Article 54, paragraph 3, of the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) encourages countries to implement efforts to confiscate assets resulting from crimes committed without a criminal conviction, often known as in rem. Indonesia is one of the countries that ratified the UNCAC with Law No. 7 of 2006. Further implementation of in rem forfeiture is outlined in the Asset Forfeiture Bill, which regulates the mechanism for in rem forfeiture of assets in detail. The bill also regulates asset sharing, previously only accommodated by Article 57 of Law No. 1 of 2006 concerning Mutual Assistance. Aside from being a solution to overcoming the cost of forfeiture, which tends to be large, asset sharing is also intended to prevent the interference of other forces that cause the forfeiture process not to run effectively. This mechanism also precludes different parties from sharing burdens and benefits (a win-win solution). Asset sharing is practiced in some countries, such as the United States, Switzerland, and Canada.

This study aims to evaluate the sharia financial service strategy of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banjarnegara Branch through the VRIO and PEST approaches, in order to identify internal advantages and external dynamics that affect the competitiveness of the institution. Using a qualitative-descriptive method, this study reveals that BSI Banjarnegara has a sustainable competitive advantage through sharia-based products that are difficult to imitate, a wide community network, and a personal service approach. In addition, the results of the PEST analysis show that political support, stable economic conditions, and the level of community religiosity are great opportunities for the growth of sharia finance in the region, although the level of digital technology adoption is still a challenge. The strategy of strengthening digitalization, education of sharia financial literacy, and product innovation such as Cicil Emas are the main keys in responding to market challenges and increasing financial inclusion. Thus, the results of this study provide a strategic direction for the development of sustainable and adaptive sharia services to changes in the business environment.
 
 

Heri Isnaini's poetic works offer a profound beauty of language and meaning that needs to be analyzed. The purpose of this research is to analyze the physical and mental elements contained in the poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "I met you at the end of the road", "maqamat cinta", with you "at dusk" and "with the poem of memories". The method used in this analysis is a literature study method by collecting several relevant literature sources, including literary theories and poetry analysis, to support the understanding of the works being studied. The result of this analysis is that the inner element and the physical element have an influential role in building a work, especially in the poem by Heri Isnaini. The physical element in the form of diction, theme, and language structure provides aesthetic beauty, while the inner element contains messages, longing, and reflections on life that contain strong meaning and emotions. The conclusion of this study is that the inner and physical elements have an important role for literary works in building a beauty.

The digital era has a significant impact on the preservation of the Indonesian language, both in the form of challenges and opportunities. Technological developments facilitate access to information and communication, but also encourage the increased use of slang, abbreviations, and a mixture of foreign languages ??that can threaten the sustainability of the Indonesian language as a national identity. This study aims to analyze the impact of the digital era on the use of the Indonesian language and formulate strategies to maintain its existence. Using quantitative descriptive methods, data were collected through a survey of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that although the digital era opens up opportunities for strengthening Indonesian language literacy through various digital platforms, challenges such as the degradation of formal language and the increasing use of foreign languages ????are still a threat. Therefore, the active role of the government, educational institutions, and the community is needed to encourage the use of good and correct Indonesian in the digital space. Utilization of technology for the development of digital dictionaries, language learning applications, and language literacy campaigns are the main strategies in preserving the Indonesian language in the digital era.

Indonesian and German have significant differences in structure and usage. These differences can be seen in morphology, syntax, and grammar, including word order, the use of nouns, verbs, and conjugation and declination systems. Indonesian, as an agglutinative language, has a simpler structure with no changes in word form based on time or case, while German applies a complex system of declination and conjugation. In addition, differences in language use, especially in formal and informal sentence patterns, reflect the characteristics of each culture. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the structural and functional differences between Indonesian and German and examine their impact on learning both languages. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for foreign language learners, academics, and language practitioners in understanding the dynamics of the two languages.

Bahasa Indonesia, as the official language and primary means of communication in Indonesia, not only serves as a link between diverse ethnicities and cultures, but also as an effective medium for conveying democratic values ??to students. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to understand the meaning behind the use of language in learning activities. The results of the study indicate that good mastery of Bahasa Indonesia can facilitate constructive discussions and interactions, support the teaching of democratic values, and create an inclusive learning environment. Through interactive learning strategies, prospective PPKn teachers can instill awareness of the importance of active participation in a democratic society, build mutual respect, and appreciate differences of opinion among students. This study emphasizes the importance of developing Indonesian language competence for prospective teachers as an effort to create a generation that cares and is responsible for national and state life.

This research focuses on evaluating the Combox web application, a digital tool designed to help Food and Beverage (F&B) business owners strengthen their online presence. The analysis was carried out through Black Box Testing, specifically using the Equivalence Partitioning method, to assess core functionalities like login, logout, product management, and pagination. The findings reveal that while most features function as intended, there are issues with product addition and editing, as well as pagination when no data is available. These results highlight areas that need refinement to improve the application’s reliability and user experience. In summary, this research supports the advancement of a digital platform that enables F&B businesses to harness technology effectively in today’s competitive landscape.

This research examines the influence of the school environment on students' learning processes within the context of educational psychology. The school environment, including physical factors such as noise, lighting, and classroom conditions, as well as social factors like student-teacher interactions, significantly impacts the quality of learning. These factors can affect students' concentration, motivation, and academic performance. In educational psychology, a conducive environment has been proven to support effective learning and improve educational outcomes. This study aims to identify school environment aspects that influence the learning process and provide recommendations for creating optimal conditions for both academic and psychological development of students.

Technology has led to a new world order without renewable technology, the world of education would not be as efficient as it is today. Not only in the world of education, technology also affects the economy, social, culture and geopolitics. Besides the technology itself, it is our obligation to be educated because if we only use technology without insight, it is feared that we are governed by technology, not us. One of the advances in the world of education is artificial intelligence which greatly helps the educational process but must also be inserted with critical thinking not to be dissolved and drifted in the ease of this very sophisticated technology.
 
 

This research investigates the important function of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in directing and regulating the social interactions of modern teenagers. This research is based on historical narratives in the Islamic tradition and the importance of Jurisprudence in overcoming problems such as juvenile delinquency. In addition, this research emphasizes how important it is for the principles of Fiqh to be applied practically in everyday life. According to this research, Jurisprudence education goes beyond theoretical understanding and requires the application of knowledge in the real world, which integrates theory and action. The aim of this research is to reveal methods for improving relationships in an era of disruption through the science of jurisprudence. This research uses library research methods, reviewing relevant literature to analyze the concept of adolescent social interaction from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The results of this research indicate that Islamic principles are not in accordance with current teenage trends, such as changing clothing styles, increasing premarital relationships, drug propaganda, and materialistic transmission. This article emphasizes that parents and teenagers must help children bridge the gap between Islamic values ??and modern lifestyles, with the importance of fiqh education in adolescence as a basis for living a life in accordance with Islamic values.
