In today's digital age, cybersecurity resilience is an urgent need. Organizations around the world face increasingly complex and rapidly changing threats. Given these challenges, it can damage national values. Risk-based security management has emerged as an effective way to improve cybersecurity resilience. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the implementation of risk-based security controls can improve cybersecurity resilience in the Company's environment based on the perspective of the 1945 Constitution.This study employs content analysis method to investigate policies, security practices, and incidents that occur at Valve Corporation in the context of cyber security. The research findings indicate that Valve Corporation has adopted various security strategies and technologies to protect their data and infrastructure from cyberattacks. However, there are still challenges such as evolving security threats and the complexity of global networks that require continuous updates in their security strategies.From the perspective of the 1945 Constitution, cyber security at Valve Corporation is also related to the protection of individual rights, information openness, and national technological independence. Therefore, companies need to consider national values in designing their security policies to ensure effective data protection while complying with relevant regulations.This research makes a valuable contribution to the understanding of the importance of risk-based security management in improving cyber security resilience, as well as providing practical guidance for organizations looking to improve their security strategies based on nationality values in the face of evolving threats in the digital world.

This research aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the marketing strategy of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, with a focus on aspects of compliance with applicable oil and gas laws and regulations. The use of IoT technology has brought significant changes in various industries, and the oil and gas sector is no exception. In this context, this research will investigate how IoT technology can be used in oil and gas marketing strategies to improve operational efficiency, supervision, and compliance with oil and gas law regulations in Indonesia. The importance of compliance with oil and gas law regulations cannot be separated from the broader legal framework, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The 1945 a Constitution is the Indonesian constitution which establishes the basic principles of the state, including the management of natural resources, including oil and gas, which are in the national interest. In this research, the use of IoT technology in oil and gas marketing strategies will be analyzed by considering the perspective of compliance with applicable oil and gas law regulations, which are part of the legal framework regulated by the 1945 Constitution and support state sovereignty in managing natural resources. Through literature analysis and case studies of the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the potential use of IoT technology in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and its implications for compliance with oil and gas law regulations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable information for oil and gas companies, regulators, and other stakeholders in formulating effective marketing strategies and complying with applicable regulations. In addition, this research also has the potential to become the basis for further research in this field. By understanding and applying IoT concepts in oil and gas marketing strategies that comply with oil and gas law regulations and the principles set out in the 1945 Constitution, a more efficient, controlled, and sustainable oil and gas industry can be created in Indonesia.

This regulation is contained in Market 3 No. 22 of 2001 which regulates the objectives of implementing the oil and gas industry. State income is a crucial concern in the development and economy of a country as well as in improving the quality of life of citizens as a whole. As a country that has abundant natural resource wealth, especially oil and natural gas, Indonesia relies on oil and natural gas income as a form of income for the development and welfare of the people. The implementation of national values in the 1945 Constitution is reflected in the government's efforts to ensure that oil and gas industry activities contribute maximally to state income, while still paying attention to environmental sustainability and community welfare. The impact of state revenues from the oil and gas industry in Indonesia is greatly influenced by regulations and policies implemented by the government, including in terms of natural resource management, distribution of production results, and tax and royalty revenues. Apart from that, protecting consumer rights and environmental sustainability are also main concerns in implementing national values in the context of the oil and gas industry.

The aim of this research is to determine the status of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) and Trade Law Number 21 of 2019 in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia based on national values. This research was carried out using analyzes the contents of the 1945 Constitution and Minister of Trade Regulations. A review of relevant literature is included. The national values ??contained in the 1945 Constitution are an important basis for implementing commercial transportation policies, especially in Indonesia's oil and gas export activities. National values ??such as unity, sovereignty, justice, democracy and people's welfare are the basis for regulating and supervising these commercial activities. Minister of Trade Regulation Number 21 of 2019 also plays an important role in regulating the transportation of Indonesia's oil and gas export trade. This law contains provisions regarding permits, authorization and safety standards that must be complied with by economic actors in carrying out export activities. The enactment of this law aims to protect national interests, protect the environment, and ensure the safety of oil and gas trade and transportation. This research discusses the analysis of the implementation of the 1945 Constitution and the Minister of Trade Law no. 21 of 2019 which is based on national values ??in the implementation of commercial transportation for oil and gas export activities in Indonesia. (This analysis includes a review of the policies, procedures and practices implemented in oil and gas export activities. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of practices based on national values ??in the implementation of commercial transportation, especially oil and gas export activities, in Indonesia. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become the basis for improving trade policies and practices that are more sustainable, safe, and prioritize national interests and human welfare.
 
