High competition in the online transportation industry is marked by the increasing number of companies engaged in online transportation services, one of which is Gojek. This quantitative study aims to determine the effect received by consumer satisfaction with promotion, service quality and price perceptions on goride services in South Tangerang. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 97 respondents. Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method was used as the sample determination. The results showed that promotion, service quality, and price perception had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This training aims to provide knowledge and skills to participants in processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles, as an effort to utilize household waste that is economically valuable and environmentally friendly. Used cooking oil, which is generally thrown away and can pollute the environment, can be processed into aromatherapy candles which have added value. This training includes material on basic techniques for processing used cooking oil, selecting aromatherapy ingredients, and the process of making candles until the product is ready for use. With this training, it is hoped that participants will be able to utilize used cooking oil waste creatively and productively, as well as opening up new business opportunities in the field of environmentally friendly products. The results of the training show that participants can easily understand and apply the knowledge provided, and produce quality aromatherapy candles that are ready to be marketed.

This study aims to determine the impact of product quality, service quality, and social media marketing (Instagram) on purchasing decisions for consumers of Kopi Kenangan RC Veteran (drive-thru). This research is quantitative in nature. The sample consists of 100 respondents, selected using a non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling and the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and the data were processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS Software version 22. The data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, service quality, and social media marketing each have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Additionally, product quality, service quality, and social media marketing collectively have a positive impact on purchasing decisions

Waste Bank is an institution that plays an important role in waste management. Kedungmaling village is a village located in Mojokerto district, East Java province, Kedungmaling Waste Bank was established in 2019 and its head is the PKK organization of Kedungmaling village. Some research has been conducted with a case study of a Waste Bank to improve the performance of waste banks that still carry out their business processes conventionally. Most previous research focused on making waste bank applications but still used Kotlin programming language and fire base web service as the database. This research uses the React Native framework to create mobile applications and uses the Rest API as a database. The application design uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model. Application testing using black box gets a percentage of 97% of 89 scenarios and Rest API testing assisted by the postman application gets a percentage of 100% of 94 scenarios. With this application, it can help officers in managing waste and facilitate customers in managing their balances.

The study looked at three different ways to uncover fraud: using advanced technology, providing secure reporting channels, and providing an investigative audit role.  Technology helps detect fraud by offering robust information systems. According to this study, which was conducted through in-depth analytical methods, technology and reporting systems increase the effectiveness of investigative audits to discover fraud.

Stunting is a condition in which children under the age of five fail to reach their proper height due to infections and chronic malnutrition. The incidence of stunting has been beginned since pregnancy. This is caused by insufficient nutritional intake during pregnancy, inappropriate diet, and low food quality. Lack of knowledge of mothers about health and nutrition before and during pregnancy has contribution. Therefore, it is important to carry out health education on stunting prevention for pregnant women. The purpose of community service was to provide knowledge to pregnant women about stunting prevention. The activity took place on Monday, July 24, 2023 at the Pulau Harapan Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. A total of 20 pregnant women and 10 mothers of toddlers was participated. The methods beginned with a pretest, providing health education, and ending with a post-test. The results of education obtained an increase in knowledge score of 10.71, test results there was a significant increase (t-test = 4.177; p-value = 0.002). Conclusion. The importance of stunting prevention health education for pregnant women can be continued with healthy nutrition care programs and monitoring of pregnant women and toddlers, to prevent stunting.

AbstrakIndonesia memiliki banyak perkebunan kelapa namun pengembangan produk berbahan dasar kelapa masih kurang optimal. Semua bagian kelapa dapat dimanfaatkan sehingga banyak produk yang dapat dihasilkan. VCO dan Coco Vinegar merupakan contoh produk turunannya sehingga pengembangannya tidak hanya mengoptimalkan manfaat tetapi juga meningkatkan nilai ekonomis. Adapun bentuk hilirisasi dari tanaman kelapa dapat dibuat menjadi produk baru yaitu mayones. Dengan pertimbangan manfaat tersebut, maka dilakukan sosialisasi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru di UPT SPF SDI Paccerakkang tentang pengolahan kelapa berkelanjutan dari VCO dan Coco Vinegar menjadi Mayones. Program ini terdiri dari pembuatan produk, sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya adalah proses pembuatan produk dilakukan dengan metode sederhana, kemudian dipresentasikan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi. With consideration of the benefits, socialization was carried out with the aim of providing understanding to teachers at UPT SPF SDI Paccerakkang about sustainable coconut processing from VCO and Coco Vinegar to Mayonnaise. This program consisted of product manufacturing, socialization, and evaluation. The results are the process of making product is done with a simple method, then it is presented in a socialization activity. This research aims to analyze the influence of advertising tax revenue, land and building tax, entertainment tax and groundwater tax on the local income of Tobelo City, North Halmahera Regency. This type of research is explanatory research with primary and secondary data sources. Field study and literature study data collection methods using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research population is the realization of the regional income budget of Tobelo City, North Halmahera Regency, census sampling method. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of simultaneous multiple linear regression analysis of advertising tax, land and building tax, entertainment tax and groundwater tax have a significant effect on local original income. Partially, advertising tax, land and building tax, entertainment tax and groundwater tax do not have a significant effect to local original income.

This research aims to analyze the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Receivable Turnover, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio as tools for assessing the financial performance of cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is a case study using secondary data. The population was 7 companies, sampling using the purposive sampling method selected 4 companies as samples. The library study data collection method uses documentation data collection techniques, and the data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The company that has the best financial performance is PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk seen from the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio which are above the standard ratio, while the company that has less good financial performance is PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk seen from the ratio. This research aims to evaluate the management control system for granting study credit at Akasia Bank (PT BPR Amanat Welfare Indonesia) Batu City. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation, using primary data sources and secondary data. The problem that occurs is that the credit management control system at Akasia Bank is still weak. This is proven by the fact that there is still a dual function in the Account Officer section which is tasked with surveying and credit analysis. The reason is that the number of employees is still limited, resulting in the performance of the credit management control system being less than optimal. The results of the qualitative descriptive analysis by separating the Account Officer function into the survey section, the credit analysis section, by adding new employees to the Credit Analyst function, the credit granting system and procedures can be achieved in accordance with the company's objectives in safeguarding assets, records and documents to avoid mistakes made by irresponsible employees, so that the credit management control system can be effective and efficient.
