Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. Corona virus or what is known as Covid-19 is a new case of pneumonia that was first reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Within a month, this disease had spread to various other provinces in China, Thailand, Japan and South Korea. Implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) during the Covid19 pandemic can break the chain of virus spread. The aim of this literature review is to see how the Indonesian people implemented clean and healthy living behavior programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used to write this article is based on a literature review approach. The journal collection process is based on criteria determined in literature research. Participation criteria are journals published in the last 5 years and indexed in Google Scholar. The results of this article explain the clean and healthy living behavior of the community during the Covid-19 period. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there has been a change in clean and healthy living behavior in Indonesian society during the Covid- 19 period.

This service is an initiative taken by the volunteers to educate the community, particularly the youth of Karang Taruna in the village of Mekar Buana in Karawang. The objective is to create awareness among the youth of Karang Taruna about religious diversity. The lectures and interviews are the primary methods of implementation. The activity was conducted successfully, and the results and discussions showed that the youth of the organization now have a better understanding of religious moderation. In conclusion, this service has helped to enlighten the youth about religious life, particularly the importance of religious moderation.

The role of women in building village government is very important, because they contribute to the economic, social and environmental sectors. Women also have a key role in managing natural resources, local economic activities and maintaining environmental sustainability to build strong social networks in village communities. Women’s involvement is an absolute requirement in efforts to realize village development as an independent village. It is impossible for a country to prosper if its women are left behind. The complete and comprehensive development of a country requires the full role of women in all areas of life. Women as citizens or as sources of village development have the same rights, obligations and opportunities as men in all development activities in the country. All life. The role of women has also been accommodated by all national development regulations, such as Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which states that women’s involvement is very necessary for village development.
With the existence of women in Ciseeng Village, which is the location of this research, most residents here position women as equal to men. This means that women can also hold government positions ranging from BPD, Village Apparatus, to Village Head. In Ciseeng itself, the role of women in all aspects of development is quite pronounced, starting from participating in building village facilities, maintaining village security, PKK in empowering families, and so on.

This article reviews the existence of social media in thrifting marketing in the lives of teenagers in the era of globalization. This was put into perspective and carried out empirically by Gen z. Consumptive behavior is increasingly occurring and has become a topic that supports people who make thrifting production a public space for their economy. The rise of thrifting in the business economy is a trend that is currently in a significant context. The phenomenological approach explains the general meaning of a number of individuals related to concepts or phenomena that are now becoming popular discussions on social media. There is a driving factor for consumers to buy thrifting goods, namely the social media factor which encourages teenagers to be tempted by models advertised with various products and brands to attract interest. This research discusses the use of qualitative methods in a phenomenological approach. In this research, the research focus is on enthusiasts (consumers) and owners of thrifting to find out how thrifting can give rise to the existence of social media in online thrifting shopping. One measure of consumer satisfaction can be proven by how often they subscribe to the thrifting store. This is in social reality or truth which is assumed to be the result of social construction and the truth of a social reality which has a relative nature.

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment and supervision on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-medical employees at RSUD Dr. Iskak, Tulungagung Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t tests), and sobel tests. The population in this study was 533 non-medical employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method and the number of samples taken in this study was 85 non-medical employees. In this study, the results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, supervision has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Artikel ini menggambarkan makna bahasa cinta pada mahasiswa yang menjalani hubungan persahabatan sejenis menggunakan perspektif sosiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil wawancara kepada empat pasang mahasiswa yang telah menjalin hubungan persahabatan sesama jenis minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa cinta pada pelaku persahabatan sejenis dimaknai sebagai cara untuk mempererat hubungan yang sudah terjalin lama. Bahasa cinta yang paling penting dalam persahabatan ini adalah tindakan  membantu karena dianggap sebagai bentuk kepedulian seorang sahabat yang saling menyayangi dan tidak bisa diucapkan lewat kata-kata. Informan perempuan cenderung membantu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan primer dan memberikan dukungan emosional ketika sahabatnya memerlukan bantuannya. Informan laki-laki lebih memilih memberikan bantuan materi, transportasi, dan membantu mengerjakan tugas kuliah. Bahasa cinta lain juga dilakukan informan melalui kata-kata pujian atau perhatian dan meluangkan waktu bersama. Hal ini memberikan kesan intim dalam hubungan persahabatan sejenis. Dengan demikian, penggunaan bahasa cinta dalam hubungan persahabatan bertujuan membangun interaksi yang lebih baik.  This article describes the meaning of love language among students who are in same-sex friendship relationships using a sociological perspective. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with four pairs of students who had established same-sex friendships for at least one year. The results of the study show that the language of love for perpetrators of same-sex friendship is interpreted as a way to strengthen long-standing relationships. The most important love language in this friendship is the act of service because it is considered a form of concern for a friend who loves each other and cannot be expressed in words. Female informants tend to help with primary needs and provide emotional support when their friends need help. Male informants prefer to provide material assistance, transportation, and help with college assignments. Other love languages are also used by informants through words of praise or attention and spending time together. This gives the impression of being intimate in a friendship of the same sex. Thus, the use of love languages in friendship relationships aims to build better interactions. 

