Abstrak:
This research analyzes the impact of the multinational company Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Against national income in Indonesia. Using secondary research methods, data from various sources, including the Central Statistics Agency, Samsung’s financial reports, market studies,and previous academic research, was analyzed to understand Samsung’s contribution to the Indonesian economy. The analysis results show that Samsung’s presence has made a significant contribution to Indonesia’s economic growth through foreign direct investment, jobcreation, increased exports and tax contributions. Apart from that, positive impacts are also felt through the development of supporting industries, increasing human resource capacity, and support for the MSME sector. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to negative impacts such as unhealthy competition and the potential for market domination. Therefore, appropriate regulatory and supervisory measures are needed to maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact of Samsung’s presence. Overall, Samsung’s role in driving the Indonesian economy to wards more advanced and sustainable grow this very significant. Collaboration between companies, government and society needs to be improved to ensure the benefits are felt fairly and sustainably.

Abstrak:
Cocoa is a plantation crop that has a high contribution to the Indonesian economy through export activities. The large number of people interested in processed cocoa products means that demand for cocoa is increasing every year. The aim of the research carried out was to measure and see the level of comparative competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa in the main importing country, namely Malaysia. This research was conducted from March 2024 to April 2024. This research uses secondary data in the form of panel data for the period 2013-2022. The method used is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) to measure and determine the level of competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa's comparative advantage. The research results show that Indonesian cocoa in the Malaysian market has strong competitiveness with an average RCA value of 2.61197. This also shows that Indonesian cocoa can compete in the global market by continuing to develop both technology and information.

Pulau Rantau Village is one of the villages under the working area of ??Tanah Grogot District. Community Service by providing material related to TQM so that village employees are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well, namely by providing maximum service to every community who needs services at the village office. The target of implementing this activity is all employees at the Pulau Rantau Village Office, Tanah Grogot District, with the material of Implementing TQM in Improving the Quality of Excellent Service carried out through lecture and question and answer discussion methods. In this activity, the importance of cooperation between all village officials in providing services to the community is also conveyed, so that excellent quality service and satisfaction is felt by every community member who receives services at the village office.

Currently, the SLF is a requirement for evaluating the administrative and technical suitability of the building. The growth of industries has led to the government requiring the publication of SLF in order to legalize a business or structure, particularly those engaged in the sale of buildings or the provision of building amenities. In the company DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH, SLF (Certificate of Laik Function) is a phenomenon that this study aims to explore and explain. The author also emphasizes the effect of the worth and effectiveness of SLF's publication on the research locus. This study employed a case study approach to qualitative research as its methodology. Researchers seek for literature pertinent to research concerns as part of their data gathering procedures. from books, theses, journals, research essays, and research reports. The researchers in this study used Scopus, Google Scholar, and other sources to cite earlier journals. According to the study's findings, the issuing of the SLF (Laik Function Certificate) had a favorable effect on the worth and productivity of the business DPD REI SUMATERA NORTH. This offers convenience and a fulfilling employment so it can draw in investors and the general public to enhance marketing. The SLF's release is an urgent matter for a firm to address in order to raise quality and have a favorable effect on the economy and revenue.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of the marketing mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Baked Bolu Cake in Mother's Home Business Yuli in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The sample in this study were consumers who coincidentally met the researcher during the research period to buy Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's home business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District from June to July 2023 with an incidental sampling technique and a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the validity test calculation show that 28 statement items have a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all statements are considered valid, because rcount is greater than rtable. The results of the reliability test showed that a result of 0.944 was obtained, which means that the 28 questionnaire items were said to be reliable because Cronbach'alpha was > 0.6. The results of multiple linear analysis are Y= 1.117 + 0.308X1 + 0.042X2 + 0.283X3 + 0.175X4, meaning that the marketing mix variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.898 which is in the range of 0.80-1.000, meaning this number shows a very strong relationship between the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y). The value of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient of 0.790 or 79.0% means that 79.0% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced by the variable factors Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4 ). The remaining 21% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the f test calculation (simultaneous) show the value of fcount > ftable (47.080 > 2.58) which means that the marketing mix variables consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) have a simultaneous effect or together on the Purchase Decision (Y) Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's Home Business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The results of the t test calculation (partial) by looking at this t calculate each marketing mix variable consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) with a t test result of 3.318; 0.311; 2.465; and 2.614 which, when compared with the ttable value of 2.014, means that the dominant influence on purchasing decisions is Product (X1) because the Product variable (X1) has the highest value, namely 3.318 > 2.014. From the conclusion of the t test results obtained, the second hypothesis is that it is suspected that the Product variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision (Y) of Bakar Bolu Cake can be accepted or H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

Abstrak:
Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.

Meningkatnya pendapatan pada usaha mikro kecil menengah menjadi hal yang penting bagi dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas dan kreativitas karyawan terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah 75 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang berisi 15 pernyataan. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,298. Keterbatasan penelitian / implikasi: keterbatasan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini hanya responden usaha mikro kecil menengah hanya terbatas di Palu Barat. Masih ada variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran yang tidak di bahas dipenelitian ini.

Abstrak:
The high demand of food and beverage products make competitors so tight; consequently, companies are encouraged to be more creative in creating a brand association in the minds of consumers. By using celebrity endorsers in promotional activities, the company can form a brand image of its products. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of celebrity endorser on brand image in tea product advertisements around Dramaga-Bogor. Data collection used purposive sampling techniques and questionnaire for 100 respondents. The study was tested using a linear regression analysis method through partial t-test by using SPSS 15.0. The results showed that the public perception around Dramaga Bogor District towards celebrity endorser in advertisement was very good, therefore it has a positive effect on brand image of the tea product.
