Abstrak:
This research examines the use of sharia contracts in Indonesian Islamic banking practices, focusing on the legal, financial, and religious facets of Islamic law. The primary goal is to examine the use of several Islamic contracts in actual financial transactions, including mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, qardhul hasan, wakalah, kafalah, salam, and istisna, as well as how the hadith validates their validity. This study employed a normative legal method and a literature survey to qualitatively analyze both classical and modern sources, including national regulatory systems. The findings demonstrate that while the use of Islamic contracts improves equity, openness, and risk sharing, practical compliance, legal harmonization, and public literacy issues make implementation difficult. Strengthening regulatory congruence, boosting stakeholder education, and bolstering the sharia supervisory system are among the recommendations made to guarantee the integrity of Islamic banking operations. In line with Islamic principles, this study advances our knowledge of Islamic contracts as a crucial tool for creating a just and long-lasting financial system. Abstrak:
In the school environment, efforts to build students' discipline awareness are a challenge in themselves, especially amidst social dynamics and technological developments that influence adolescent behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine discipline issues and describe the approaches applied by BK teachers at SMP Pecawan Medan in building students' discipline awareness. With a qualitative descriptive research method, case study design. The results of the study indicate that student discipline problems at SMP Pecawan Medan are quite complex, covering various violations such as lateness, violations of rules, to deviant behavior. BK teachers apply a humanistic and educational approach through personal dialogue, individual counseling, a combined preventive and curative approach, and behavioral evaluation. The approach taken by BK teachers does not only emphasize punishment, but also on understanding the reasons for violations and character building. Parental involvement and collaboration between schools also strengthen the effectiveness of coaching.

Abstrak:
Advances in information technology have driven the transformation of health services towards digitalization, one of which is through the Mobile JKN application provided by BPJS Kesehatan. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of the Medan City community with the online registration process using the Mobile JKN application. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique on 100 respondents who meet the criteria: domiciled in Medan City, aged over 17 years, and have used the Mobile JKN application. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire based on a Likert scale covering aspects of ease of use, speed of service, clarity of information, and general satisfaction. The results showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied with the ease of access and speed of registration through the application, although there were still technical obstacles and lack of information felt by some users. These findings can be the basis for improving the digitalization system of health services, especially in optimizing features and delivering information on the Mobile JKN application.

Abstrak:
The rapid pace of urbanization has intensified competition among businesses, prompting the adoption of innovative strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara, under the HAUS! brand, introduced “Huling,” a hyperlocal distribution service utilizing electric bikes (e-bikes) equipped with integrated storage boxes to improve delivery efficiency and environmental sustainability. This study aims to evaluate customer acceptance of the Huling service by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model incorporates five core variables: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Towards Usage (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Actual Usage (AU). A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data from 258 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to assess the relationships among the TAM variables. The findings reveal that PEOU has a significant positive effect on both PU and ATU, indicating that ease of use not only improves perceptions of usefulness but also fosters favorable attitudes toward adoption. PU significantly influences ATU and BI, suggesting that perceived benefits drive both positive attitudes and intentions to use the service. Furthermore, BI has a direct and significant effect on AU, confirming that stronger behavioral intentions translate into actual utilization. The analysis highlights the strongest impact along the pathway PEOU ? ATU ? BI ? AU, underscoring the critical role of user-friendly design and positive attitudes in driving customer adoption. This research contributes to the literature by demonstrating the applicability of TAM in the hyperlocal distribution sector, offering practical implications for service providers seeking to enhance user acceptance through improved usability and perceived value. The findings suggest that optimizing ease of use and communicating tangible benefits can significantly increase customer engagement and sustained usage of innovative delivery services.

Abstrak:
The development of digital technology, especially social media platforms such as TikTok, has had an impact that has driven changes in communication culture in society, one of which is related to the phenomenon of politeness crisis. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of politeness in language in the speech used by the owner of the TikTok account "riezky.kabah". The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and a pragmatic theoretical approach with SBLC (Simak Bebas Libat Cakap) data collection techniques and notes. The data source in this study was taken from video uploads on the TikTok account "riezky.kabah" in the period 2023-2025. The data for this study is in the form of speech in the video, especially video content with a school background as a limitation in data analysis. The results of the interim analysis show that there are 2 utterances of compliance and 50 utterances of violation, with details of the maxim of wisdom (tact maxim) found compliance as much as 1 data and violation as much as 13 data, the maxim of generosity (generosity maxim) found violation as much as 13 data, the maxim of modesty (modestness maxim) found compliance as much as 1 data and violation as much as 3 data, the maxim of approval (approval maxim) found violation as much as 18 data, the maxim of agreement (agreement maxim) found violation as much as 2 data, and the maxim of sympathy (sympathy maxim) found violation as much as 1 data.

