Abstrak:
Multinational corporations (MNCs) face significant ethical challenges when operating across diverse cultural environments, where differing norms and values can create conflicts in decision-making processes. This study examines how cultural dimensions, such as power distance and collectivism, influence ethical decision-making within MNCs, with a specific focus on operations in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the research integrates thematic analysis of case studies and interviews with corporate managers. Data were also triangulated with organizational documents and industry reports. The findings reveal that high power-distance cultures, such as Indonesia, favor centralized decision-making, with ethical dilemmas typically resolved by senior leadership. While this hierarchical approach ensures efficiency, it often compromises transparency and accountability. Conversely, the collectivist orientation emphasizes group consensus and community engagement, fostering inclusivity but occasionally delaying resolution. For instance, case studies on bribery, environmental violations, and gender equality initiatives demonstrate the critical role of cultural adaptation in achieving ethical outcomes. Notably, participatory approaches involving local stakeholders improved trust and alignment with community expectations, enhancing reputational outcomes by 20% compared to centralized strategies. The study concludes that effective ethical frameworks for MNCs must balance global standards with cultural sensitivities. Recommendations include the adoption of culturally adaptive ethical policies, inclusive leadership training, and robust stakeholder engagement strategies. These findings offer valuable insights for MNCs aiming to navigate ethical complexities in culturally heterogeneous environments, contributing to both theoretical and practical advancements in global business ethics

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada CV. Sumber Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner dalam mendapatkan data dari responden yang berjumlah 39 karyawan, dan seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis statistik menggunakan software SPSS V.24. Pengujian di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji T, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, mampu ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rekrutmen, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial variabel rekrutmen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstrak:
The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

This study aims to examine the role of Strategic foresight and its capability to support the development of management innovation processes within organizations. This study uses a narrative literature review approach involving potential interactions of three main topics, namely: strategic foresight, management innovation, and management cognition. The research findings explain that every individual has a character from birth to being able to see the future. Then the capability for foresight in this organization must be developed and continuously maintained by both stakeholders in the organization's management and employees. Before implementing a foiresight strategy, it is necessary to understand in depth managerial cognition as the basis for its application. Furthermore, the development of a well-managed strategic foresight will become a management innovation so that it can maintain the sustaincapability of the organization. This conceptual paper lays a foundation that can be used as further research in determining strategic foresight abilities in relation to managerial dynamic abilities. The results of this paper can be used by organizations with a long history of facing challenges in capturing the challenges of changing business environment in the future.

PT. Xpresindo Logistik Utama Semarang Branch is a service company engaged in the expedition/delivery of goods located at Jalan Abdulrahman Saleh number 89a Semarang. Cash data processing system at PT. Xpresindo Logistik Utama Semarang Branch is simple/single, so it cannot be accessed simultaneously by other interested parties (in this case is marketing which requires an amount of money for each truck).
There is still a difference between the report on the amount of road money contained in the cash flow report and the report on the amount of road money in revenue (marketing reports), this is because if there is additional road money or other costs (unloading, mell, etc.) -other) cannot be automatically added to the income statement data, and this greatly affects the accuracy of calculating the amount of profit earned by the company.
The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation and use. The new system created using MySQL Server database and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser-based information system is expected to increase work productivity because it is more effective and efficient because it can be accessed by many interested parties without being limited by distance and time.

SMA Ky Ageng Giri adalah lembaga pendidikan dalam naungan yayasan yang beralamat di Girikusumo desa Banyumeneng kecamatan Mranggen, kabupaten Demak. Masalah yang sering di hadapi SMA Ky Ageng Giri ini, pencatatan dan perhitungan masih menggunakan sistem manual, penyajian laporan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel yang hasil laporannya berupa lembaran print out, mengakibatkan penumpukan arsip buku dan kesulitan dalam pencarian data. Update dan posting setiap transaksi keuangan belum bisa dilakukan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat karna pengolahan data semua dilakukan secara manual. Penggunaan komputer yang masih single user dan tidak adanya hak akses yang mengamankan data tersebut sehingga kerahasiaan dokumen dan laporan keuangan masih dapat dimanipulasi oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
Sistem informasi keuangan yang baru diharapkan mampu memberikan laporan-laporan keuangan secara cepat dan akurat, serta dapat memberitahukan pendapatan dan pengeluaran setiap hari, tingkat keamanan dapat terjamin karena pada saat masuk ke sistem terdapat password. Dengan adanya database yang berbasis clien server maka tiap-tiap user akan lebih efektif pada saat bekerja.

CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles.

This research discusses about how to conduct auto response information service system which is based on store and forward and its efficient and effective implementation.The purpose of this study is to build a software about information service system that apply, and its implementation is effective. While the long term purpose of this research is to built a standard information service system that can be used and achieved by the societies. The scope of this research is to discuss the correct procedure of auto response service and GATEWAY SMS implementation as media for the recipient and the sender of information for its validity review.