 

The purpose of this research is to examine implementation based on the Law (1945) as a technological change in improving business dynamics and marketing strategies for the oil and gas industry. This study examines document analysis as a research method. The research results show that the enactment of the Law (1945) opened up new opportunities in technological change which changed the business and marketing strategy paradigm of the oil and gas industry to better adapt to market and technological dynamics. These findings provide valuable information to stakeholders to develop responsive and innovative strategies to meet the challenges of the growth of the oil and gas industry.

The use of technology has become the main key in increasing efficiency in the oil and gas marketing and trading industry. This research investigates the implementation of Pancasila values ??in the context of acculturation of technological innovation to increase efficiency in oil and gas marketing and trading activities in Indonesia. Through literature analysis, this research identifies Pancasila values ??as a moral and ethical foundation that can guide positive transformation in business practices. This research also explores how technological innovations, such as digitalization and automation, can be combined with Pancasila values ??to create a more efficient and sustainable system in the oil and gas industry. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how technology influences efficiency in oil and gas marketing and trading, as well as provide useful recommendations for the oil and gas industry to utilize technology in accordance with the reference value of "Social Justice for All Indonesian People" in order to create fair distribution. and equitable distribution of oil and gas resources for the benefit of all Indonesian people. In this context, implementing the 5th principle means ensuring that the economic and social benefits of the oil and gas industry are not only enjoyed by a few people or regions, but are distributed fairly to all levels of society. This could include sharing income from oil and gas activities, environmental protection, and creation equal employment opportunities.

One of the characteristics of the oil and gas sector, especially drilling activities, is High Cost, namely high operational costs. Therefore, efficient and effective use of time is necessary to reduce operational costs. Evaluation of the influence of ILT and NPT on drilling activities was carried out to find the factors that made drilling time so long. Identifying KPIs for each activity is necessary to find out what activities can be optimized. From the analysis results it was found that the Invisible Lost Time value was 33.12% (198.75 hours) and Non-Productive Time was 18.37% (110.25 hours) caused by less than optimal performance and equipment failure. The author believes that the factors causing the relatively high ILT and NPT can still be optimized so that the costs required during drilling activities are in accordance with the desired planning.
 
 

This research needs to be carried out because there may be disturbances in various fields such as economics, politics, defense and state security during the 2024 presidential and vice presidential general elections (PILPRES). Making Pancasila the State ideology to strengthen National Defense and Security in the elections president and vice president are the goals to be achieved. Library research was chosen as the method used in research by collecting legal sources. The data collection method used in this research was a literature survey. The legal data collected was analyzed qualitatively and the author used content analysis to classify legal materials. The results of this research will encourage the public and government to not only focus on holding presidential elections, but also pay attention to the impacts that may arise from this activity, specifically those related to National Defense and Security. By using the values ??in Pancasila principles 1 to 5 as ideology, it can be concluded that this can strengthen the country's defense and security in the 2024 election.

In the constantly advancing era of digitalisation, ensuring cyber security has become essential in preserving the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of organisational data. The primary focus of this research is to emphasise the importance of cybersecurity awareness in safeguarding systems and information. The 1945 Constitution serves as the primary governing document for the government and legal system. The 1945 Constitution enacts legislation that ensures freedom of expression, a pertinent principle in cyber security. This research aimed to examine the role of security management in enhancing cyber security by applying principles in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. This research identified the factors affecting cyber security awareness and proposed strategies to enhance user awareness through a comprehensive literature review and examined recent findings. Security management is essential for guaranteeing the security of IT systems and infrastructure. Based on a literature review, this study determined the role of security management in assisting organisations in identifying, managing, and addressing security threats effectively. In addition, the hypothesised findings concluded that advancing cyber security in Indonesia is a fundamental aspect of state sovereignty, as stated in the 1945 Constitution and the principle of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). These findings demonstrated the significance of comprehending cyber security for users and organisations and the necessity of international cooperation in the realm of national security in cyber. By gaining a more comprehensive comprehension of the function of security management, it is anticipated that organisations can enhance security protocols and mitigate security vulnerabilities as they confront the challenges of the present digital age.
