stages, namely the first stage is planning an activity to be carried out, the second stage is the implementation process to observe grade 6 students, and the third stage is the evaluation and conclusion stage. Based on the research results, it was found that students will tend to have literacy skills if they continue to practice literacy and learn numeracy. In addition, if the learning process is carried out by learning while playing so that these students can develop a strong sense of enthusiasm in learning literacy and numeracy.

Young women are said to have entered the puberty phase, one of which is marked by menstruation. Menstruation is actually a natural, progressive and positive biological symptom as a biological sign of sexual maturity. So this incident should be accepted with a reasonable attitude. However, menstruation usually has disorders, one of which is premenstrual disorder which is usually called Premenstrual Syndrome. The impact that arises due to PMS symptoms is that female students lose interest in doing activities and sleep more during class. The female student explained that the stress she experienced was usually due to a large load of lessons and school assignments, interactions with peers, and personal problems. Providing good knowledge to support their readiness in dealing with PMS to increase the knowledge of young women. The results of the t-test carried out showed that the value increased after the introduction and prevention of pre-menstrual syndrome. From these results it can be proven that counseling or providing education has a positive impact, namely increasing the average knowledge of teenagers about Premestrual Syndrome

The agricultural sector is one of the main and very important sectors for Indonesian economy because many Indonesian people work as farmers spread throughout Indonesia. the number of requests for rice raw materials is not fulfilled due to various kinds of obstacles experienced by farmers. One of the problems in Musir Lor Village as a village with a majority of the population working as farmers is the lack of land that can be used for farming and the weakness of farmers' ability to be able to develop their agricultural products. For this reason, technology is needed to be able to help solve the problems faced by farmers in Musir Lor Village. KKNT 65 students from UPN Veteran Jawa Timur help them to overcome the existing problems by holding discussion about Hydroponic planting media also practice to make simple Hydroponics for the people of Musir Lor Village The implementation of socialization activities carried out at the Musir Lor Village Hall on May 11th 2023 which was attended by around 32 people. The socialization included an explanation of the meaning of hydroponics, presentation of material about the advantages of hydroponics, explanation of the tools and materials needed, then there was a training session for installing hydroponic frames and carrying out seeds who then transferred the planting from rockwool to the hydroponic framework, the series of hydroponic socialization events was closed with a question and answer session related to what had been conveyed. Furthermore, there are also controlling activities that will last for few weeks to ensure that the plants can grow properly.

Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) segera setelah lahir atau biasa disebut inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) serta pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah salah satu tindakan yang relatif murah dan mudah diterapkan pemeritah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kelangsungan hidup bayi baru lahir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan inisiasi menyusu dini dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum fisiologis pada bayi baru lahir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kasus kontrol (case control), Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSKDIA Pertiwi Makassar pada bulan April s/d Mei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol dengan perbandingan 1 : 1 yaitu kelompok kasus (bayi baru lahir yang terdiagnosa ikterus neonatorum)  sebanyak 17 orang dan kelompok kontrol (bayi baru lahir yang tidak terdiagnosa ikterus neonatorum) sebanyak 17 orang, sehingga keseluruhan sampel yang di gunakan berjumlah 34 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data adalah pengumpulan data sekunder. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan software SPSS for windows versi 24. Hasil penelitia pengujian menggunakan teknik chi-square didapatkan ρ = 0,037 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, Dengan demikian ada hubungan antara Inisiasi Menyusu Dini dengan Kejadian Ikterus Neonatorum Fisiologis  pada Bayi Baru Lahir di RSKDIA Pertiwi Makassar.
 
 

Penyembuhan luka perineum membutuhkan makanan yang banyak mengandung protein seperti ikan gabus. Ikan gabus mengandung albumin yang penting bagi kesehatan kerena dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Albumin biasa dimanfaatkan untuk mempercepat pemulihan jaringan sel tubuh. Itu sebabnya ibu nifas dianjurkan kengkonsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus agar penyembuhan luka lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui pengaruh mengkonsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus trehadap penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimental jenis Quasy Eksperimental dengan pendekatan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu nifas di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa. berjumlah 163 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden yaitu ibu nifas yang mau mengkonsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar check list. Analisa data menggunakan independent simple t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang mengkonsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus sebagian besar memiliki tingkat penyembuhan luka perineum yang baik sebanyak 10 orang (50,0%). Responden yang tidak mengkonsumsi ekstrak ikan gabus sebagian besar memiliki tingkat penyembuhan luka perineum sedang sebanyak 13 orang (65,0%) dan ada pengaruh pemberian ekstrak ikan gabus terhadap penyembuhan luka perineum di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa. Dengan nilai p= 0,012 < α 0,05. Petugas kesehatan diharapkan melakukan pertolongan persalinan lebih cermat sehingga mampu mencegah terjadinya ruptur perineum dan memberikan penjelasan kepada pasien untuk mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung banyak protein untuk proses penyembuhan luka.
 
 

This study aims to determine the performance of Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Nabire using the Value For Money approach in 2019-2021. Value For Money is a concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely economy, efficiency, and also effectiveness.
This research is a quantitative descriptive study, where this research will describe the phenomena or characteristics of the data during the period 2019, 2020 and 2021 using the value for money method approach which consists of the analysis of Economic Ratios, Effectiveness Ratios and Efficiency Ratios. This research was conducted at Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Nabire using secondary data sources. Secondary data obtained in the form of documentation, namely the number of results from the APBD and RAPBD of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Nabire on the DJPK (Directorate General of Fiscal Balance) Data Portal website of the Ministry of Finance: https://djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/portal/data/apbd.
This study shows that the performance of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Nabire has not met the value for money principle because the economic ratio shows a value of > 100% in 2019 and 2021 meaning it is not economical because the realization of expenditure is greater than the budget, the efficiency ratio shows a value of > 100% in 2019 meaning that it is inefficient because the realization of expenditure is greater than the realization of income, and the effectiveness ratio shows a value of <100% in 2019-2020 which means that it is not effective because the realization of income is smaller than the revenue budget.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia sebelum dan saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review  berdasarkan 10 artikel penelitian dengan topik penilaian kinerja pemerintah daerah sebelum dan saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas kinerja pemerintah daerah mengalami penurunan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pembatasan kegiatan yang dilakukan saat pandemi Covid-19.
