Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor pendukung penguatan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran seminar socrates. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 1) Guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaran MAN Purbalingga, 2) Peserta didik kelas XI MAN Purbalingga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa panduan wawancara, lembar observasi dan checklist dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman & Saldana yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) membuat dan mendesain pembelajaran menjadi menarik, 2) keterbatasan pengetahuan peserta didik, 3) Standar kompetensi yang dasar pada peserta didik. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Pancasila diharapkan dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan tidak mengacu kepada buku paket, memiliki kerjasama dan porsi yang sesuai kebutuhan. Sedangkan peserta didik lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penyertaan modal dan kontribusi laba Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) PT Bank BPD DIY terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) pada periode 2020–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT Bank BPD DIY dan laporan APBD Pemerintah Daerah DIY. Efektivitas dianalisis menggunakan Charge Performance Index (CPI) dan kontribusi laba diukur dengan membandingkan deviden yang disetor terhadap total realisasi PAD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyertaan modal yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Daerah DIY kepada PT Bank BPD DIY efektif dalam meningkatkan laba, meskipun pertumbuhan laba tidak selalu sebanding dengan peningkatan modal. Rata-rata efektivitas kontribusi laba PT Bank BPD DIY terhadap target PAD mencapai 103,66% dan termasuk kategori sangat efektif. Namun, rata-rata kontribusi laba terhadap total PAD hanya sebesar 4,55%, yang tergolong sangat kurang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun laba BPD DIY meningkat dan target kontribusi laba tercapai, proporsi kontribusinya terhadap PAD secara keseluruhan masih rendah.

This study was conducted to determine: 1) the influence of work-life balance on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Limutu, Gorontalo Regency, 2) the influence of co-worker support on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Limutu, Gorontalo Regency, and 3) the influence of work-life balance and co-worker support on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Limutu, Gorontalo Regency. This study is associative with a quantitative approach, which aims to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regressions. The primary data analyzed was obtained through interviews and direct observation of the research object. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. At the same time, the sampling technique used the census method, where the entire population was used as a sample in this study. The results of the study indicate that partial work-life balance (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Limutu employees in Gorontalo Regency, support from co-workers (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Limutu employees in Gorontalo Regency. Simultaneously, work-life balance and support from co-workers positively and significantly affect the performance of PDAM Tirta Limutu employees in Gorontalo Regency.

This study was conducted to determine the principal's strategy in implementing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. The steps implemented by the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan in developing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. The methodology of this study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research type. In this study, data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely, interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal as the main informant along with the vice principal, teachers, as supporting informants. The analysis of this research data through steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that the principal's strategy in implementing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan consists of: The strategy carried out by the principal in implementing instructional leadership is good, but still requires development to implement instructional leadership in schools. So that the implementation of this leadership is worthy of being developed and can be an example for other schools. The steps implemented by the principal related to instructional leadership are very good, because the principal covers the whole leadership from teachers, staff and students in the school. The role played by the principal is quite good, because the principal carries out the role of instructional leadership to understand that one of their tasks is to encourage teachers and other school members to join in their efforts and focus their energy on school goals.

The purpose of this study is to explain the development of the history of Islamic culture in the Barzanji tradition and its relationship to the spread of Islam in the Labuhanbatu area. The Barzanji tradition has been practiced in Indonesia since the beginning of Islam. It is undeniable that the arrival of Islam has had a significant impact on culture. The same situation is observed in the tradition of reading barzanji in Labuhanbatu residents. This research method is a qualitative study using historical methods. Therefore, the following steps were taken during this study: methodological (data collection), verification (critical analysis of sources), interpretative and historiographical. In the data collection method, the author collected data from two sources: primary and secondary, after collecting data, analyzing and interpreting the results according to the sources and data obtained. Reading Barzanji in the community generally occurs at certain times, such as during the Hajj. However, the Barzanji tradition is not only carried out on this memorable day, but also on many other occasions as a commitment to achieve something greater, for example in the Labuhanbatu community when giving birth, aqiqah, circumcision, marriage, and other ceremonies.

