Abstrak:
The presence of LGBT individuals (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) in society has raised complex discussions, especially when viewed from the perspectives of Islamic law and human rights. Islamic teachings generally view same-sex relations and gender transitions as actions that deviate from the moral and natural order established by religious texts. In contrast, the human rights framework emphasizes individual dignity, personal freedom, and the right to non-discrimination, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This article seeks to explore the intersection of these two perspectives, not to provoke conflict, but to offer a balanced understanding rooted in empathy, justice, and social awareness. Using a qualitative normative approach, this research examines Islamic legal sources, national regulations, and international human rights documents. The study finds that while Islamic law maintains clear normative boundaries, there is still room for inclusive dialogue and respectful engagement, especially in multicultural societies like Indonesia. Bridging these two frameworks requires not only legal analysis but also cultural sensitivity and ethical responsibility.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Kampung Literasi Karya Mulya Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini 5 orang yang terdiri dari 1 pengelola, 1 tutor, 3 warga belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, sasaran kegiatan nya, jadwal kegiatan, anggaran biaya, maupun rencana kerjasama yang sudah efektif. Pada aspek pelaksanaan tersedianya fasilitas yang mencukupi, warga belajar yang rutin hadir, serta metode yang digunakan sesuai dengan kegiatan literasi yang sudah dilakukan dengan konsisten. Pada aspek evaluasi juga sudah cukup baik dengan adanya evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Pada faktor pendukung adanya dukungan keluarga agar warga belajar semangat datang ke pojok baca. Adapun faktor penghambat nya dipengaruhi oleh rasa minder warga belajar saat membaca didepan umum, keterbatasan waktu yang mengganggu konsentrasi warga belajar, kurangnya relawan yang mau berkontribusi, serta kurangnya kegiatan pelatihan untuk tutor.

Abstrak:
Using a mixed-method approach, This study examines emotional support for Quranic memorization students (santri tahfidz) in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Quantitative analysis of 515 santri tahfidz revealed high levels of emotional support (M = 3.74, SD = 0.68) with two primary dimensions: reliable relationships (74.96%) and trusted guidance (75.17%). Multiple regression analysis uncovered a significant relationship between emotional support and Quranic memorization achievement (? = 0.42, p < .001, R² = 0.18). A meta-analysis of 28 studies (N = 3,627) confirmed a positive correlation between emotional support and students' psychological well-being (r = 0.39, 95% CI [0.34, 0.44]). MANOVA results indicated significant differences in santri tahfidz's perceptions of emotional support based on gender (Wilks' ? = .97, F(2, 512) = 7.85, p < .001, partial ?² = .03) and age (Wilks' ? = .95, F(4, 1022) = 6.73, p < .001, partial ?² = .03). These findings extend previous research by Hasfi (2018) and Vista (2018) by identifying the specific roles of teacher support (? = 0.31, p < .01) and peer support (? = 0.28, p < .01) in enhancing student resilience. Furthermore, this study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of emotional support dynamics in pesantren tahfidz education, integrating Bronfenbrenner's (1979) ecological perspective and Deci and Ryan's (2000) self-determination theory. Finally in a practical context, the researcher evaluates this study has implications for the development of more structured and efficient emotional support intervention programs in tahfidz pesantren.

The Tridharma of Higher Education contains three important points, namely education, research and community service. Community service on this occasion was carried out with partners from Ar Rahman Junior School. Current technological developments, especially computer technology, are very advanced. In Indonesia, many computer products are marketed with various types, prices and specifications. The computer hardware component manufacturing industry competes with each other to satisfy consumers and customers. Computer assembly and installation are important processes in the development and maintenance of efficient and reliable computer systems. In-depth knowledge of assembly and installation procedures is key to ensuring optimal performance as well as system safety. For this reason, there is a need for computer assembly and installation training for students at Ar Rahman junior School who have the knowledge and skills in assembling and installing their own computers properly and are able to implement it at school.

Executive Information Systems (ISE) have become an integral part of modern corporate management, providing executives with relevant and immediate information to support decision making. This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. Early age is a golden age which is very effective in instilling various beneficial knowledge. The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. The results of the study show that PAUD Dharma Bakti uses the method of playing while learning to increase the multiple intelligences of children. Abstrak:
The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation, adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Abstrak:
Communication patterns are very influential in maintaining relationships with the environment such as friends and family. One of the challenges in establishing effective communication patterns for children is social media. The Tiktok application is one of the social media that is now favored by many people, including children. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns between parents and teenagers using social media tiktok. This study uses Mary Anne Fitzpatrick's theory which reveals that family communication patterns depend on two important types of orientation, namely conversation orientation and conformity orientation.This study took place in Puyun village, Halong sub-district, Balangan district and was conducted by 10 informants, namely 5 children of tiktok users and 5 parents of children who use tiktok. The results of the study show that 1) one family of TikTok users has a communication pattern with a high conversational orientation and a high sense of compliance. 2) one family of children using tiktok has a communication pattern with low conversation orientation and high sense of compliance. 3) Three families of children who use tiktok have communication patterns with low conversation orientation and low sense of compliance.
