The crime of maltreatment is a deliberate act that causes injury, pain or even death to a person. However, efforts to resolve minor persecution crimes can be done through Restorative Justice. Restorative Justice can be done through mediation of victims of persecution. This research formulates the problem of knowing how the legal arrangements by the Prosecutor's Office on Restorative Justice and knowing how the efforts and obstacles to overcoming persecution crimes based on Restorative Justice by the North Padang Lawas State Attorney's Office. This research method is through empirical juridical research with field studies at the North Padang Lawas State Attorney's Office related to countermeasures against criminal acts of persecution based on Restorative Justice. The data collection technique used by the author in this research is Field Research, which includes data sourced from interviews with the Public Prosecutor at the North Padang Lawas State Attorney's Office. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis. The process of applying Restorative Justice in the crime of persecution in the North Padang Lawas District Attorney's Office is carried out by means of the Public Prosecutor offering peace efforts to the victim and suspect. Based on cases that meet the criteria for Restorative Justice, the State Attorney's Office will write to the High Prosecutor's Office and the Deputy Attorney General's Office for General Crimes to seek approval for Restorative Justice. The North Padang Lawas District Attorney's Office prioritizes peace between victims and perpetrators in resolving cases of light maltreatment by involving the families of both parties, such as community leaders, without any pressure, coercion, or intimidation from the Public Prosecutor who acts as a facilitator.

The development of social media networks is extraordinary, with very easy access and unlimited friendships so that all groups regardless of social status ranging from old, young, and even children are so enthusiastic in using social media especially teenagers. Social networks are also used as a place for emotional outbursts, and it is not uncommon to express anger in the form of insults or insults which are often referred to as cyberbullying. The ITE Law provides legal protection for victims of criminal acts of cyberbullying as an effort to protect the law which is interpreted as the recognition and guarantees provided by the law in relation to human rights. Legal protection is a "condition sine quanon" law enforcement is a manifestation of the function of the law as its aim. is to prevent disputes. The purpose of writing is to determine the impact of cyberbullying on adolescents on social media. The method used is literature review using articles and journals from 2016 to 2020 obtained from the Google Scholar electronic database. The results of various studies show that cyberbullying on adolescents on social media has a huge impact that affects all aspects of life from psychological, physical, and social aspects. The impact of cyberbullying that is felt is not only the victim, but the perpetrator, perpetrator and victim will also have an impact.

In Industry 4.0, the use of social media is increasingly sophisticated. It is not only used for communication purposes but has been used for gaining knowledge, preaching content and so on.

This research employs qualitative approaches to investigate how women contribute to enhancing the family's financial situation within Islamic frameworks. It delves into the factors impacting their roles and examines their involvement in household duties, empowerment initiatives, and managing various responsibilities. The findings highlight that women primarily contribute to the family economy by engaging in daily household tasks, participating in empowerment programs, and managing their time across different roles. Additionally, their earnings are crucial in financially supporting the family's needs.

Researchers seek for literature pertinent to research concerns as part of their data gathering procedures. from books, theses, journals, research essays, and research reports. The researchers in this study used Scopus, Google Scholar, and other sources to cite earlier journals. According to the study's findings, the issuing of the SLF (Laik Function Certificate) had a favorable effect on the worth and productivity of the business DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH. This offers convenience and a fulfilling employment so it can draw in investors and the general public to enhance marketing. The SLF's release is an urgent matter for a firm to address in order to raise quality and have a favorable effect on the economy and revenue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam pada perusahaan properti syariah dan kendala yang dialami perusahaan dalam menerapkan etika bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara yang berlokasi di JL. STM. No. 10 Medan Johor, Medan, Sumatera Utara. Sumber data merupakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuesioner/angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah telah sesuai dan telah menerapkan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam diantaranya perusahaan PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara sudah menjalankan prinsip Tauhid, Keseimbangan, Kehendak Bebas, Pertanggungjawaban, dan Hikmah. Kendala yang dialami dalam menerapkan etika bisnis Islam adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat akan bahaya riba, sering terjadinya penipuan properti syariah, dan pandemi Covid-19 yang masih terus berlanjut menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pertama, penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam pada PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara telah diterapkan dengan baik, karena perusahaan ini berpedoman kepada Al-qur’an dan Hadis. Kedua, Kendala penerapan etika bisnis yang dialami oleh PT. Noor Eeman Nusantara masih dapat diatasi dengan mencari solusi di setiap permasalahan yang terjadi.

This study analyzes the need for access point placement at KSOP Tanjung Mas Port, Semarang, where the need for internet connection via WiFi is very high.
Simulation Annealing and Trilateration method is used in this study to determine the position of the access point. With the point blankspot method can be reduced.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal dan faktor internal dalam strategi pemasaran PT. Afra Insan Amanah pada agen di jabodetabek, untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran berdasarkan SWOT pada agen afrakids di jabodetabek.. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah non probability sampling dengan  tipe purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah agen Afrakids yang berada di jabodetabek sebanyak 12 agen. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, obserservasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rumusan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang didapatkan berdasarkan faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal adalah memaksimalkan lokasi yang strategis, memperluas dan meningkatkan promosi, memperdalam jalinan dengan mitra, meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, mempertahankan kualitas produk. <pre><em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work-life balance variabels and employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a simple linear regression analysis approach as a data analysis technique, with a total of 40 respondents using a survey through a questionnaire to 40 employees of PT. True Independent Livia. The results of this study can show that worklife balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the total effect of variabel X on variabel Y amounting to 0.851 or 85.1%, and epsilon or other independent influences that affect employee performance (Y) amounting to 0.149 or 14.9 % but was not investigated in this study.</span></em></pre><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh <em>variabel worklife balance</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan analisa regresi linier sederhana sebagai teknik analisa data, dengan jumlah responden sejumlah 40 orang. Survey dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan PT. Livia Mandiri Sejati. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa <em>worklife balance</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.<em> </em>Total pengaruh<em> Variabel worklife balance</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0.851 atau 85.1%, dan epsilon atau sisa pengaruh independent lainnya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 0.149 atau 14.9% namun tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</p><pre><em><span lang="EN-US"><br /></span></em></pre>

This paper is aimed at analyzing the concepts and parameters to determine an act as a bribery and gratuity in the Anti-Corruption Law and court cases.  This involved the application of the doctrinal legal research to understand these differences. The results of this study showed that bribery requires a meeting of mind between the bribe givers and bribe recipients which is not found in gratuity. The reporting mechanism and the reversal burden of proof do not apply to bribery while Operation Catching Hand does not apply to gratuity due to its inability to satisfy the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of a bribe while the act of a giver in gratuity is not considered as a criminal offense. The study also found that the court failed to apply these essential differences.
