Soil Classification and Correlation of Laboratory CBR Values with CBR Value from Subgrade DCP Test on Reconstruction Project of Mirit – Tambakmulyo Road Section, Kebumen, Central Java

Abstrak:
The California Bearing Ratio (CBR) value has become the standard for determining the bearing capacity of soil,especially subgrade, in highway construction. Usually expressed as a percentage, the CBR figure can be obtained in the laboratory (CBR Lab) or the field through the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test. This study examines the relationship between the Laboratory CBR and the Field CBR from the results of the DCP test on 12 soil samples obtained at the research location on the Mirit - Tambakmulyo Road Section (Kebumen Regency, Central Java). The samples were then analyzed using a mathematical formula to obtain a regression equation and correlation value. Based on the AASHTO method, the soil at the research location is classified as A-6 soil type, namely clay soil, with a general assessment of moderate to poor subgrade. For the USCS method, the most dominant soil classification is CL: non-organic clay with low to moderate plasticity, gravelly clay, sandy clay, and dusty clay. The Laboratory CBR value was obtained from 5.59% to 7.90%. Two samples have a CBR Value <6.00%, namely Sample 10 and Sample 11. Meanwhile, for the CBR value from the DCP test in the field, the CBR range is 5.11% to 12.96%. There is only one sample with a CBR Value <6.00%, namely sample 5, which has a CBR figure of 5.11%. The CBR value of 6.00% is the minimum subgrade requirement in the Manual Desain Perkerasan 2024 released by the Indonesian Directorate General of Highways. From the results of the regression calculation and correlation of Field CBR to Laboratory CBR, the equation y = -0.0614x + 7.1492 is obtained with a correlation coefficient (r) = -0.1862. The correlation pattern obtained is a weak negative direct correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.035 indicates that the accuracy of the regression model is quite good. This study proves that the correlation between Field CBR value and Laboratory CBR is weak and not statistically significant.

Abstrak:
Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

<p>Teknologi pengolahan daging, dapat diartikan suatu teknologi yang menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang bahan pangan asal hewani/ ternak pasca panen guna memperoleh kemanfaatanya secara maksimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah dari pangan asal hewani/ternak tersebut. Pada saat ini, beraneka macam produk olahan makanan dari daging telah banyak dikembangkan. Produk makanan yang telah diolah, atau diawetkan dan dibekukan banyak dipasarkan misalnya pada produk makanan olahan beku yaitu nugget, sosis, daging asap dan pattie/daging burger. Bahkan beberapa produk olahan dari daging seperti dendeng dan abon menjadi produk khas di suatu tempat. Teknologi pengolahan hasil ternak sangat berpeluang dalam membuka dunia usaha baru disamping mengembangkan teknologi lokal seperti pengasapan pada daging, dendeng, curing, dan lain sebagainya. Dari latar belakang di atas, kaitannya dengan teknologi pengolahan daging sangat penting diketahui oleh masyarakat umum dan para pelaku industri pangan termasuk para siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal sebagai bekal nantinya pada saat terjun pada usaha yang terkait dengan industri pangan, termasuk untuk memberikan perlindungan pada masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan <em>food safety</em>, mutu dan mencegah terjadinya kerugian ekonomi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi berupa sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perihal peranan teknologi pengolahan daging dalam mempertahankan mutu dan keamanan pangan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi penjelasan tentang keamanan pangan dan teknologi pengolahan daging beserta contoh-contoh pengolahan daging. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan setelah penyuluhan dan setelah dilakukan analisis statistik, secara umum menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada tingkat pemahaman kelompok sasaran (siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal) kaitannya dengan teknologi pengolahan daging. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah publikasi pada jurnal PKM, media massa, dan HKI. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan khalayak sasaran secara signifikan terkait keamanan pangan pada produk olahan daging.</p>

Abstrak:
This research is intended to determine the parenting patterns used by parents in shaping the disciplinary character of class V students at Tegalmulyo State Elementary School. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's steps which include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of the research show that fifth grade students at State Elementary School Tegalmulyo are disciplined in carrying out activities at home and at school, although there are still some violations, but the percentage is relatively small. Then the parenting pattern used by parents of class V students at State Elementary School Tegalmulyo to shape the students' disciplinary character is a democratic parenting pattern based on existing characteristics. Apart from factors from parents and oneself, schools also have an important role in shaping student discipline. If parents will provide advice, direction and role models to form student discipline, then the school will provide it through action directions and also rules of conduct which contain obligations, prohibitions, sanctions and also rewards.

