Abstrak:
HIMS is a solution for hospitals for digital transformation. HIMS is also a strategic step in improving the quality of health services. With HIMS where the data will be better organized and integrated, besides that it makes administrative processes and other data management in the hospital easier and more efficient. The purpose of this study is to find out how HIMS can improve health services. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this study are that HIMS in hospitals also provides many benefits in increasing the efficiency and quality of health services. Implementation in EMR with treatment information management, statistical data research, administrative evidence, financing and service quality improvement. It can be concluded that HIMS can improve a health service. HIMS is also an indicator of good and efficient data storage and is included in the health service quality component. In the digitalization era, hospital agencies aim to avoid unwanted errors, such as incorrect data input, failed integration, human error, and slow information. So that the information system that facilitates the hospital can be a reference for the rate of business growth and the development of hospital information technology. Hospital Agencies are expected to always develop new management information systems in accordance with the times. With HIMS, hospital services will be more optimal because they are already digital-based. Digitalization exists because of increasingly advanced technological developments.

The company certainly has human resources as managers in organizing, managing and developing a strategic plan for the company's goals. In realizing these goals the most important thing is how the competence and performance of employees in the company. As an effort to improve employee performance, it must be supported by all components and the most important factor is increasing employee competence. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how work competence influences the performance of employees in the company. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that work competence greatly influences employee performance. The effect of competence on performance can be seen from the level of competence which has practical implications in human resource planning. It can be concluded that there is an influence of work competence on employee performance. The performance and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their duties is largely determined by competence. Companies are expected to always improve employee performance through training employees with their respective competency standards. This is because success in a company is influenced by the basic performance of employees obtained from the level of education, abilities and expertise possessed by these employees, so that they can contribute effectively and efficiently to the company.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study uses primary data which includes questions in the form of a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale. The research sample is 133 students who had completed introductory accounting courses. The results showed that emotional intelligence had an effect of 64,4% on students understanding of accounting and learning interest had an effect of 72,2% on students understanding of accounting, simultaneously emotional intelligence and student learning interest had a positive and significant impact on the level of accounting of faculty students economics study program of management and accounting at Pasim National University.

The hospital also has the main task of providing complete individual health services with efforts to heal, recover, improve, prevent, referral services, research and development and community service. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review theoretically from various literature and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of service in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. By doing this strategy can provide a desire of patient hope. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ??and expectations of patients will increase.

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Abstrak:
Quality of service caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that are not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study were all visitors who came to the Puskesmas. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The mnumber of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that the tangible dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the reliable dimension has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the responsiveness dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the assurance dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the empathy dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The most dominant dimension of influence is tangible, while the lowest is responsiveness. Tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions simultaneously have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The results of the study are expected that the management of the Banja Loweh Community Health Center, Fifty Cities District, will further improve service quality, especially on the lowest responsiveness dimension.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis techniques and utilizes SWOT analysis to achieve research objectives. The results of this study include, first, the strengths of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the high population of Indonesian people and the high number of puskesmas operating in Indonesia. Second, the weakness of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the low level of mental health literacy and the low number of health facilities providing mental health services. The three opportunities for community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the development of information technology and the development of communication technology. Fourth, threats to community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the high use of social media by adolescents and the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then this research also formulates four strategies based on SO, ST, WO and WT.

Keselamatan pasien suatu hal yang sangat erat keterkaitannya dengan pengenalan jenis dan pencegahan kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien. Insiden keselamatan pasien dapat dicegah atau diminimalkan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan seluruh petugas, menerapkan budaya keselamatan pada pasien. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis manajemen keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 5 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia. Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa manajemen keselamatan pasien yang dilakukan di rumah sakit yaitu dengan sistem pelaporan pasien, budaya keselamatan pasien, penerapan standar keselamatan pasien, penerapan komunikasi efektif dan mengurangi risiko infeksi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen keselamatan pasien menjadi sebuah hal yang sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Manajamen keselamatan pasien juga sebagai komponen indikator untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Sehingga perlu baik pihak tenaga kesehatan maupun instansi rumah sakit memperhatikan serta memprioritaskan keselamatan pasien.

Proses persalinan adalah masa yang ditunggu-tunggu oleh ibu hamil dan keluarga. Proses ini menjadi puncak dari perjuangan seorang ibu yang mengandung selama 9 bulan. Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) adalah tolak ukur pembangunan suatu daerah. Puskesmas sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama, dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promotif dan preventif, untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya di wilayah kerjanya. Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat tingkat pertama meliputi upaya kesehatan masyarakat esensial dan pengembangan. Hadirnya puskesmas diharapkan dapat menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) untuk wilayah Jawa Barat.

PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the first companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding services in Indonesia. Companies need cash to run their business, pay off obligations and distribute dividends to investors. Therefore, maintaining cash liquidity by establishing an internal control system for cash is the most important concern for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and control of the KCP ceiling at PT Pos Indonesia. This study used a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection. The analysis that the researchers did was to use a Cause-Effect Diagram to map the constraints and causes of excess PAGU in KC/KCU. The results in the study found that there were still several ManKug who did not know that PT. Pos Indonesia implements a cross-subsidy system in which if the profit unit retains its funds, it will have a significant impact on units with a deficit. The conclusion from this research is cause and effect (Fish Bone) that there are 6 factors that influence the advantages of PAGU in KC/KCU namely Method, Human Resources, Internal (material), External (environment), System, and Time factors.
