Abstrak:
The identification of academic flagship areas is crucial for higher education institutions as it helps enhance academic reputation and produce graduates who are competent in the workforce. However, the determination of these flagship areas is often subjective. Therefore, this study aims to identify the academic flagship areas at XYZ University using the Topic Modeling Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method. In this study, the LDA method is specifically used in the research field to analyze research journals at XYZ University from 2017 to 2021. The research results reveal three main topics that dominate the academic publications at XYZ University: business risk analysis, application system implementation particularly related to the pandemic, and information management with a framework in information technology. Based on this analysis, the flagship areas of XYZ University can be concluded to be in the fields of Information Technology and Business. Consequently, the University can more efficiently direct research resources and academic programs, as well as strengthen collaborations and its reputation as a center of excellence in these fields.

Abstrak:
Perpustakaan sekolah dibangun oleh komponen sarana prasarana perpustakaan, pengelola peprustakaan dan kepala sekolah. Perpustakaan Sekolah Anak Terang Bethany Salatiga, membutuhkan sentuhan pengelolaan perpustakan secara profesional serta penerapan Teknologi Informasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan memberikan pelatihan klasifikasi pustaka dan pelatihan pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis Teknologi Informasi dengan penerapan SLiMS (Senayan Lybrary Management System). Hasil dari program ini Perpustakaan Sekolah Anak Terang Bethany Salatiga lebih mudah dalam penelusuran dan pengelolaan pustaka serta kemudahan anak-anak didik dalam mengakses buku-buku perpustakaan.

Abstrak:
Twitter is a social media that provides information for its users. Interactions on Twitter may increase the amount of data from its users. Business development cannot be separated from product competition between business actors. One way for companies to win the competition is to know the purchasing power of customers. A product's selling power can be known one way or another through user interaction on Twitter. User-generated content (UGC) results from data on Twitter. UGC data can be used to determine the product supply scheme taken by laptop products in this study. The method used to analyze the interaction is Social Network Analysis (SNA) by comparing the properties of the network. Social network modeling on UGC data was carried out on three laptops: Lenovo v14, Asus ZenBook S, and Acer Swift 3. From the graph visualization, it was found that Acer excels in two properties, namely "Size" and "Average Degree." Meanwhile, the Asus ZenBook S dominates the "Modularity" property.

Abstrak:
Assessment of individual performance in an organization is needed to improve organizational performance, not least in the basketball team. Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga is a basketball team in Indonesia that competes in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). All players have statistical values in a basketball game, including points, assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals. These five features can be used as a reference for coaches in determining the performance of players consisting of players with good, moderate, and poor performance. Feature selection determines the feature(s) that most affects a player's performance. In this study, a feature selection of the statistical value of players was carried out to assess the performance of basketball players. The data was obtained from IBL statistical data for the Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga team for the 2021 season. The method used was k-means and fuzzy c-means with feature selection. The experiment results showed that the point value was the main factor influencing players' performance. The comparison between the k-means and fuzzy c-means with the actual performance of the coaches' assessment shows that the fuzzy c-means algorithm has an accuracy rate of 1.0000, while the k-means algorithm is 0.8000. It means that the evaluation of the player's performance can be determined from the point value using the fuzzy c-means algorithm.

Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga is one of the professional teams that compete in Indonesian Basketball League (IBL). Player evaluation has been done as an effort to maintain the quality and performance of all players which can be used as team records. They can also make a couple of improvements within the team for the next season. Classifying the players performance by using the fuzzy c-means algorithm is the aim of this research. Player performance is determined based on five kinds of player statistical criteria, namely points, assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals from each position. The assessment carried out in this study is using weighting criteria for each position. The grouping by weighting aims to get the highest to the lowest scores from each player so that they can be grouped into three performance groups; good, moderate, and poor performance. The results of the fuzzy c-means grouping of 15 players of the Satya Wacana Saints Salatiga team with weighting obtained three players with good performance, five players with moderate performance, and seven players with poor performance. Meanwhile, the results of the fuzzy c-means grouping without weighting obtained five players with good performance, three players with moderate performance, and seven players with poor performance. Both grouping results are compared with the actual performance data. The result of the comparison was found that the grouping with weighting resulted in an accuracy rate of 100% and the grouping without weighting resulted in an accuracy rate of 86.67%. Grouping with weighting on different statistical values for each player position has an effect on player performance. Each player position has different strengths in scoring points, assists, rebounds, steals, block shoots, and field goals.