Members of the TNI and POLRI as part of Indonesian citizens should have human rights, especially the political right to vote in elections. However, in reality, the right to vote for these two agencies is limited by the provisions in force in the legislation. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the provisions on the right to vote for members of the TNI and POLRI from a positive law and human rights perspective. This research uses normative juridical methods such as a conceptual approach, a state approach, a historical approach and an analytical approach. Based on the research results, there is a decline in democracy looking at the history of elections in 3 periods, namely the old order, the new order and the reform era. Apart from that, there is a lack of synchronization between positive legal provisions and each other which regulate human rights and political rights of Indonesian citizens

This community service activity aims to increase the awareness of the community around the IAIN Ambon campus regarding the importance of plastic waste management and maintaining environmental cleanliness. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, students of the Islamic Criminal Law Study Program at the Faculty of Sharia IAIN Ambon acted as facilitators in the socialization and implementation of plastic waste recycling activities. This activity included education on the negative impacts of plastic waste, waste sorting practices, recycled product creation, and waste cleanup actions. The results showed positive changes in community behavior towards the environment and improved students' skills in applying the amar ma'ruf nahi munkar principle. This activity not only had a tangible social impact but also strengthened the application of Islamic values in the context of environmental preservation.

This research conducts a comprehensive exploration of the nuanced dimensions surrounding the role and protection of victims of sexual violence against children in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Decision Number 28/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Bbs, employing a normative juridical methodology. The study aims to reveal legal intricacies in victim form and protection throughout the judicial proceedings outlined in Decision Number 28/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Bbs, utilizing secondary sources such as laws, regulations, books, legal journal articles, and media coverage. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the research identifies two pivotal dimensions. Firstly, victims of sexual violence against children in Decision Number 28/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Bbs exhibit vulnerability, easily persuadable traits, and compromised mental and physical conditions. External factors, including determinants of life, personality, and education, further contribute to the complexity of their roles. Secondly, an exploration of victim protection within the decision reveals that not all legally stipulated safeguards are embraced, with the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) providing no support due to a lack of initiative from the family or law enforcement officials. Despite this, non-juridical protections, particularly in health, were identified, such as post-mortem medical treatment. To enhance comprehensiveness, the study incorporates perspectives of advocacy and victim protection, critically examining the efficacy of advocacy initiatives and evaluating existing frameworks for both juridical and non-juridical protection. This comprehensive approach aims to provide a holistic understanding of challenges and opportunities in safeguarding victims of sexual violence against children within the context of Decision Number 28/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Bbs.

PT Ramotindo Pakuon Persada is a micro, small and medium enterprise engaged in the field of panel makers and electrical shops. Businesses in this company have a fairly high job risk related to electricity and have a fairly high work pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment and job embeddedness have on employee job satisfaction at PT Ramotindo Pakuon Persada. This study uses a quantitative method with saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 34 respondents. The work environment has a t count > t table (2.327 > 2.039) with a significant value of 0.027 <0.05, which means that the work environment influences job satisfaction. Job embeddedness has a t count > t table (2.225 > 2.039) with a significant value of 0.03 <0.05, which means that job embeddedness has an effect on job satisfaction. The work environment and job embeddedness have a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the work environment and job embeddedness have a significant simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as input for related companies and can be used as an evaluation to increase job satisfaction by taking into account several factors such as noise that arises, a supportive work environment and increasing family relationships among employees.
