Abstrak:
This research aims to start a Home Learning (BDR) program at elementary schools in the city of Ambon including SDN Negeri Lama Ambon, SD Inpres 35 Passo and SD Inpres 53 Batugong. This research involved 39 informants. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model. The subjects in this research were the principal, homeroom teacher for grades 1, 4 and 6. Students in grades 1, 4 and 6 and their parents from these three schools. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used include: Data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The validation test in this research used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the research show that in the context component the school has implemented it in accordance with the home learning program planning and technical guidelines from the government which have been adjusted to suit the needs of each school. The input component shows that there are fundamental differences between the three schools in terms of the availability of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure and Financing. The process component shows that the implementation of BDR is carried out boldly and offline, where the implementation of online learning encounters a number of obstacles. The product component at the third school was considered less satisfactory than in previous years due to the limited input and learning processes found.

Abstrak:
This research aims to evaluate the Papua Bintang Mountains Regency Regional Government scholarship program for students at Satya Wacana Christian University using the Goal Oriented Evaluation Model (Tyler). The research approach uses mixed methods. The research subjects were star mountains students, managers and assistants of the scholarship program. The research sample was 50 student respondents who received scholarships. Qualitative data analysis techniques: interviews, document studies and observations, and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis techniques include: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Quantitative data analysis techniques use percentages and categories. The results of the research from 7 (stages) can be concluded: The formulation of objectives includes general objectives and specific objectives, general objectives include: improving the quality of human resources for regional sons and daughters and after graduating they will return to develop their region, measured after students graduate, and specific objectives include: academic achievement in the form of Index Cumulative Achievement in 2022/2023 with an average of 2.25. the ability to build academic cultural character in the sufficient category, the ability to build self-confidence with sufficient hatred, and the ability to adapt in the high category. This shows that the achievement of goals has increased after 3 years of college students.

Abstrak:
The world of business and industry (DUDI) is currently experiencing a significant transformation due to the influence of technology, this is characterized by machines replacing human labor or what is often known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Vocational High Schools (SMK) as providers of Human Resources who are ready to work have big challenges. Based on the results of observations made on the competence of Office Management and Business Services Vocational Schools in Salatiga, Boyolali and Surakarta, there is one subject in Automation and Financial Governance that still uses conventional calculations. Based on the above background, this research focuses on developing web-based petty cash learning media as a technological innovation to answer the needs of human resources who master technology. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) which starts from the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The research results show that the web-based petty cash system is suitable for use. The Feasibility Test showed that information systems experts got a final score of 4.67, material and content experts got a final score of 4.35, and learning media experts got a final score of 4.67. So it can be said that in terms of system, material, content and learning media, the petty cash system as a learning media in vocational schools is "worth using". The results of responses from teacher practitioners show high interest in the application being developed and it is hoped that it will be able to facilitate the learning process on technology-based petty cash material. It is hoped that the resulting system can be used as a learning medium in vocational schools, especially in office management and business service skills competencies. However, further research needs to be carried out to be able to measure the effectiveness of the petty cash system being developed.

The principal's leadership is an important component in the school, because it sets various policies and rules that will guide the school. One of the determinants of the progress of an educational institution is the leadership of the school principal. Effective school principal leadership must be able to carry out the vision and policies of the government and those that have been determined together. However, in reality in the field, subordinates (teachers and administrative staff) do not easily accept and implement the government's vision and policies or school policies that have been mutually agreed upon. The proof is that there are still many schools that have not been able to implement the vision in the form of action, sometimes the decisions taken do not involve subordinates, communication between leaders and subordinates is not good so that recognizing each member/subordinate will be difficult, so that leadership will not bring influence or change to the community. the institution. Basically, all input, policies and new breakthroughs are more easily accepted if they are conveyed using an approach based on the local customs/wisdom of the East Sumba community. This is caused by the culture or local wisdom of the East Sumba people which is still very influential in all aspects of life. A leader must be able to carry out policies that continue to be determined by the government by paying attention to the local wisdom of the community which has been embedded and become a guideline for social life before there is a government policy. So that culture and local wisdom can be implemented simultaneously, when policies are unable to solve a problem, that's where the leader will take an approach based on the local wisdom of the community. Vice versa, when local wisdom cannot solve a problem, then government policy will be used to solve the problem. This research topic is divided into two, namely, leadership and local wisdom. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between leadership and local wisdom of East Sumba, describe the characteristics of leadership based on local wisdom of East Sumba, and analyze the effectiveness of the leadership of school principals based on local wisdom of East Sumba at SMA Negeri 1 Pandawai

Abstrak:
Teachers and principals must be competent at writing scientific articles. The ability to write scientific articles affects professional and career development. The community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers and principals in writing classroom and school action research articles. The training participants were the teachers and principals. Training activities were conducted online. The training material focused on determining the topic, writing the introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions. The results of community services through training in writing action research articles showed that aspects of material, facilities, methods, facilitators, and administrative services received appreciation from participants with a very good level of satisfaction. Participants experienced an increase in knowledge, with a pre-test score of 74 and a post-test score of 80.

