Inventory is the process of collecting and compiling information and data about natural resources, which can be used as a reference for introducing plant types in the research area. This research was carried out in the Inclusive Park, a park intended for people with special needs, which is also decorated with several types of plants whose types are not yet known. This research aims to determine the types of the Araceae and Marantaceae families that live in the Bandung City Inclusive Park, which has never been done before, so it was deemed necessary to obtain data about this family. The Araceae and Marantaceae families are herbaceous plants that are widely used as ornamental and medicinal plants. The data collection method was carried out directly using an exploratory method and identifying plants at the location using the PlantNet Identification application. The results of the observations obtained 5 types of plants from the Araceae family and 4 types of plants from the Marantaceae family.

This research aims to analyze how a manager makes decisions regarding employee behavior in a company.  This research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The data used is secondary data using sources from books, journal articles, websites and other trusted sources. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The research results show that managers and employees must always work together to achieve new goals and contribute to the company. A professional manager will bring success to a company. conversely, if a manager does not understand his job duties and requirements and is unable to complete them, the company will suffer and may experience failure, which will be detrimental to employees or subordinates.

This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment on Poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023, either partially or simultaneously. The research approach is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data on Economic Growth, Inflation, Unemployment and Poverty in Indonesia for 2014-2023. Data collection techniques with documentation, data collection tools are in the form of documentation obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). To process the data, use EVIEWS 10. The results of this research show that Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment partially have a positive influence on Poverty in Indonesia. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia. Inflation has an insignificant positive effect on poverty in Indonesia in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ? = 0.05. Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in 2014-2023 using a confidence level of 95% or ? = 0.05. Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment together have a positive effect on Poverty in Indonesia using a confidence level of 95% or with alpha (?) = 0.05.

This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study to collect information related to the application of SIM in education. MIS helps educational institutions to manage information efficiently, increase data accessibility, and improve decision-making processes. This research aims to identify how SIM can improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study to collect information related to the application of SIM in education. Implementing MIS can provide various benefits, including increased efficiency in educational administration, monitoring student performance, and better decision making based on accurate and up-to-date data. SIM also helps in improving communication between various stakeholders in educational institutions, such as teachers, students, parents, and school management. Thus, the implementation of SIM can significantly improve the quality of learning and help educational institutions to achieve their educational goals.

This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties faced by 5th-grade students at SD Negeri Bandung in reading, writing, and arithmetic. The analysis revealed that the majority of students are at a frustration level in all three aspects, indicating a lack of fundamental understanding. This study also highlights the urgent need for more comprehensive and systemic educational reforms, focusing on improving teaching quality, adaptive learning methods, and holistic support for students. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of basic education and employing more inclusive teaching methods are crucial to address the varying levels of student abilities and learning styles.

Students experience difficulties in learning to write procedure texts. This is caused by students' interest in learning procedural text material which is still relatively low, students' lack of understanding in writing procedural texts, students are not enthusiastic about learning to write procedural texts. The aim of this research is to analyze (1) the ability to write procedural texts of class VII SMP students. Negeri 29 Medan before using the project based learning learning model assisted by Prezi media; (2) the ability to write procedural texts for class VII students at SMP Negeri 29 Medan after using the project based learning model assisted by Prezi media. (3) the influence of the project based learning model assisted by Prezi media on the ability to write procedural texts for class VII students at SMP Negeri 29 Medan. This research uses an experimental one group pre-test post-test design method. The results of the research show that 1) the ability to write procedural texts for class VII students at SMP Negeri 29 Medaln before implementing the project based learning learning model assisted by Prezi media was still classified as adequate in terms of category, with an average value of 60.16 while the majority of students had not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria. (KKM) which has already been determined by the school with a score of 76. 2) The ability to write procedural texts for class VII students at SMP Negeri 29 Medaln after implementing the Prezi media-assisted project based learning model is in the reverse category with a score of 84.35 based on the test t, with a significant level value of ? = 0.05 and n = 31, the t-table value is 2.04. Therefore, it can be concluded that t-count > t-table, namely 7.15 > 2.04. This proves that there is a significant influence from the use of the project based learning model assisted by Prezi media on class VII students at SMP Negeri 29 Medan.

implemented and evaluated the edge detection method using the Sobel Operator, which calculates the gradient of image intensity through two convoluted kernels for horizontal (Gx) and vertical directions. (Gy). The magnitudo gradient is obtained from the combination of both such directional gradients to represent the edge force on each pixel. The main steps include image pre-processing, the application of the Sobel kernel, the calculation of magnitudo gradients, and the filtering of results to extract significant edges. The results show that the Sobel Operator is effective in highlighting intensity differences that indicate the boundary of the object, although it is sensitive to noise and less accurate for fine edges. Despite its limitations, this method is simple to implement and useful as an initial step in image processing applications such as segmentation, pattern identification, and object shape analysis.

Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education. 

Sharia accounting faces significant challenges in the era of globalization, including integration with international standards, technological adaptation, and emphasis on sustainability and responsible finance. However, Islamic accounting also offers the opportunity to become an ethical and sustainable financial model, with principles such as the prohibition of investments that are environmentally or socially damaging. Excessive thinking is often experienced from adolescence to adulthood. The term that is better known in English is overthingking. Overthinking is a behavior of thinking about something excessively. There are several ways to overcome overthinking itself, one of which is by using Mindfulness Therapy. War in the mind can be interpreted as a condition of someone who thinks about conditions without finding a result that will take action. War in the mind is also known as overthinking, namely overthinking over and over again thinking about things that can take up a lot of time. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of content. This research explains the content/message of a piece of content. Overthinking has a negative influence on a person's thinking. To fight in one's mind means to speak against oneself, and purely from one's thoughts.
