Purpose: The main objective of this research is optimal use of customer segmentation using the Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) approach so that companies can better understand and comprehend the needs of each customer. By carrying out this segmentation, companies can communicate better and provide services tailored to each customer.
Methods: The K-means algorithm is used as the main method for customer segmentation in this research. This research uses a dataset of online retail customers. Apart from that, this research also uses the elbow method to help determine the best number of clusters to be created by the model.
Result: Based on the elbow method, the most optimal is to use 3 clusters for this case. Thus, in K-means modeling, forming 3 clusters is the best choice. Clusters produce groups of customers who have specific characteristics in each cluster. The analysis shows that quantity and unit price have a significant influence on online retail customer behavior.
Novelty: This research strengthens the trend of using the K-means algorithm for customer segmentation in online retail datasets, which has proven popular in journals from 2018 to 2022. This research creates 3 new variables that will be used by the model to understand the characteristics of customer transaction behavior. This study also emphasizes the importance of exploratory data analysis in understanding data before clustering and the use of the elbow method to determine the most appropriate number of clusters, providing a significant contribution in analyzing customer segmentation.

Abstrak:
Human rights in the Indonesian political context show a discrepancy between the principles set out in the constitution and their implementation on the ground. While the Indonesian constitution guarantees fundamental rights, various institutional, political and cultural barriers often prevent their effective implementation. This research investigates the dynamics of human rights in the Indonesian political system, highlighting the gap between constitutional norms and their application in practice. Through the analysis of various legal documents and human rights case studies, this article identifies key challenges in the enforcement of human rights in Indonesia. The main results show that while Indonesia's constitution clearly guarantees a range of human rights, there are institutional, political and cultural barriers that hinder the implementation of these rights. The article provides policy recommendations to strengthen human rights protection, including legal reform and capacity building of law enforcement agencies. It discusses the protection of human rights in the Indonesian constitution, its implementation in political practice, as well as cases of violations that have occurred. The Indonesian Constitution guarantees human rights through various provisions listed in the 1945 Constitution, including civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights. However, the implementation of human rights in political practice often faces challenges, including corruption, abuse of power, and discriminatory policies. Various cases of human rights violations, such as arbitrary arrests, violence against minorities, and labor rights violations, show the gap between law and practice. Various parties, including the government, non-governmental organizations, civil society, and the international community, play an important role in protecting and promoting human rights in Indonesia. Effective cooperation between these various parties is needed to ensure respect and protection of human rights in all aspects of national life.

Sand is the main commodity of the Gondoruso community, almost all levels of society feel the impact of the presence of sand mining. From sand, it can form a network ecosystem for local residents' livelihoods. Based on this phenomenon, researchers conducted an analysis using Max Weber's concept of Protestant Ethics and McLeland's need for achievement. Weber stated that the Protestant Ethics was the forerunner to the birth of the spirit of capitalism which brought human civilization to become the creature of capital it is today. This is in line with the thoughts of Mc Cleland who stated that to achieve progress in civilization, you need encouragement to achieve your goals. The need for achievement makes humans move to realize the progress of their civilization. This encouragement encourages people to think more rationally, ultimately encouraging capitalization to maximize existing potential. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with analysis that attempts to describe and explain the reality that exists within a society.

Abstrak:
The remaining food waste in Indonesia reaches around 46.35 million tons, with economic losses reaching 23 million to 48 million tons per year. This condition has led to various campaigns to reduce food waste from people concerned about the problem of food waste. However, the increase in food waste campaigns has yet to be accompanied by a decrease in the volume of food waste in Indonesia. This research aims to determine public sentiment toward food waste campaigns on Instagram social media and determine the accuracy of the methods used in data classification. The method used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. The results obtained were from a total of 118 data regarding the food waste campaign; 79% data showed that the public had a positive sentiment, and 21% other data had a negative sentiment. The accuracy results of using sentiment analysis were 78.94%; this shows that the performance of the Naïve Bayes method in classifying data is quite good.