Abstrak:
Analisis sentimen adalah cabang penelitian text mining yang melakukan proses dalam klasifikasi pada dokumen teks. Analisis sentimen merupakan mengekstrasi pendapat, emosi dan evaluasi seseorang yang tertulis mengenai suatu topik tertentu dengan memanfaatkan teknik pemrosesan bahasa alami. Peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang analisis sentimen pada rating aplikasi Shopee dengan menggunakan metode Decision Tree. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keakurasian dan mengetahui pendapat pengguna mengenai aplikasi Shopee ini. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree dengan SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) nilai accuracy-nya menghasilkan 99,91 persen, AUC (Area Under Curve) 0,999, recall 99,88 persen dan nilai precision 99,98 persen. Hasil menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree tanpa SMOTE nilai accuracynya menghasilkan 99,89 persen, AUC (Area Under Curve) 0,950, recall 99,88 persen dan nilai precision 99,98 persen. Dari hasil evaluasi yang ada dapat ditarik kesimpulan SMOTE dapat berpengaruh terhadap nilai accuracy dan AUC (Area Under Curve), serta untuk nilai recall dan precision tidak berpengaruh atau hasilnya tetap sama walau menggunakan SMOTE atau tanpa SMOTE. Selisih nilai accuracy yang didapat adalah 0,02 persen dan untuk AUC-nya sebesar 0.049.

Tingkat keberhasilan siswa merupakan cerminan dari kualitas dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan perlu meningkatkan kualitas siswa dan kinerja siswa melalui sarana, prasarana, dan sumber daya manusia. Sistem informasi kini menjadi sumber daya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan prestasi siswa, dengan melakukan analisis prestasi siswa. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan prestasi siswa dari kemampuannya dalam menguasai materi pelajaran. Data didapat dari 266 siswa dan 12 mata pelajaran dengan dua kategori penilaian yaitu pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode k-means clustering, dimana penentuan jumlah cluster-nya ditentukan dengan indeks validitas Davies Bouldin. Tiga kelompok prestasi yang dihasilkan berdasarkan nilai akademik yaitu pintar, sedang, dan cukup. Sebagai pembanding, pengelompokan prestasi siswa ini juga dilakukan dengan melihat nilai pengetahuan saja. Sebanyak 10.15 persen dari keseluruhan siswa mengalami perpindahan cluster. Hasil yang didapat adalah pengelompokan siswa dengan nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa.

Penilaian kinerja guru menjadi salah satu aset penting untuk mengawasi perkembangan dan proses kerja pendidik dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Adanya penilaian kinerja guru dapat memberikan apresiasi terhadap guru yang memiliki kinerja sangat baik guna meningkatkan semangat dalam proses kerjanya. Guru dengan hasil penilaian yang kurang baik mendapatkan pelatihan yang sesuai. Pada penelitian ini kriteria penilaian kinerja guru yang digunakan yaitu penilaian kinerja guru oleh asesor dan penilaian hasil perhitungan angka kredit dalam satu tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru berdasarkan standar penilaian dengan mengelompokkan menjadi tiga cluster, yaitu sangat baik, baik, dan cukup baik. Nilai kriteria tersebut diolah dengan metode clustering k-means. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan penilaian kinerja guru dari kedua kriteria nilai tersebut. Hasil dari perbandingan tersebut yaitu terdapat 37.5% guru yang tidak mengalami perpindahan cluster, sementara guru yang mengalami perpindahan cluster sebesar 62.5%. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa walaupun penilaian yang dilakukan oleh asesor memiliki persentase nilai paling besar, yaitu sebesar 70%, tidak menjadi acuan penilaian kinerja guru. Penilaian lain selain penilaian dari asesor, yang berupa penilaian dari rekan sejawat, peserta didik, dan orang tua siswa mempengaruhi hasil dari proses clustering.

Cooperation as one of the driving wheels of the economy also require technology in the implementation of their operations. The application of the information system to the cooperation will affect the cooperative's performance. The Tani Makmur Cooperation in Klaten is a cooperative that helps farmers in managing rice fields, but does not yet have a web-based system that can integrate the required information. In this study, a web-based information system was designed that can be used as data storage, using a waterfall model. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The resulting information system consists of the menu Master Data, Transactions, Reports, Settings, Graphics, Backups, and Help. Cooperation members can carry out storage, borrowing and installment transactions through the Transaction menu. The cooperation admin can view all transactions through the Reports menu. The resulting web-based information system can be used to store cooperation data, thereby expediting and accelerating the transaction process for Koperasi Tani Makmur customers and also reducing the risk of data loss..
