Childbirth, whether through vaginal delivery or Cesarean section (CS), is a significant event often accompanied by psychological challenges such as anxiety, particularly among women undergoing CS. This quantitative study aimed to explore the correlation between spousal support and anxiety levels in 40 first-time CS candidates. Using purposive sampling, this research employed the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and the Spousal Support Questionnaire as measurement tools. The majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years (80%), in their third trimester of pregnancy (100%), primigravida (80%), and presented with indications for CS (65%). All respondents reported receiving supportive spousal support during their pregnancy. The study revealed that 70% of mothers experienced mild anxiety, with only 5% reporting moderate anxiety. Statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test demonstrated a significant relationship between spousal support and anxiety levels among first-time CS candidates (p = 0.034, p < 0.05). This suggests that higher levels of spousal support correlate with lower anxiety levels in expectant mothers undergoing CS. The findings underscore the importance of spousal support during pregnancy and childbirth, highlighting the need for partners to accompany and provide emotional support to mitigate anxiety. Future research should explore additional factors influencing anxiety and consider interventions to enhance support mechanisms for expectant mothers undergoing CS.

This quasi-experimental research uses a one group pre-post test design, namely the existing research design. pretest before being given treatment and posttest after being given treatment. The sample for this research was the entire research population, namely 61 people. Based on the results of this research, the weight status of respondents before the implementation of the PMT program at the Rantau Selamat Community Health Center was underweight for 10 toddlers. The results of the paired T-test statistical test in the second month, the change in toddler's weight before and after PMT-P was shown by the value p=0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded statistically that there is an effect of giving additional food (PMT) on weight status in underweight toddlers (aged 6-33 months). Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide education and increase insight to parents of suffering toddlers to pay more attention to the food intake they consume every day. Law plays a crucial role in enhancing public participation in local governance by providing a clear framework for citizen engagement in decision-making, oversight, and the fulfillment of their rights. This study examines the application of legal frameworks to improve public involvement in regional governance, focusing on the Indonesian context. Using an empirical juridical method, the research combines normative analysis of laws and empirical data from interviews and observations. Findings reveal that responsive legal products and participatory processes are essential to fostering public engagement in regional development. Key challenges include limited public awareness, bureaucratic inefficiencies, and inconsistent implementation of legal provisions. Addressing these issues through public education, transparent governance, and stronger legal enforcement can significantly improve participation rates. This paper highlights the importance of integrating legal and social perspectives to create inclusive and effective governance at the local level.

Stress and burnout among healthcare workers represent a global crisis with significant implications for psychological and physical health, job performance, and interpersonal skills. These conditions are linked to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use, poor quality of life, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Burnout is characterized by emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, often caused by chronic workplace stress. Factors such as demographics, fatigue, and resilience influence its development and severity. Traditional stress management interventions, such as counselling and leave, often prove insufficient in addressing these challenges. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) provide innovative tools for stress and burnout management, including mobile applications offering mindfulness, meditation, and self-care resources. AI systems like IBM Watson and Google DeepMind are being tested to enhance accessibility and effectiveness in stress management. Additionally, Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), involving methods such as meditation, yoga, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and biofeedback, has been recognized as a proactive approach to mitigating stress. This review explores the factors contributing to stress and burnout in healthcare workers and evaluates interventions aimed at improving well-being and productivity, emphasizing the potential of AI and SIT in preventing and managing these conditions.

The research discusses the unclear meaning of Article 53 paragraph (2) of Law No. 1 of 2023 which states that "If in upholding law and justice as referred to in paragraph (1) there is a conflict between legal certainty and justice, judges must prioritize justice." Justice is used for judges to adjudicate cases and certain conditions are used as a benchmark for judges in making decisions. However, there are several existing definitions of justice, there are still many views. The norm in the article has a vagueness of meaning, making it difficult for judges to equate commensurate thoughts. The implication of vagueness results in disparity in the use of justice to be used by judges, this potential disparity needs to be prevented by mediating the conflict between justice and certainty and providing guidance for judges in using justice in their decisions. This research uses a normative research approach. The results showed that judges have the authority to choose justice that contains legal certainty because a just decision is a manifestation of legal certainty, justice itself is born with the freedom of judges. The formulation of Article 53 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code needs to be interpreted correctly so that there is no disparity in decisions because justice is what the judge wants based on the law to create justice itself.

Grouping is a process or activity to develop a system that is more organized and easy to understand, making it easier to analyze, identify or manage data and can also be used to explore information so that it becomes new knowledge for anyone who wants to obtain it. and in this case the information we want to explore is about MSME data in Binjai City. Namely, it is difficult to know how to identify existing business development patterns, whether they are not yet developed, less developed, already developed, and very developed. Offline and online promotions have not been optimal in increasing the growth and change of a business from time to time. And most MSMEs still don't understand how to market their products and services effectively and efficiently. MSMEs are one of the most numerous community business groups in Binjai City. To obtain this information, one solution that can be implemented is by utilizing data mining using input data in the form of Binjai City MSME data. This data will be processed using the clustering method with the k-means algorithm using MSME business type variables, sales type variables and development pattern variables. .Based on the results of grouping Binjai City MSMEs using the K-Means Clustering Method from 20 grouped data, 3 clusters and 2 iterations were obtained where cluster 1 contained 4 data and was located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster were businesses in the field of Fashion, for the sales type group, uses online and offline types, and for business development patterns, it has a development pattern that has developed. cluster 2 has 11 and is located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster are businesses in the culinary sector, for the sales type group the offline type is used, and for the business development pattern it has a development pattern that has developed. and cluster 3 has 5 data and is located in the MSME business type group, namely the businesses included in this cluster are businesses in the culinary sector, for the sales type group it is using the offline type, and for the business development pattern it has a less developed development pattern. so it can be concluded that the pattern of business development of Binjai City MSMEs produces relevant data so as to produce designs that can be used for this research.