Abstrak:
An important aspect that needs attention to support success in the learning process is the teacher's competency. One of the key competencies required by teachers is mastery of technology, which supports the development of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)-based learning. Additionally, mastery of technology can help develop learning media and serve as a learning aid. One of the software that can be used as an option for learning media is Octave. Octave is open-source software, allowing teachers to access it for free. It can be used as a medium/teaching tool to explain various mathematical concepts, such as functions, function limits, derivatives, integrals, and more. This training was attended by high school teachers and took place at Al Bayan Superior High School, Sukabumi Regency. During the training, participants were taught how to use Octave in mathematics instruction to enhance teacher competency. The results of the training show that the use of Octave can support learning in schools by boosting teacher competency and inspiring teachers to become more professional. This, in turn, leads to improved learning quality in schools, which ultimately enhances the overall quality of education.

Tindakan mempublikasi informasi pribadi seseorang tanpa seizin pemilik data pribadi (Doxing) yang marak terjadi dalam interaksi digital termasuk dalam kegiatan jual beli melalui sistem jasa titip online (Jastip). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna menganalisis pertanggungjawaban hukum atas tindakan doxing yang diperbuat oleh pemilik layanan jasa titip online sebagai bentuk penghakiman atas tindakan penipuan yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan. Pendekatan yuridis normatif digunakan untuk menggali permasalahan ini, yang berfokus pada pemahaman dan analisis aturan dan doktrin-doktrin hukum di Indonesia yang sudah ada dengan berpusat pada peraturan perundang-undangan terkait Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan KUHP. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tindakan doxing dapat dikenakan sanksi hukum berdasarkan Pasal 27A dan Pasal 27B UU ITE yang mengatur tentang pencemaran nama baik dan penyebaran informasi yang melanggar hukum. Selain itu, pada kasus penipuan yang terjadi dalam sistem jasa titip online, Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE dapat menjadi landasan hukum yang lebih relevan menggantikan ketentuan umum dalam Pasal 378 KUHP. Penyedia layanan jasa titip online disarankan untuk menetapkan peraturan yang jelas mengenai kewajiban dan sanksi, serta kebijakan pembatalan sepihak atau tindakan hukum jika pelanggan gagal melunasi. Bentuk penyelesaian masalah yang dipertimbangkan secara matang tidak hanya mengakhiri masalah secara menyeluruh, tetapi juga mencegah munculnya permasalahan baru.

Artikel ini guna sebagai pemahaman fenomena tindak pembunuhan serta pelecehan seksual yang pelakunya ialah anak di bawah umur, mengidentifikasi penyebab, dan dampak psikososial yang ditimbulkan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kasus kriminalitas oleh anak di bawah umur, terutama yang melibatkan kekerasan fisik dan seksual, semakin meningkat dan menimbulkan kekhawatiran masyarakat. Berbagai faktor diduga berkontribusi pada perilaku kriminal ini, seperti lingkungan keluarga yang disfungsional, pengaruh negatif dari lingkungan sosial, serta paparan terhadap media yang tidak sesuai usia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak pelaku tindak kejahatan ini mengalami trauma atau tekanan emosional yang tinggi, sering kali karena kondisi lingkungan yang tidak mendukung perkembangan moral dan psikologis yang sehat. Selain itu, minimnya edukasi seksualitas dan pengawasan orang tua berperan besar dalam kejadian ini. Studi ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan rehabilitasi yang komprehensif dan pendidikan keluarga yang lebih intensif untuk mencegah kasus serupa di masa depan, serta peninjauan ulang kebijakan hukum terkait pertanggungjawaban anak di bawah umur dalam tindak kriminal berat.

The rapid development of science and technology has driven increasingly intense global competition, demanding educational institutions to play an active role in developing human resources (HR). Higher education serves as a platform to enhance students' competitiveness, not only through academic education but also through student organizations such as the Student Executive Board (BEM). This organization provides opportunities for students to develop social skills, leadership, and other soft skills that are highly essential in the professional world. STMIK Widuri, as one of the higher education institutions in Indonesia, integrates academic education with students' personal development through organizations like BEM. This study aims to evaluate the level of satisfaction among the academic community regarding activities organized by the BEM of STMIK Widuri during the 2023–2025 period using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) approach. This method measures service quality based on five key dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible aspects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature reviews, with a total of 51 respondents comprising students, lecturers, and staff. The results of the study indicate that all data are valid and reliable based on the Cronbach Alpha test, with values exceeding 0.6. Analysis using SPSS software shows a gap between respondents' perceptions and expectations of the services provided by BEM. These findings are expected to provide insights for the BEM of STMIK Widuri to improve service quality and design programs that better align with the needs of the academic community. Thus, BEM's role as a facilitator of student potential development can be further optimized, supporting the achievement of STMIK Widuri's vision as a globally competitive educational institution.
