Abstrak:
This research is a study in the field of Public Administration aimed at describing community empowerment management through the Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) in the development of Kebon Winduaji Coffee in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency in 2020. The research method employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research targets were stakeholders involved in community empowerment activities through the PHP2D program. The selection of informants in this study used purposive sampling technique. Data sources for the research utilized both primary and secondary data. This research focused on aspects including available strengths and opportunities, while simultaneously minimizing weaknesses and threats faced in the development of Kebon Winduaji Coffee. Data analysis used an interactive model with descriptive design. The research findings indicate that successful community empowerment through local products requires a balance between two important elements: preserving local culture and traditions, and adapting to contemporary market demands. The long-term success of community empowerment programs depends not only on the availability of funding and support from various parties. More importantly, it is the ability to build a robust system that can withstand various external changes, while maintaining the distinctive characteristics and authenticity of local products as a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstrak:
the development of technology requires the world of education to face the optimal use of digital media. This article is quoted to describe the process of making and utilizing WordPress -based digital bulletin board in SMAN 1 2 × 11 six environment as a medium of expression, information, and memorization of digital literacy of students. The method of implementing activities includes training in the use of WordPress, the formation of an editorial team, technical assistance in making digital bulletin board, content of content publications. The results show that students are able to create a wordpress account, choose the appropriate theme, lock the content of the article, and distribute digital bulletin links online. In addition, this activity increases the ability of student digital literacy and encourages collaboration between students in managing school information. Digital Mading is proven to be an innovative and effective learning medium in fostering the 21st century skills. This article is expected to be a reference for other educators in integrating digital technology in school literacy activities.

Abstrak:
This study aims to evaluate the level of compliance of sustainability report disclosures based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards in four energy sector companies in Indonesia, namely PT Bukit Asam (PTBA) Tbk, PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM) Tbk, PT Timah (TINS) Tbk, and PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia (ADRO) Tbk for the period 2022-2024 using a qualitative descriptive approach method with content analysis of each company's sustainability report and comparing disclosures on indicators of universal standards and specific GRI standards. The results showed that all companies have achieved full compliance with GRI universal standards in the last two years (2023 and 2024), especially PTBA, ANTM, and TINS consistently maintain complete disclosure (100%) on GRI 100: Universal Standard for three consecutive years since 2022. Likewise, TINS managed to achieve 100% full disclosure for GRI specific standards 200, 300, 400 and ranked first for the 2023-2024 period compared to the other 3 companies. However, there are variations in disclosure on the economic, environmental and social specific standards between 4 companies. These findings confirm a commitment to transparency in the energy sector, but there is a need to improve the quality of reporting, particularly on social and environmental aspects to align with international standards.

Abstrak:
In order to improve the development of Islamic businesses, business actors are advised to improve their understanding of sharia principles, develop innovative products that meet market needs, and implement ethical marketing strategies. The government needs to take supportive policies, such as issuing regulations that facilitate the development of Islamic businesses, providing education and training programs for business actors, and facilitating access to financing through financial institutions that offer Islamic products. For future research, it is recommended to conduct case studies on successful sharia business actors, analyze the impact of government policies on the growth of this industry, and conduct comparisons with other countries that have more advanced sharia industries to gain insights and best practices that can be applied.

This study aims to examine the strategy of meaning in Arabic language learning at SMA Terpadu Darut Tauhid with a focus on understanding narrative texts. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were obtained from observations of learning activities, documentation, and in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and language program managers. The results of the study indicate that strategies such as Jigsaw, Index Card Match, and direct methods (al-thariqah al-mubasyarah) are effective in improving students' linguistic understanding and contextual values. The implementation of these strategies is carried out in an integrated manner in a daily language-based program, supported by a conducive religious environment. The use of narrative texts, especially the stories of the prophets and companions, not only enriches the mastery of mufradat and tarkib, but also becomes a means of internalizing the values ??of akhlakul karimah. The challenge of time constraints is overcome through creative approaches such as role-play and short dialogues. This study recommends the importance of integration between linguistic strategies and spiritual values ??in Arabic language learning in a religious-based educational environment.

