Learning motivation is one of the important factors that influence the success of the learning process. Lack of student learning motivation often becomes an obstacle in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This article aims to examine how an active learning approach can improve student learning motivation in a formal educational environment. An active learning approach directly involves students in the learning process, either through group discussions, case studies, experiments, or simulations, thus creating a more meaningful and enjoyable learning experience. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from literature studies, classroom observations, and interviews with teachers and students at the junior high school level. The results of the study show that the implementation of active learning consistently can foster students' sense of responsibility for the learning process, increase self-confidence, and build a high sense of curiosity. In addition, the interaction between students and teachers becomes more dynamic, which ultimately contributes to increasing students' enthusiasm for learning. It can be concluded that active learning is not only able to increase students' intrinsic motivation but also create a more collaborative and interactive learning environment. Therefore, teachers are advised to integrate active learning strategies into the teaching process as an effort to build a productive and enjoyable learning culture. This approach is one of the effective solutions in facing the challenges of education in the modern era that demands active participation and full involvement from students.
 

This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had  a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4%  of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

Penerapan teknologi baru dapat mendorong siswa untuk giat belajar dan tidak mudah menyerah jika menemui kesulitan dalam belajar. Fisika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah menengah pertama, dan siswa dituntut untuk menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari secara praktis. Pembelajaran Fisika terdiri dari banyak materi, salah satunya adalah materi asam basa. Materi asam basa di pelajari oleh siswa kelas tujuh SMP Negeri Alok belum memiliki fasilitas laboratorium yang memadai untuk praktikum sehingga perlu dibuat media pembelajaran Virtual Lab yang interaktif . Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang aplikasi Virtual Lab Fisika Asam Basa yaitu MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Aplikasi Virtual Lab ini kemudian diuji oleh guru dan ahli media, dimana aplikasi Virtual Lab Asam Basa yang dikembangkan tergolong kriteria “layak dan tanpa perlu revisi” dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan 90% dengan pengujian blackbox sehingga media pembelajaran ini memenuhi aspek kevalidan. Aplikasi Virtual Lab Asam Basa yang menyajikan langkah-langkah yang dapat dipraktekkan oleh pengguna dengan cara mensimulasikan percobaan dan mengikuti petunjuk penggunaan dan aplikasi Virtual Lab dapat diakses melalui android.

In the current era of computers, technology and information systems have become common aspects of daily life. The evolution of information technology, particularly in the use of computers and the internet, is rapid among society. The presence of technology and information systems greatly aids individuals in disseminating and receiving information. Due to its rapid development, technology and information systems are not only a medium for obtaining information but can also be used as tools in the academic world. The attendance of students at SMA Muhammadiyah Waingapu is still done manually or written using paper/books, making it prone to damage and loss. The purpose of this research is to facilitate teachers in retrieving student data so that when teachers need to conduct grade meetings or promotion meetings, it will be easier to collect each student's attendance. This system is built using the extreme programming method with PHP, CSS, Xampp, and MySQL programming languages.

This research emphasizes the importance of health for every individual, as good health facilitates daily activities. One crucial aspect of health is physical health, which includes being free from various diseases. With the increasing public interest in traditional medicine, the information regarding the public's knowledge about traditional medicine also needs to be enhanced. Therefore, this research aims to develop a mobile-based traditional medicine information system at UPKM/CD Bethesda YAKKUM as an information medium for the wider community. The method used for system development in this research is the waterfall method, which involves stages such as concept, design, data collection, creation, and testing. The developed application is a mobile-based traditional medicine information system, designed to help introduce traditional medicine in Indonesia. This application is designed to be easily accessible without the need to worry about internet connection or data charges, and it can be used in various regions. The result of this research is a mobile-based information system application that provides information about traditional medicine for various diseases. This application includes information on types of medicinal plants, their benefits, and explanatory videos, making it easier for the public to learn about and understand traditiona l medicine.