Character education is essential for the life of a nation. The condition of the nation's character is alarming, marked by the number of bullying in schools, promiscuity, and increasing drug cases infecting school-age children. This can threaten the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore a special strategy is needed to shape the character of the nation's young generation. Character education is carried out in schools by being integrated into various activities at school. The implementation of the PPK program needs to be evaluated to find out all the things that happened during program implementation. The evaluation research conducted is program evaluation research. The evaluation model used is a goal-free evaluation model. Michael Scrieven developed the goal-free evaluation model. This evaluation model determines the planning, implementation, analysis, and follow-up of the character education strengthening program at Gugus Teuku Umar Salatiga. The planning stage of the character education supporting program at Gugus Teuku Umar has been carried out well. The character education strengthening program has been implemented in every activity in the school. The character education strengthening program implemented at Gugus Teuku Umar has a positive impact on student behavior and student achievement.1. The planning of the character education program at Gugus Teuku Umar from the planning stage has been carried out well. 2. The character education program has been implemented well but not yet to be optimal. 3. The stages of practical examination (check) have been carried out so that the implementation of the PPK program can influence the character education program to positively impact students both on behavior and attitudes as well as learning achievement. 4. 5. There has been a follow-up to implementing the PPK program in schools. This was done based on the results of the analysis. Programs with positive impacts will undoubtedly continue their implementation. Programs with more negative side effects will be updated or replaced with other programs.

Abstrak:
E-learning is a learning that USES technology and can be done anywhere at any time. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the application of online learning during the covid pandemic at sman 2 salatiga. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This type of research is a descriptive analysis model that describes the problem. The data-collection technique that researchers use is observation, the kind of observation used in this study is passive participation. Passive participative observations are made by observation but do not participate in these activities. Interviews, the kind of interviews used were structured interviews. Documentation is used to study data that has been collected. The results of this study indicate that the online learning program at SMAN 2 Salatiga has been effective from a cognitive perspective, but from an affective and psychomotor perspective it has not been effective. Because learning is not just providing material and assignments, but how educators teach factually, inquiry of all material. So, with the CIPP evaluation on online learning, the school can evaluate each policy that is determined (feasibility).

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak terhadap kegiatan wisata, sosial dan budaya. Kebijakan Pemerintah yang memberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat menyebabkan masyarakat banyak bergiatan di rumah. Bahkan untuk pulang kampung dihari besar keagamaan juga dihimbau untuk tidak dilakukan. Kegiatan yang cukup signifikan terjadi peningkatannya adalah penggunaan internet, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pembelian pulsa dan paket data di masa Pandemi. Permasalahan di atas yang menjadi trigger disusunnya Konsep dan Desain Road Trip Virtual berbantuan Video Kota Pekalongan Berbasis Web. Road Trip Virtual Berbantuan Video Kota Pekalongan berbasis Web ini akan membawa pengunjung untuk menikmati jalan-jalan protokol dan beberapa lokasi wisata di kota Pekalongan dengan seolah-olah sedang menggunakan mobil (driving tour) berkeliling di jalan-jalan protokol di Kota Pekalongan atau sedang berjalan kaki (walking tour) berkeliling di lokasi-lokasi wisata di Kota Pekalongan. Disamping itu Web Road Trip Virtual dapat digunakan untuk mempromosikan kembali Kota Pekalongan kepada masyarakat sebagai kota destinasi wisata, juga untuk menarik turis baik yang sudah pernah berkunjung ke Pekalongan, maupun yang belum pernah. Konsep dan desainnya menggunakan metode pengembangan Multimedia dan tahapan pembuatan videonya mengacu pada 3 tahapan pembuatan video yakni praproduksi, produksi dan pascaproduksi. Kata Kunci   :          Konsep dan Desain, Road Trip Virtual, Kota Pekalongan, Video, Web, Pandemi Covid 19

Abstrak:
Community service activities are carried out at the Central Christian Education Institution, Salatiga City. The objective of this activity is to prepare teachers who are selected as prospective principals to understand the concept and implementation of school principal competency standards in the fields of managerial, supervision, and entrepreneurship. Activities are held in the form of online mode-based training. The school development plan is the final product of this training activity. This activity is expected to create prospective school leaders of the Central Christian Education Institution Salatiga who can improve the quality of education through their leadership, creativity, and innovation qualities. The results of this community service activity can improve managerial competence, supervision, and entrepreneurship for prospective principals of the Christian Education Institution Salatiga.

This study evaluated the Program of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) at SMP Negeri 1 Selo. This type of research was evaluative research with CIPP model which conducted based on Context, Input, Process and Product in the implementation of DRR Program. Data collection techniques were done using interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis in this study included data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. This study used triangulation to validate the datas. The results showed: (1) in the Context of evaluation, the DRR Education Program at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is categorized as good, because it is in accordance with the needs of the school. The school is not only getting support from outside parties, but also having clear goals, backgrounds, and requirements for organizing. (2) In evaluating Input, this program answers the needs of school. The number of human resources involved and competent is sufficient. Facilities and infrastructure as well as funds are also adequate. The mechanism that the school has is clear and detailed. Program input is considered good. (3) In the Process, most activities (3-5 activities) can be carried out well. Human resources are fulfilled and functioning. Funding is available but inefficient and there is a lack of infrastructure. In general, the implementation has followed the mechanism. The DRR process at SMP Negeri 1 Selo is considered reasonable, (4) In the Product, most of the activities in DRR Program were achieved, the knowledge and the skills of school members were significantly improved but the attitude/concern of school members to disasters had not increased significantly and it had a considerable impact. Thus, the products were considered fair. Based on the results of the research, sustainability policy can be taken. The program should be continued with improvements of mechanism especially in the form of scheduling and plan of program sustainability and improvement of infrastructure facilities.
