Abstrak:
The development of Technology and Information (IT) in the world of education is changing the way teachers convey knowledge to students. Teaching that has been carried out traditionally in one direction needs to be further developed with new learning methods that are interactive and interesting, more creative and participatory in order to increase student learning motivation. The aim of implementing PKM is to equip teachers to develop lesson materials in the form of IT-based interactive learning by utilizing the Canva and Microsof Excel applications. The activity was carried out at SDI PK Muhammadiyah Delanggu which was attended by 24 teachers by the PKM STIE STEKOM team. The training included making interactive quiz learning videos with the Canva application and processing student data with practical Microsoft Excel formulas. The results obtained from this activity were that all teacher participants gained skills and knowledge in developing learning media in the form of learning videos that were more interesting and interactive and completing administrative tasks could be done more quickly. Teachers succeeded in increasing their competency in using Canva and Microsof Excel as interactive learning media and completing assignments.

Abstrak:
Lulusan SMK yang diharapkan memiliki kualifikasi pengetahuan, kecakapan dan keahlian ternyata masih banyak kendala dan tantangan. Ada kesenjangan (gap) antara pengetahuan dan ketrampilan para lulusan SMK dengan spesifikasi keahlian yang diminta dunia kerja. Pemerintah terus mendorong akselerasi pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan untuk mempercepat pemulihan dan pembangunan ekonomi. Perrguruan tinggi dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan minat siswa SMK terhadap entrepreneurship berdasarkan pengetahuan dan inovasi. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Studi Ekonomi Modern (STIE STEKOM) melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat untuk mengedukasi pentingnya pengenalan entrepreneurship kepada siswa-siswi SMKN 6 Sukoharjo. Penguatan kewirausahaan yang efektif dilakukan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kecakapan siswa siswi sebagai calon entrepreneur muda dengan memberikan penyuluhan membahas penilaian diri sebagai modal emtrepreneurship, cara berkomunikasi yang efektif dalam berbisnis, rencana bisnis model canvas, strategi berbisnis di era digital dan modal usaha untuk keberlangsungan bisnis.

Abstrak:
Issues regarding the environment have become a problem for the wider community and have resulted in changing consumer preferences to become more inclined to use environmentally friendly products. This is an opportunity for companies to make environmentally friendly products and use more environmentally friendly raw materials. In this study, we analyze and determine the effect of green product, green place, green price, green promotion on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. This type of research is quantitative with the consumer population in the Solo city area. There are 100 respondents, taken by accidental sampling techniquw, and analyzed with the help of the Smart Pls 3.0 application. The result show that the green price and green promotion variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the green product and green place variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implication is that the creative industry must continue to improve the quality of environmentally friendly product and knowledge from consumers, so that competitive advantage will be achieved.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on Yuditex's corporate image in Polokarto. The sample is 85 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling technique from the population of the community around the Yuditex company in Polokarto. The data collected was quantified with a Liker scale of 1-5 then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The findings of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) which includes Community Support, Diversity, and Environment has an influence on image Yuditex company in Polokarto.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cartini Lingerie Indonesia unit 2 Klaten. The research population consisted of 289 people was taken using a random sampling technique of 163 people. Multiple linear regression was used in this study to manage SPSS version 25 data. The study findings show that the work environment, corporate culture, and work discipline all have an impact on employee performance, either separately or together at PT Cartini Lingerie Indonesia Unit 2 in Klaten. The results of the R adjustment coefficient is 78% indicate that the work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance, while the remaining 22% is influenced by other factors not examined such as motivation, work placement leadership, and others.

Abstrak:
The idea of this research is to reveal the relationship of employee interest in terminate the employment relationshif at PT. Cartini Lingerie Indonesia Unit 2 of the factor of compensation, workload and job satisfaction. Sources of data in the form of information collected through simple random sampling of questionnaires given to 263 employees. While SPSS 25.0 is used as the main tool to process data, the results show that compensation has an insignificant negative effect on turnover intention, then workload and job satisfaction substantially effect turnover intention. The results of the F test found that compensation, workload and job satisfaction simultaneously had an effect. The contribution of the three test variables is 83% to the dependent variable while the remaining 17% comes from factors outside the research factor.

Perilaku konsumen mengalami perubahan dari belanja offline menjadi online. Bisnis e-commerce semakin berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang semakin pesat. Keputusan pembelian konsumen melalui transaksi berbasis online antara lain perlu mempertimbangkan review konsumen online (OCR) dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh OCR dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tokopedia. Sampel yang digunakan 100 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan OCR dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. OCR dan kepercayaan mampu menjelaskan 86,4% persepsi konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian, sisanya 13,6% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

This research examines the potential for leadership development through the creation of comprehensive leadership channels within organizations. By highlighting training elements that focus on the skills required for success in a leadership role) and succession planning (i.e., the creation and implementation of long-term plans that address changes in top leadership roles) as two distinct organizational initiatives. The method in this research is to combine the concept of Real Option Reasoning (ROR) with a skill-based leadership model. An in-depth study of the implementation of Comprehensive Leadership Pipelines (CLP) as an alternative to developing a leadership model is also reviewed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that by adjusting succession planning policies to outreach organizations according to the ROR pillars, it is possible to create CLPs that simultaneously lower turnover, increase the likelihood that employees will be in the right place at the right time, and reduce the risks associated with large investments. on employees. Given the need for organizations and individuals to assist in the selection of employees for appropriate leadership skills-based training, companies can make better and less risky decisions when selecting organizational leaders.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25.
The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.

This study aims to determine the effect of service delivery and digitization on customer satisfaction at PT ISS Indonesia. The population in this study are consumers who use the services of PT ISS Indonesia for cleaning services, security services, pest control and other services. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling taken as many as 95 respondents. The data obtained through the questionnaire was quantified using a Likert scale of 1-5 with a choice rating of strongly agree to strongly disagree to be tested for validity and reliability.
