Tuberculosis (TB) is currently a public health problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. Pulmonary TB is ranked 2nd as the main cause of death from infectious diseases after Human Immuno deficiency Virus (HIV). Pulmonary Tuberculosis is easily spread through the air when people who are sick with Pulmonary Tuberculosis release bacteria through the coughing mechanism. The spread of these bacteria is through sputum splashes or droplet nuclei released by TB sufferers through coughing, sneezing or talking face to face. The increase in TB cases is related to the degree of health in the community. The biggest factors that affect the degree of health are environmental factors and community behavior itself which can be detrimental to health. Risk factors for Tuberculosis transmission are environmental factors and behavioral factors, environmental factors include ventilation, housing density, temperature, lighting and humidity. While behavioral factors include smoking habits, spitting or throwing phlegm anywhere, coughing or sneezing without covering the mouth and the habit of not opening windows and not implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). This research method is a quantitative study with statistical tests with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at SMP 4 Ulee Rubek, North Aceh in November 2024. The research sample consisted of 15 children, Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests to test adolescents' knowledge about how to prevent TB. In addition to effective coughing, there are several ways to control pulmonary tuberculosis, namely by cultivating a clean and healthy life and cultivating ethical coughing behavior.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the use of SIMON TKBM, identify obstacles in its implementation, and evaluate its impact on the efficiency of loading and unloading activities at Tanjung Perak Port. A quantitative approach was used involving a population consisting of 1480 loading and unloading workers (TKBM) at the port. The research sample was calculated using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, resulting in a total of 90 representative respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire with 17 statements and then analyzed using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression tests to identify the relationship between the use of SIMON TKBM, implementation obstacles and its impact on loading and unloading efficiency. Referring to the validity and reliability test results, it shows that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.893). Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the System (X1) and User (X2) variables have a positive effect on Interaction (Y), with the largest contribution coming from the user factor (coefficient = 0.301; significance = 0.003). Meanwhile, the System variable has a low and insignificant influence (coefficient = 0.090; significance = 0.395), which indicates the existence of technical problems in the system. The multiple correlation coefficient value of 0.519 indicates a moderate relationship between the three variables. These findings conclude that the implementation of SIMON TKBM is quite effective in supporting loading and unloading activities, especially with active user support, although technical improvements and identification of other external factors that influence system effectiveness are still needed.

Gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years is a crucial aspect of growth and development, influenced by various factors, one of which is nutritional status. Good nutritional status plays a role in optimizing children's growth and development, including gross motor skills. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years at the Posyandu within the working area of Situ Udik Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This study employs a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consists of children aged 1–3 years selected using a random sampling technique. Nutritional status was measured using an anthropometric approach, specifically weight-for-age (W/A), while gross motor development was assessed using the validated Denver Development Screening Test (DDST II) observation sheet. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development. The results indicate a significant relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years (0.013, p ? 0.05). Children with good nutritional status tend to have optimal gross motor development compared to those with undernutrition or overnutrition. These findings suggest that good nutritional status is a supporting factor in early childhood gross motor development. Therefore, regular monitoring of nutritional status and parental nutrition education are essential steps in supporting children's optimal growth and development.