<p>Pengetahuan tentang keamanan pangan kaitannya dengan teknologi pengolahan daging sangat penting diketahui oleh masyarakat umum dan para pelaku industri pangan termasuk para siswa SMK N 6 Kendal sebagai bekal nantinya pada saat terjun pada usaha yang terkait dengan industri pangan, termasuk untuk memberikan perlindungan pada masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan <em>food safety</em>, mutu dan mencegah terjadinya kerugian ekonomi. Sosialisasi tentang keamanan pangan kaitannya dengn teknologi pengolahan daging sangat tepat dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan bagi siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 6 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal, karena salah satu tujuan SMK adalah menyiapkan lulusan yang terampil dan siap kerja dibidang keahliannya. SMK Negeri 6 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal merupakan SMK yang mempunyai bidang keahlian teknologi hasil pertanian, yang mana industri pangan merupakan sejalur dengan bidang kerja para lulusannya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi berupa sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perihal keamanan pangana kaitannya dengan teknologi pengolahn daging bagi siswa SMK Negeri 6 Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi penjelasan tentang keamanan pangan dan teknologi pengolahan daging beserta contoh-contoh pengolahan daging. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah publikasi pada jurnal PKM dan media massa.</p>

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership on innovation in the context of entrepreneurial organizations. Effective leadership has been proven to be a key factor in driving innovation, a key element for entrepreneurial sustainability and growth. To explain the relationship between leadership and innovation, this study uses a comprehensive research approach, including document analysis, surveys, and interviews. Findings suggest that leadership that inspires, supports, and models innovation can have a significant impact on an organization's entrepreneurial ability to create and implement innovation. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and policy makers in the context of entrepreneurial organizations and demonstrate the important role for leaders in developing a strong innovation culture. In an era of constant change, innovation has become a key factor for the survival of entrepreneurial organizations, and effective leadership can play an important role in encouraging and driving the innovation process. This study provides an in-depth analysis of a number of leadership variables, including leadership style, decision-making skills, and communication, and how these variables impact an organization's ability to create, adopt, and implement innovation. Abstrak:
Imunisasi merupakan upaya memberikan kekebalan pada bayi dan anak dengan memasukkan vaksin ke dalam tubuh agar tubuh membuat zat anti tubuh untuk mencegah terhadap penyakit tertentu. Kota Samarinda merupakan daerah dengan beberapa wilayahnya masih memiliki cakupan ekspansi yang cukup rendah. Salah satunya yaitu Kelurahan Selili. Kurangnya komunikasi, informasi, edukasi (KIE) terhadap isu kesehatan, menyebabkan ibu bayi/balita terkadang tidak menyadari kedalamannya karena pada dasarnya ekspansi harus dilakukan tepat waktu sesuai usia anak. Dari wawancara dengan ibu bayi/balita di wilayah tersebut, diketahui bahwa masyarakat aktif menggunakan media sosial, salah satunya adalah aplikasi Facebook .Oleh karena itu, tujuan dilaksanakan program ini adalah melatih penggunaan media sosial (Facebook) dan Google Calendar kepada kader Posyandu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam strategi KIE kesehatan utamanya pada pengingat jadwal penarik bayi/balita di wilayah kerja Posyandunya. Metode dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat diawali dari pengenalan masyarakat, pengenalan masalah, penyadaran masalah, perencanaan program, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan, adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat pada kader posyandu Kasih Ibu dalam proses pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media edukasi kesehatan, serta terbentuknya divisi media. Kader posyandu perlu melakukan upaya peningkatan kemampuan mengelola akun media sosial facebookdan Google Calender guna menumbuhkan partisipasi orang tua yang memiliki bayi/balita untuk rutin ke posyandu dan di Imunisasi.

Ship KM. Egon is one of PT Indoneisan National Shiiping fleets that seves the Indonesian people for smooth sea transportation. This ship is a ship made in Germany in 1991 with a length of 94,30 meters and a windth of 16 meters which is one of the means of transportation that crosses various islands. In one voyage this ship is capable of transportation 500 pax of vehicles, loads of goods passengers with a capacity of 500 passengers with the destination of KM ship. Egon it self is Sheet Harbor, Waingapu Port, Surabaya Port, Batulicin Port, and Pare-pare Port. This study aims to determine the effect of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance on Passenger’s Decisions to Use the KM Ship Egon especially at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, the population in this study were passengers on the KM Egon ship owned by PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch and the sampels used in this study were 92 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation (Observation), interviews, and distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling purposive sampling type, then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The regression formulation in this study is as follows: Y = 1.785 + 0,310X1 + 0,202X2 + 0,220X3 + µ. From this equation, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing passenger decisions is the corporate image variable with a regression coefficient of 0.202. The R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.517 or 51,7% which means that Passenger Decisions are influenced by the variables of Quality/Service Quality, Corporate Image, Safety Assurance which are 51,7% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety at PT. Pelni Surabaya Branch, which is 48,3%.

Based on statistical data, every year there is an increase in population. This also happened to the increasing number of Catholics. The increase member in Saint Aloysius Church of Mojosongo isn’t accompanied by an increase of seating facilities, to solved this, a device was designed which will show seats that have been used or still empty through a viewer that will be placed near the entrance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The number of seats used by in one block is 25 seats, the seat sample is 9 seats. Three (3) PIR sensors are placed above the row to the seat 2, where the direction of the PIR sensor is drived by a stepper motor with an angle is 22.61°. Detection alternated and sequentially starting from row A, row B and row C. In general, the seat detection system based on ATMEGA16 works according to the design. People can find an empty seat position by looking at the viewer (LED) and looking for LED lights that are not lit.