Mathematical representative ability is a person's ability to express mathematical ideas, objects, and relationships in various forms of representation, both visually, symbolically, verbally, and contextually. This study aims to analyze the mathematical representative ability of students through counting operations in grade III elementary school in the form of story problems. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with written test instruments to assess cognitive abilities and observation to assess psychomotor skills. The research subjects consisted of five grade III elementary school students, by giving test questions on mathematical reasoning skills, observing students directly in solving and understanding story problems, conducting documentation to obtain accurate data when in the field by classifying students' mathematical representative abilities based on math scores. The results showed that most learners had a very good level of cognitive ability in completing arithmetic operations, but there were some learners who were still lacking in understanding story problems. This finding confirms that the importance of appropriate learning strategies so that learners are not only able to solve problems in the form of operations but also able to understand problems in the form of story problems that are applied in real life.

The Batch 3 Entrepreneurship Workshop aims to improve participants' entrepreneurial competencies, especially in mastering B2B negotiation skills and affiliate marketing. This workshop was held on November 30, 2024 at STIE Ganesha by the implementation team from LPPM and Ganesha LabPreneur. The method of activity with a PAR approach that includes interactive material delivery, hands-on simulations, and participatory discussions. There were 150 participants from MSME players and students who brought gadget devices. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the material taught, with most participants able to practice negotiation techniques and digital marketing strategies. The implication of this activity is to encourage the development of resilient entrepreneurs who are adaptive to digital market changes and strategic business collaboration. This activity provides a practical reference for future entrepreneurship training.

his community service program aims to empower youth in Tunjung Village through training in graphic design and branding using the Canva application. The training responds to the limited design skills among local youth, despite their basic knowledge of digital devices. In the digital era, the ability to produce visually appealing content is essential for promoting local products, supporting micro-enterprises, and enhancing community activities. The program was implemented using an Action Research (AR) approach, consisting of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ abilities to use Canva in designing various visual materials such as posters, banners, and logos. Despite several technical obstacles, such as limited device availability and unstable internet access, the training ran effectively. Final evaluations indicated positive responses from participants, who found the materials beneficial in enhancing their digital literacy and entrepreneurial potential. This initiative contributes to strengthening youth capacity in utilizing technology for productive and creative purposes.

Da'wah, as explained in the Qur'an, is an effort to invite individuals or groups, as well as the wider community, to embrace and apply Islamic teachings in daily life. This process is carried out in a sustainable and gradual manner, with the aim of internalizing, transmitting, and transforming the messages of Islamic teachings. This da'wah aims to direct humanity to goodness (al-khair), encourage good deeds (al-ma'ruf), and prevent bad actions (mungkar), so that they can achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. The data used in this study were obtained through the author's observation of the YouTube account Noice (Different But Together). This article focuses on the implementation of da'wah activities on YouTube, as well as the oral and visual expressions used in these activities. The main methods applied by Habib Husein Jafar al-Hadar in his da'wah include emphasizing the themes of love, peace, and tolerance, using language that appeals to the younger generation, collaborating with popular YouTubers among young people, and delivering easy-to-understand da'wah material. Based on these findings, this article concludes that Habib Husein Jafar al-Hadar's da'wah activities have succeeded in attracting the attention of the current generation who often access YouTube, thus increasing the chances of da'wah collaboration to be well received.

One of the martial arts sports currently showing rapid development is Shorinji Kempo. In an effort to find potential athletes, it is necessary to provide outreach to the younger generation, among the younger generation the most appropriate are students who are in junior high school or equivalent, because on average they are very happy with martial arts sports. There is a need for shorinji kempo self-defense training at MTs. As a first step in introducing shorinji kempo self-defense at MTs Al-Falah, it is necessary to provide socialization about the basic techniques of self-defense in this area. From this socialization activity, it is hoped that it will attract the interest of MTs Al-Falah Pulubala students to take part in further training so that with the training that will be followed later, the seeds of Shorinji Kempo martial arts athletes will be created who in the future can make the name of the school and the name of the region and even our beloved country, Indonesia. . From the entire series of socialization activities for students at MTs AL-Falah Fi'lial Pulubala this gave quite good results, on average most of the students understood theoretically the history and philosophy of Shorinji Kempo martial arts and the most important thing was that most of the participants could perform a series of basic Shorinji technique movements.
