The Terashijab store was founded in 2018, is engaged in fashion sales, located in Dukuh Kajaan RT 01 RW 03, Purworejo Village, Ringinarum District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. In carrying out its activities, there are always promotions, sales and purchase transactions. However, the Terashijab shop does not yet have a special media as a place to increase sales and expand the sales area of ??the shop. In recording sales and purchase transactions, manual recording is still used, namely the recording is still in the ledger which results in the resulting financial reports being unsuitable, as well as the vulnerability of data storage and difficulty in finding data so that it is not yet effective and easier in making financial reports. Based on this research, the authors designed and made the E-Commerce System application at the Hijab Store Using the Accrual Basis Method in Recording Transactions. The purpose of making this system is so that the store has a special media in increasing sales and expanding the sales area of ??the store and for handling, processing sales data and making financial reports no longer manually and becoming more efficient and safer in storing company data.

The purpose of this research is to assist related companies in solving stock control problems as well as in making several reports that are given to the leadership.

SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

This study aims to design an ordering and sales information system at CV New Flashphone Semarang. Through the creation of the Ordering and Sales Information System, it is expected to be able to simplify the process of ordering and selling goods, as well as to make reports of goods more quickly, which is used by the company as a management tool in sales activities at CV New Flashphone Semarang.
                The research method used is the Real Time Processing research method, which is one of the processing with concrete processes that uses online media. This input is done continuously and can automatically be obtained through the sensor. In using this real time processing, the user gets much more benefit because the time it takes to get the results is instant. So you don't have to wait long to get the desired result. The reaction is much faster than some of the previous processing.
                The results of the research from the design of ordering and sales information systems are to make it easier for consumers to make purchases and order goods, as well as to facilitate companies in marketing their products and also make it easier for companies to control existing goods. Currently the company is still using a manual system in recording ordering transactions and selling goods, even though implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors in reports, so that information is faster and more complete.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 <? = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient ?1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 <? = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows ?2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline.

Abstract The development of computer and internet science has covered the world community today. including companies and agencies around the world have internet facilities and websites as a form of promotion to the public. Likewise with MAX team Outbound Training Semarang, which continues to strive for improvement in its promotion program. To be able to provide convenience in promotional activities on MAX team requires a media campaign that is fast and can be accessed by the wider community. In this study concluded that the ease of accessing the website is very good, namely 81.67%. In addition, the attractiveness of consumers in accessing products online is also getting better, reaching 78.9%.