Malaria is one of the diseases that is currently affected, but is still a threat and often causes unusual events in NTT province. Malaria in NTT province is the second highest malaria disease in Indonesia after Papua. The method used to analyze the vulnerability to malaria in NTT province is K-Means Clustering. The purpose of analyzing the level of malaria vulnerability is to find out which districts have the highest to lowest vulnerability in NTT province, which is carried out in a geographic information system. The results of the analysis showed tha 7 districts were classified as low malaria vulnerability, 1 district as medium, 12 districts as high and 2 districts as very high. The level of vulnerability can be understood as the level of malaria endemicity.

Education in Indonesia has experienced many developments from year to year with various models, different methods, and curriculum changes according to the needs of the times. One of them is Merdeka Belajar. Through Religious Learning, students are encouraged to actively communicate, be creative, explore, be skilled at reflection and dare to express their opinions. In this learning, students are also given the opportunity to carry out a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile which includes six dimensions. In this classroom action research, the researcher focuses on the dimensions of critical reasoning. With critical reasoning skills, students are expected to be able to identify, solve problems, make the right decisions to overcome various problems and be able to see things from various perspectives and be open. SMK Negeri 2 Magelang is a favorite school with many achievements. Because it is a vocational school, learning is more focused on productive (vocational) subjects so that general subjects (adaptive normative) receive less attention from students. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there was a decline in student learning achievement in PAK learning. Based on these problems, researchers are trying to design the learning process to be more varied and interesting. One of the learning models implemented is video-assisted Discovery Learning. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Magelang Phase F class XII with the research variables learning achievement and critical reasoning. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the video-assisted Discovery Learning learning model which can improve learning achievement and determine critical reasoning abilities in class XII PAK learning at SMK Negeri 2 Magelang. Data collection techniques using observation sheets for critical reasoning variables and tests for learning achievement variables. Data from observations and test results were scored and processed and then presented descriptively.
The research results show an increase in accordance with the expected achievement targets. The results of learning achievement in cycle II show an increase, this can be seen from the test results which reached the category from 0% to 33.3%, the proficient category from 16.7% to 50% and the adequate category from 50% to 16.7% and new categories are developing 33.3% to 0%. The results of critical reasoning ability also increased, the proficient category was 33.3%, which was previously 0%, the proficient category was 66.7%, which was previously 50%. This increase shows that the video-assisted discovery learning model is proven to be able to improve students' learning achievement and critical reasoning abilities.

This study aimed to determine the effect of consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labeling on the decision to use Grab Food services. The population in this study are consumers who use Grab Food services. The sample in this study were 96 consumers who were obtained through the sampling technique with the Lemeshow method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is distributed to all consumers and the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear analysis show that consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use grab food services. This research is expected to increase knowledge regarding consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labels in using Grab Food services and maintain good relations with consumers by maintaining the quality of products and services that can be used to make usage decisions.
                                                                                                                           
 

Keakuratan dalam penegakkan kode diagnosis harus menjadi perhatian khusus, kode yang akurat didapatkan dengan informasi yang mampu mendukung koder dalam menegakkan kode diagnosis. Akurasi kode diagnosis sangat penting dalam bidang pendidikan, peneitian, statistik kesehatan skala nasional, mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, dan sebagai dasar dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi penelitian adalah dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap sejumlah 6.069 dengan sampel sejumlah 375 dokumen yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi-square diperoleh ada hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dengan keakuratan kode diagnosis di rumah sakit. Evaluasi tingkat kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis masing-masing dokter per periode waktu tertentu sangat disarankan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan kode diagnosis.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan Usaha Roti Daeng agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Metode analasisi data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis Matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Usaha Roti Daeng adalah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dengan lebih mengaktifkan website, melakukan promosi melalui media, meningkatkan jumlah produksi, membuka cabang baru, merekrut karyawan khusus mengelolah media sosial, menjaga harga jual tetap terjangkau, karyawan melakukan promosi serta meningkatkan jumlah saran transportasi penjualan roti.
