The development of e-commerce and the internet requires business actors to be able to adapt, including in terms of marketing. Word of Mouth is a marketing strategy that is considered quite effective because it refers to human-to-human interaction through personal recommendations and positive experiences with something. In this era of social media, Online Customer Reviews are a form of evolution of Word of Mouth marketing. Online Customer Reviews utilize the power of Word of Mouth through digital platforms and have a significant impact in influencing consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions. This research uses several statistical tests to measure the reliability of the instruments and data. This research focuses on calculating the relationship between the Online Customer Review (X) and Purchase Decision (Y) variables at Shopee. The analysis results show a positive and significant correlation between the two, confirmed by simple linear regression and correlation tests. The findings confirm that Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Therefore, sellers, especially on the Shopee marketplace, are expected to prioritize the quality of their products and services so that they can trigger good online customer reviews which then have an impact on increasing sales.
 
 

Pemupukan merupakan kegiatan penting dalam budidaya pertanian yang memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman melalui penyediaan unsur hara yang diperlukan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman wortel serta efektivitas agronominya.  Perlakuan disusun dalam 7 taraf pemupukan yaitu : tanpa pupuk (P0), pemupukan standar pembanding (P1), 0.5 dosis pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium (P2), 0.75 dosis
pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium (P3), 1 dosis pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium (P4), 1.25 dosis pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium (P5), 1.5
dosis pupuk majemuk tinggi kalium (P6). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian 1.0 dosis pupuk majemuk tinggi kaliummenghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman (tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun), komponen hasil dan hasil tanaman wortel (panjang umbi, diameter umbi, hasil/tanaman, hasil/petak, dan hasil/ha) tertinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya dan nyata lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol.  Pupuk  majemuk tinggi kalium lulus uji efektivitas lapangan. Dosis yang direkomendasikan untuk tanaman wortel adalah 187 kg/ha yang  diaplikasikan 2 kali, 50% dosis pada 1 minggu setelah tanam (MST) dan sisanya diaplikasikan pada 4 MST.

By adopting a comprehensive and integrated approach, companies can protect their assets, maintain operational integrity, and build trust among employees and stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of the organization

 
This research intends to expose the gender of Miriam Defensor Santiago using Women's Language Features by Robin Lakoff and Tannen's Difference Theory and the types of informal communication to determine Miriam Santiago's utterances in one interview on six topics and her speech at the University of Perpetual Help System as the main sources of data. Findings revealed that the selected interview and speech of Miriam Santiago have gender exposition. Analysis of the feminine or masculine language features of Miriam Santiago demonstrated that Robin Lakoff and Deborah Tannen's theories are significant in determining the language of one's sex. The study concludes that the language of Miriam Defensor Santiago is masculine. It recommends that the two theories from the 1970s and 1990s are still valuable for researching language and gender. Delving the language of Miriam Defensor Santiago in her younger years is recommended for future research.      

Women who are about to undergo childbirth via cesarean section often experience discomfort and anxiety. Excessive anxiety can reduce sleep duration and cause symptoms such as sweating, bloating, and shortness of breath. Based on data from Bengkalis Regional General Hospital (RSUD Bengkalis), there were 1,110 cases of cesarean deliveries recorded in 2023. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy in reducing anxiety levels in pre-cesarean section patients at RSUD Bengkalis. This research uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study consisted of women undergoing cesarean section, with a sample of 16 participants selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used was the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The univariate analysis results showed that before receiving Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy, the majority of pre-cesarean section patients experienced moderate anxiety (75%). After the therapy was administered, anxiety levels decreased, with 81.3% of patients falling into the mild anxiety category. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant effect of Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy in reducing anxiety levels in pre-cesarean section patients at RSUD Bengkalis, with a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05).
 
 

Multicultural education is an important approach in a diverse society like Indonesia, with the aim of developing human potential as a whole while respecting diversity. This education emphasizes the recognition and appreciation of cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic differences, and also develops an attitude of tolerance and empathy for individuals from diverse backgrounds. This study aims to determine the implementation of multicultural education in the Pancasila Education subject at SMP NEGERI 7 Medan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of Pancasila education teachers and students at SMP NEGERI 7 Medan. The location of the study was chosen at SMP NEGERI 7 Medan because this school has implemented multicultural education that combines diversity in school life. SMP Negeri 7 Medan illustrates the abundant diversity of students, especially in the field of religion, with students from various beliefs studying together, as well as various social and cultural backgrounds. The school holds a weekly structured literacy program, which is linked to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) to develop literacy skills and reinforce Pancasila values. Religious activities are held every Friday to strengthen students' religious and ethical values, while "Thursday Expression" acts as a place to celebrate Indonesia's cultural diversity. Healthy exercise for Indonesian children also reflects the Pancasila student profile and culturally diverse education. The realization of the Pancasila project has brought significant positive impacts, such as increasing tolerance, strengthening students' character, developing social skills, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Thus, changes to the Articles of Association do not require approval from the management, however, this often gives rise to legal problems in the future, including those of the old management who do not accept being dismissed unilaterally.The method used in this research is normative juridical research, which involves legal library studies or secondary data, using primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The research approach includes statutory and case approaches, with legal material collection conducted by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, books, journals, and other legal resources. Legal material analysis is conducted using grammatical legal interpretation and legal construction methods.From the results of research on changes in foundation management without the approval of the old management, it is possible that a deed of change to the articles of association can be made even without the approval of the old board, this action can give rise to disputes and indicate a lack of preventive legal protection for the old management regarding the deed of changes to the articles of association.

Background:Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach wall caused by irritation of the gastric mucosa. Gastritis caused by bacterial infections such as Helicobacteri pylory and irritant foods and drinks. The problem posed is acute pain. Nursing interventions to address this problem are pain management. Objective: This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing pain management in gastritis patients with acute pain. Method: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency room with the criteria of experiencing gastritis with problems acute pain. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital on March 16- 23, 2023. The nursing implementation provided was in the form of warm compress and deep breath relaxation to reduce pain in gastritis patients, in patient 1 before the implementation of the pain scale was 5 and fell to 3, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4 decreasing to 2, in patient 3 the initial scale of 5 was reduced to a scale of 2, and finally patient 4 before the technique was carried out. out the pain scale in patients is 5 after being carried out down to a scale of 3. Using data collection techniques by means of observation, and interviews. Results: The research results describe the need for implementation of pain management (warm compress and deep breath relaxation) to reduce pain in gastritis patients from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale.Conclusion:There is an influence in implementing pain management on acute pain in gastritis patients.

Representative speech acts are an important aspect in pragmatics that helps understand the application of speech acts, especially in the context of learning videos on digital platforms such as YouTube. This study aims to provide readers, especially students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, with an understanding of the meaning, various types, and application of representative speech acts contained in the "Pengantar Sastra Indonesia" video on the "Restu Bias Primandhika" YouTube channel. This research sees video not only as a medium of information, but also as a tool that influences the interaction between speakers and listeners. This research uses a pragmatic approach by using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this research uses the method of free listening and recording technique, which allows researchers to observe and record speech acts in their original context. The research found 113 representative speeches divided into eight main categories: stating, showing, mentioning, informing, suggesting, explaining, giving examples, and speculating. Of the 113 utterances, there are 16 utterances of stating, 6 utterances of mentioning, 14 utterances of showing, 23 utterances of informing or telling, 17 utterances of suggesting, 18 utterances of explaining, 13 utterances of giving examples, and 6 utterances of speculating. These findings show the various ways speakers use language effectively and persuasively. This study is expected to provide insight for readers regarding representative speech acts and become a reference for further studies in diverse communication contexts.
