The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work experience, and salary on the performance of Toko Murah Rejeki Semarang employees. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Rejeki Cheap Shop Semarang. This sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.032 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.044 < 0.05 (significant). Work experience has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.080 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05 (significant). Salary has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.914 > 1.688, with a sig value. equal to 0.006 < 0.05 (significant).

Diabetes militus merupakan penyakit yang kasusnya terjadi peningkatan tiap tahun. Perevalensi dibetes militus pada penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia mencapai 4,6%. Peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dinilai berpengaruh dalam upaya pencegahan diabetes mellitus. Penyuluhan tentang diabetes mellitus di Tegaltandan dengan metode ceramah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat memiliki pola hidup yang sehat.peningkata pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Diabtes militus dinilai dengan melakukan pengisian questioner sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyakit diabetes mellitus, baik dari segi pencegahan maupun dari akibat yang ditimbulkan. Pengetahuan yang baik tentang penyakit diabetes mellitus diperlukan untuk membentuk perilaku hidup sehat sehingga dapat menekan prevalensi penyakit diabetes mellitus.

The aim of this research is to understand the relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. This research was motivated by the low emotional intelligence of students. As a type of research, the author uses correlation research, which is a way to determine the closeness of a relationship between two or more variables which is explained by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient. The population of this research is all students of SMAN 1 Rao Utara, totaling 196 students and a sample of 49 students. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire. The results of research condected at SMAN 1 Rao Utara show that there is a relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects of 76.2% 23.8% the influence of other factors, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teachers. Communication and emotional intelligence of students. Emotional intelligence of students majoring in PAI at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. Improving teacher communication, namely the ability to perfect teacher communication skills by making changes suvh as attending seminars, reading lots of magazines, studying independently, researching one’s own potential and abilities, participating in various trainings to develop skills, abilities and attitudes related to a teacher’s career and educating students. For ein and to intelligence, namely by knowing their own emotions, controlling their own emotions, encouranging themselves, knowing other people’s emotions and building good relationships.

The purpose of this study was to find out about the effect of facilities, service quality, and location on service user satisfaction at the Customs and Excise Service Office of the Middle Type Tanjung Emas Semarang. The population used is all service users of the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) of the Tanjung Emas Middle Type Customs Office, Semarang. which amounted to infinity. Determination of this sample using accidental sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 40 service users. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression.
The results of the study show that facilities have a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than t table, namely 3.092> 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). Service quality has a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is with a calculated t value of 3.913 > 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). Location has a positive effect on service user satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value which is negative, namely 7.396> 1.688, with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant).
 

Abstract, This research was conducted at SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli, this type of research is classroom action research using the Learning Start With a Question learning method as the main target aiming to improve student learning outcomes using the Learning Start With a Question learning method to improve student learning outcomes in social studies lessons in Class V SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli. To obtain the data used in this study the authors conducted tests and observations. The data analysis technique in this study is a qualitative description by describing the percentages used.
After carrying out the pre-test, it was obtained that the level of mastery of learning outcomes was classical, namely 2 students (8.3%) who achieved a level of mastery learning with an average value of 29.9. After the implementation of the first cycle using the Learning Start With a Question learning method, it was obtained that the level of completeness of learning outcomes in a classical manner was 11 students (45.83%) who achieved a level of learning completeness with an average score of 55.93. After the implementation of the second cycle using the Learning Start With a Question learning method, it was obtained that the level of completeness of learning outcomes in a classical manner was 21 students (87.5%) who achieved a level of learning completeness with an average score of 80.3. Thus, it can be said that learning activities using the Learning Start With a Question learning method can improve student learning outcomes in Class V SD Negeri 173172 Hutagurgur Kab. North Tapanuli in PAK lessons
 

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of SIREKAP in the 2020 regional head elections of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Semarang Regency. Sirekap is an information technology-based application device as a means of publishing the results of the Vote Counting and recapitulation of the results of the Vote Counting as well as a tool in the implementation of the recapitulation of the results of the Counting of Electoral Votes. The research method uses a qualitative type of research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results showed that the implementation of Sirekap in the 2020 Regional Elections in Semarang Regency went well. However, there are some that should be evaluated on Sirekap. Sirekap not only has the advantages of being effective and efficient, but also has several disadvantages that are the focus of KPU improvement. Natural resources, election infrastructure and election support facilities must be improved. The advantages of Sirekap are that it increases transparency and accountability, time efficiency, and minimizes vote miscalculations. Meanwhile, the disadvantages of Sirekap are that it requires an adequate internal network, device devices that are quite specific, and the existence of human resources that have not been able to adapt to technology.AbstrakPemilu dengan digital merupakan suatu ide yang dapat menjawab tuntutan zaman. Namun, masih ada banyak permasalahan seperti kurangnya kepercayaan publik terhadap penyelenggaraan pemilu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi SIREKAP pada pemilihan kepala daerah 2020 Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Semarang. Sirekap adalah perangkat aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai sarana publikasi hasil Penghitungan Suara dan rekapitulasi hasil Penghitungan Suara serta alat bantu dalam pelaksanaan rekapitulasi hasil Penghitungan Suara Pemilihan. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif berlandaskan filsafat postpositivisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa implementasi Sirekap pada pilkada 2020 Kabupaten Semarang berjalan dengan baik. Namun, ada beberapa yang harus dievaluasi pada Sirekap. Sirekap selain memiliki kelebihan yang efektif dan efisien, tetapi juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan yang menjadi focus perbaikan KPU. Sumber daya alam, infrastruktur pemilu dan fasilitas pendukung pemilu harus diperbaiki. Kesimpualn dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelebihan dari Sirekap adalah meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, efisiensi waktu, serta meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan suara. Sedangkan kelemahan dari Sirekap, yaitu membutuhkan jaringan internat yang memadai, perangkat gawai yang cukup spesifisik, serta adanya sumber daya manusia yang belum mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi.

Pengendalian persediaan dilakukan agar dapat bisa memenuhi kebutuhan suatu konsumen dengan tepat dan biaya yang rendah. PT Ciomas Adisatwa Unit Piat UGM merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pemotongan ayam yang berlokasi Tanjung, Kalitirto, Berbah, Sleman,Yogyakarta, Indonesia. PT Ciomas Adisatwa unit Yogyakarta dipimpin oleh seorang Plant Manager (Manajer Pabrik) di bawah Head of Poultry Processing Division yang bertanggung jawab atas kinerja dan operasi perusahaan. Plant Manager memiliki tanggung jawab secara langsung dengan departemen produksi, gudang, dan juga teknik. Sedangkan garis koordinasi didapatkan oleh departemen Quality Assurance, Personalisa and General Affair (PGA), Marketing, dan Finance and Accounting  yang dipimpin langsung oleh PT Ciomas Adisatwa pusat yang terletak di Krian, Sidoarjo. Keadaan tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya permintaan pasar yang fluktuatif atau tidak stabil sehingga perlu dilakukannya perencanaan persediaan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model persediaan probabilistic yang baik digunakan dalam menentukan kuantitas pemesanan dengan mempertimbangkan total biaya minimal. Perusahaan ini memproduksi 173,178 ekor setiap minggu dengan rata-rata setiap hari memproduksi 28,863 ekor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model persediaan probabilistik yang baik digunakan dalam menentukan kuantitas pemesanan dengan mempertimbangkan total biaya minimal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan dua metode yaitu metode continuous review system dan periodic review system. . Hasil perhitungan menunjukan Metode Periodic Review Systems sebesar Rp.366.848.499. Sehingga dengan menggunakan Metode Continuous Riview System dapat menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 230.735.240, sehingga memberikan penghematan sebesar37%.