Abstrak:
This article examines the implementation of Google Sites as a platform for developing a digital magazine by students of MAN 3 Solok. The research aims to describe the design, execution, and evaluation processes of utilizing Google Sites in creating a digital magazine, as well as to identify the challenges and benefits encountered. The method employed involved training and direct mentoring for 20 members of the student council at MAN 3 Solok. The results indicate that 70% of participants successfully accessed the website and created the digital magazine effectively, while 30% faced operational and infrastructure-related technical challenges. The use of Google Sites has proven effective in enhancing digital literacy, creativity, and collaboration among students in creating digital-based school publications. Through this activity, students not only gained technical skills but also developed essential creative thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities in the digital era.

Abstrak:
Discipline character education in early childhood refers to instilling obedience to rules at home, school, and in society for children aged 0–6 years. This education serves as a crucial foundation for shaping future generations. This study aims to examine the implementation of traffic ethics education for young children, the strategies used, and influencing factors at Al-Anshor Islamic Kindergarten Palembang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving two teachers (Class A and B) as the main data sources. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the strategy for teaching traffic ethics includes: (1) Planning, by integrating traffic ethics indicators into RKM and RPPH; (2) Implementation, through integration in learning activities, school culture, and daily routines; and (3) Evaluation, conducted in conjunction with other learning assessments. The character values fostered through this process include self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility. These findings suggest that incorporating traffic ethics education into early childhood learning can effectively instill discipline, contributing positively to children's character development and awareness of civic responsibility from an early age.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of parenting patterns on the independence of children in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub- district. The method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational research type. The population of this study was all children aged 5-6 years who lived in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub-district. The sample in this study was 20 children in orphanages in Alang-alang lebar sub-district with a random sampling method. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. After collecting the results of the questionnaire answers that had been distributed, the researcher processed the data using the SPSS Version 26 Program. The data analysis used was validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing. After the analysis test was carried out, the calculated t > t table (8.956 > 2.093) and sig< 0.005 were obtained. Because the calculated t > t table, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of parenting patterns on the independence of children in the Alang-Alang Lebar Sub-district Orphanage.

This article delves into the challenges of low reading interest and comprehension skills among primary school students, emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to address these issues. Reading interest plays a pivotal role in academic development, making its enhancement a shared responsibility among students, teachers, and parents. Through a comprehensive literature review of relevant journals sourced from Google Scholar, the article identifies effective strategies to foster reading interest and improve comprehension skills. Key findings suggest that employing engaging instructional techniques can significantly boost students' reading interest and comprehension abilities. Additionally, cultivating reading habits from an early age by providing appealing reading materials has been shown to establish lasting reading habits into adulthood. Proficient reading skills not only broaden knowledge but also stimulate imagination and creativity. Consequently, educators are encouraged to actively implement effective reading strategies to support literacy development in primary schools.

Abstrak:
Purpose: The study explores the work program preparation, budgeting, implementation, and accountability of SDGs targets and achievements by Central Java and Yogyakarta.
Method: The research used a qualitative approach and included case studies of the governments of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Data was collected through interviews with the SDGs Implementation Team and study of SDGs documentation, then reduced, presented, and concluded.
Findings: The results showed three main themes that reveal accountability SDGs in Central Java and Yogyakarta: preparation and budgeting, implementation and accountability, and strengthening the implementation of SDGs. Those themes explained that the implementation of SDGs by Central Java and Yogyakarta governments are not carried out separately but are attached to programs and activities prepared about the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan. This study is expected to improve integration between central and regional governments so that SDGs can be reported according to actual conditions.
Novelty: The research provides an overview of the accountability mechanisms for SDG programs and activities, starting from the planning process, budgeting, and implementation to strengthening. This also reveals the facts SDGs accountability in the field, which demonstrate the legitimacy of local governments towards the commitment of implementation of SDGs.
