Abstrak:
Kecamatan Bandungan merupakan wilayah di Kabupaten Semarang dengan komoditas hasil pertanian yang melimpah. Pusat pemasaran hasil pertanian di daerah ini adalah Sub Terminal Agrobisnis Jetis. Secara kultural petani biasanya memasarkan hasil pertaniannya dengan dua cara, yaitu pasca panen dan pra panen. Permasalahan pemasaran yang dihadapi para pelaku agribisnis di daerah ini diantaranya adalah sulitnya calon pembeli (pedagang) dan calon penjual (petani) untuk saling menemukan pada saat saling membutuhkan untuk bertransaksi.
Survei APJII (Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia) menunjukkan bahwa perangkat akses internet paling banyak digunakan di Jawa Tengah adalah perangkat mobile. Kondisi tersebut tidak ada pengecualian pada kebanyakan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bandungan. Setiap kepala keluarga di wilayah ini sebagian besar telah memiliki akses internet dengan perangkat mobile (smartphone).
Berdasarkan temuan masalah dan potensi yang ada, peneliti melakukan sebuah penelitian rancang bangun E-Commerceb B to B berbasis web mobile yang bertujuan menjadi portal informasi agribinis yang memudahkan petani dan pedagang di wilayah ini untuk menyebarkan dan mencari informasi hasil pertaniannya, baik yang membutuhkan produk maupun yang memiliki produk pertanian. Bentuk E-Commerce yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah listing iklan produk pertanian oleh petani dan iklan kebutuhan produk pertanian oleh pedagang. Penelitian-pengembangan ini dikerjakan dengan metode R&D Sugiono, sedangkan pemrogramannya dikembangkan dengan pattern MVC CodeIgniter dan menggunakan antarmuka web-mobile jQuery mobile pada bagian GUI-nya.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan propotype sistem Ecommerce berbasis web mobile yang telah diujikan secara terbatas pada Personal Computer(PC) dan smartphone Android dengan pengguna dari kalangan aktor admin, petani, dan pedagang. Hasil pengujian secara fungsional menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan cukup baik pada perangkat PC maupun Smartphone Android. Hasil penilaian rata-rata dari aktor yang dilibatkan dalam pengujian semuanya diatas 30 dari skala penilaian 1-40. Artinya secara umum sistem ini sudah bekerja dengan baik dan bisa diterima oleh semua kalangan calon pengguna.

Abstrak:
Consumables inventory information system is used to control and supervise the management of consumables in carrying out the management of consumables, they often face problems. These problems such as inaccurate counting of goods, recording process, transaction data documentation is hampered, and inventory control is not optimal. The thing that is done to minimize these problems is the construction of an information system for managing consumables inventory. This system was created by developing an existing system. The purpose of developing this system is to provide convenience for users to obtain the required information quickly and accurately. The stages of system development used in the development of this system are system analysis, system design and system implementation. The auxiliary software used to implement the system design is Delphi Borland
The consumables inventory information system is built based on user needs so that requirements specifications are generated. The database in this system includes a table of goods, users, suppliers, circulation, invoices, inventories, proposals for goods and expiration of goods.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital Kartu Catatan Siswa Berbasis Web. Aplikasi ini untuk membantu sistem pengelolaan dan pengendalian data catatan siswa yang semula masih dilakukan secara manual di lingkungan SMK Negeri 5 Semarang. Permasalahan pada saat mengelola dan mencari arsip lama yang terdapat dalam catatan pada buku-buku lainnya yang terletak parsial dari bulan ke bulan pada setiap bulanya.
Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan merujuk pada tahapan RND milik Soegiyano. Tahap ini di mulai dari tahap potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, sampai pada tahap implementasi produk, sehingga dapat menghasilkan data yang akurat saat melaporkan catatan siswa bermasalah dan menentukan surat peringatan dan pemanggilan terhadap orang tua wali murid.

Abstrak:
The results of this study are in the form of a product, namely an android application, an ordering and payment system using Android-based QR Code technology. According to the research design, the research results go through two testing or validation processes, namely design validation by experts in this case expert lecturers in the computer field, and product validation by users.Validation is carried out using an assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire or validation sheet. The questionnaire contains 10 questions that must be filled in with a value between 1 and 4. The total score will get a score of not good, enough, good, or very good. The final conclusion is a statement that the product must be replaced, can be used with many revisions, can be used with few revisions, or can be used without revision.The results of the design validation test by experts gave a total score of 37, included in the score indicator 31 n 40, namely "Very Good". The conclusion drawn by the expert for system design is "Can be Used Without Revision".The results of product validation testing by users give an average value of 35 so that it is in the indicator category and gets the "Very Good" predicate. The final conclusion of user validation is a product or prototype "Can Be Used Without Revision".This research was conducted in a restaurant, Restaurant isn’t just a place to eat something but also a place to relaxing, meet someone or hang out with friends or colagues. Service of the restaurant is the main factor to make customer feel comfortable and relax. Many restaurant make their own order and payment system for better service but they forgot about the speed of their services.Using research methods data collection, observation, and interviewin Kedai Cangkir Gubug, face to face service like greeting, take order, and serving order all of it is waiter’s job. All of that tasks need time at most that makes if the restaurant have many customers, every single customer have to wait for a longer time waiting for waiter that serving another customer. The payment method is quite troublesome for customer because they have to save order paper for payment in cashier later.The solution that writer’s made is to decrease the task of waiter so that services can be done equally with QRcode technology for ordering menu with the scanner is android smartphone. Payment only need name of customer or table number and customer can do it in cashier or they can request the bill at their table. Therefore waiter no need to take order one after another and customer can do payment easier.

The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 <? = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient ?1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 <? = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows ?2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline.

Abstrak:
Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

financial information in schools. Payment information which is the basis for schools to determine future policies. The object of research in this thesis is the Demak Development High School which is one of the agencies engaged in the field of science and education.
The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school payment administration recording information system and design a school payment administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the accuracy of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial.
The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making
