The research aims to: (1) empirically examine the influence of food quality on tourist satisfaction, (2) the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction, (3) the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction, (4) the influence of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention, and (5) the influence of food product quality and destination image on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. This study adopts a quantitative method. The population of the research consists of tourists who engage in culinary tourism in Semarang city, with a sample size of 125 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. After reviewing the theory, the research instrument scale is adapted and distributed to the respondents. Once the data is collected, the next step involves data coding. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to obtain information regarding the influence of the independent variables, namely food product quality and destination image, on revisit intention in culinary tourism with tourist satisfaction as the intervening variable. The results of the research indicate that: (1) food quality empirically influences tourist satisfaction, (2) destination image influences tourist satisfaction, (3) destination image influences tourist satisfaction, (4) tourist satisfaction influences revisit intention, and (5) food product quality and destination image influence revisit intention through tourist satisfaction.

The role of housewives is a vital component of the nation that can be empowered to enhance family welfare. Various programs can be implemented by women to improve family well-being by utilizing and managing their surrounding environment. One such program, particularly in the realm of food, is the cultivation and utilization of local traditions, specifically the Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) program. Prioritized issues include the availability of land for TOGA cultivation and the processing of results that still yield conventional products, limiting their economic value. The use of chemical drugs, especially for children, poses significant risks, given the prevalence of toddlers and children under 12 in residential areas. Efforts are needed to reduce the consumption of chemical drugs in favor of herbal products and to address the innovative production and management of herbal products as a priority for PKK housewives. Activities involve socialization and training using the Housewife Creative Method as a solution. The modification of conventional herbal medicine or liquid herbal medicine into gel form is considered an innovative solution, adding economic value when sold. A 3-4 month community service project in Green Semesta Housing, Wates Subdistrict, Semarang, specifically in RT 2 RW 4, targeting PKK mothers, yielded positive and beneficial results. PKK mothers, who are also homemakers, gained additional insights into the use of TOGA plants, creating economically valuable products such as jelly herbal medicine for children in various types and creative packaging. The project also provided advanced entrepreneurial knowledge related to utilizing local products like TOGA plants. All PKK mothers could predict selling prices and produce appealingly packaged jelly herbal medicine products, making them suitable for marketing and sale.

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants.
The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

Penelitian ini bertujuan, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. Untuk pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak. Untuk mengetahui Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical yang diolah dengan metode statistika dengan membuat angket pada responden. Data yang digunakan ada dua jenis yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pustaka, metode kuisioner yang kemudian diolah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian merupakan responden sebanyak 58 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis yang diajukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, hal ini juga didukung dengan persamaan regresi Y = -2,876 + 0,377 X1 + 0,658 X2 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan (X1) terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan (Y). Begitupula kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kesimpulannya, Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi karyawan pada Sentral Industri Asap Indah Wonosari Bonang Demak.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel horizon pekalongan, dengan tujuan penelitian  adalah  untuk  menganalisis  dan  menjelaskan  (1)  pengaruh  motivasi, terhadap kinerja, (2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, (3) pengaruh motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian  dilakukan  dengan  menyebarkan  kuesioner  kepada  88  orang yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, kemudian hasil yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan  berpegaruh poisitif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja,  dan  secara parsial motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Hotel Horizon Pekalongan

BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera merupakan sebuah organisasi masyarakat tingkat desa yang dimiliki oleh Desa Lerep, Kec. Ungaran Barat Kab. Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja SDM di BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera. Narasumber dari penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang terdiri dari pengurus dan karyawan BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di BUM Desa Gerbang Lentera dilakukan berdasarkan semangat kekeluargaan dan gotong – royong sehingga menciptakan budaya kerja tim (teamwork) untuk membantu satu sama lain mengembangkan diri dan memunculkan kebanggaan dalam diri individu. Komunikasi dalam organisasi pun dilakukan dalam beberapa jenis dan bentuk serta melalui beberapa media yang disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi serta jenis informasi yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan, Untuk mendapatkan informasi mengetahui  pengaruh  kompensasi  terhadap  Kinerja  PT. Sukses Pangan Bersama. Mengetahui  pengaruh   Prestasi  terhadap   Kinerja  karyawan PT. Sukses Pangan Bersama. Mengetahui pengaruh  kompensasi dan prestasi kerja secara bersama sama terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  PT. Sukses Pangan Bersama. Mengetahui variable manakah diantara kompensasi dan prestasi kerja yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja  Karyawan  PT. Sukses Pangan Bersama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical yang diolah dengan metode statistika dengan membuat angket pada responden. Ada pengaruh variable prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sukses Pangan Bersama. Ada pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan prestasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sukses Pangan Bersama dimana variabel prestasi kerja menjadi variabel yang dominan.

Upaya peningkatan pendapatan desa khususnya desa wisata salah satunya adalah dengan memberdayakan potensi alam yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut. Pemberdayaan potensi alam dengan melalui pengelolaan potensi yang ada secara berkesinambungan yaitu mengolahnya menjadi suatu daya tarik wisata diharapkan bisa menambah pendapatan desa yang nantinya secara otomatis akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa. Konsep pemberdayaan potensi alam menjadi daya tarik wisata dengan pengelolaan berkesinambungan menjadi dasar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian STIEPARI Semarang yang dilaksanakan di desa wisata Mandiraja kabupaten Pemalang.  Kegiatan di awali dengan survey ke lokasi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menverifikasi potensi alam yang ada di desa tersebut yaitu adanya curug Sidok yang merupakan potensi andalan desa wisatakemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan focus grup discussion dan ditutup dengan kegiatan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa wisata Mandiraja yang terdiri dari kelompok sadar wisata serta masyarakat desa yang akan dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata. Untuk pengelolaan yang berkesinambungan, kedepannya ditargetkan adanya sinergi yang berkelanjutan antara STIEPARI dengan desa wisata Mandiraja dalam pendampingan pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata serta pengelolaan homestay sebagai pendukung destinasi wisata di Desa Mandiraja.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period.
