Abstrak:
The alumni information system plays a crucial role in maintaining communication between alumni and educational institutions. Currently, alumni data management at the Information Systems Study Program of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi is still conducted manually using Google Forms and WhatsApp groups, leading to difficulties in data recording and updates. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based alumni information system to enhance the efficiency of alumni data management, information dissemination, and communication between alumni and the institution. This study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of three main stages: requirement planning, system design, and implementation. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter framework and a MySQL database to ensure security and efficiency in alumni data management. The results of testing using the Black Box Testing method indicate that the system functions according to the designed specifications. Additionally, the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show that 96% the system is well accepted by users as it provides easy access to alumni information, job vacancies, as well as feedback and suggestions. This system is expected to strengthen the relationship between alumni and the institution while offering more effective and structured alumni data management.

Abstrak:
The National Health Insurance (JKN) system is a strategic program of the Indonesian government to ensure equitable access to healthcare services for all citizens. However, the sustainability of JKN financing faces challenges due to rising healthcare costs, particularly from non-communicable diseases (NCDs). One potential solution is to utilize fiscal instruments such as excise taxes, especially on sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs), which are known to contribute significantly to the burden of NCDs. This study aims to analyze the legal framework and urgency of utilizing excise revenues from sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) to support JKN financing. Using a normative juridical method and a statutory, conceptual, and comparative approach, this research explores relevant laws and public health data. The findings reveal that although the allocation of excise on SSBs for JKN is not yet explicitly regulated, the existing legal framework—particularly the pattern of cigarette tax and tobacco excise revenue allocation—provides a strong precedent. From a medical perspective, high SSBs consumption has been shown to increase the risk of NCDs, placing a significant burden on JKN. Therefore, implementing MBDK excise not only aligns with public health goals but also holds fiscal potential to support sustainable healthcare financing.

Abstrak:
Soil moisture is a crucial factor in agriculture that affects plant growth and crop productivity. In modern agricultural systems, accurate soil moisture monitoring is essential for optimizing water usage and enhancing the efficiency of automatic irrigation systems. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based soil moisture monitoring system and evaluate the performance of three types of soil moisture sensors: Soil Moisture FC-28, Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor, and Soil Moisture Hygrometer Module Sensor. The evaluation compares the accuracy and effectiveness of each sensor in measuring soil moisture. The research methodology involves measuring soil moisture in ten different soil samples using the three sensors simultaneously. The system is based on the ESP32 microcontroller, where data from the sensors are processed and displayed on an LCD Liquid Crystal I2C 20x4. Data analysis is conducted using the one-way ANOVA statistical method to determine whether there are significant differences among the measurement results of the three sensors.The results indicate that each sensor exhibits different measurement characteristics based on its working principle. The Soil Moisture FC-28 sensor, which operates on resistance, shows high sensitivity to changes in soil moisture but is susceptible to corrosion. The Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor is more durable as it does not have direct contact with the soil, yet it requires more precise calibration. Meanwhile, the Soil Moisture Hygrometer Module Sensor provides more stable results under various environmental conditions. The one-way ANOVA analysis reveals no significant differences in the measurement results among the three sensors.

Abstrak:
Baja karbon ST 40 sering digunakan dalam industri pembuatan kapal, khususnya untuk konstruksi lambung dan dek kapal. Mengingat bahwa lambung adalah bagian pertama dari kapal yang bersentuhan langsung dengan air laut, maka bagian ini memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap korosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju korosi baja karbon ST 40 (40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm) dalam sampel air laut yang diambil dari Pelabuhan Gresik. Korosi sangat memengaruhi umur pakai baja dan besi, sehingga penelitian ini menjadi penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kehilangan berat (weight loss method) dan proses perendaman dengan menggunakan pengaduk magnetik (magnetic stirrer) dan tanpa pengaduk magnetik untuk mengukur laju korosi. Pengukuran dilakukan setiap 7 hari selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi tertinggi terjadi pada air laut dengan pengaduk magnetik, dengan nilai laju korosi (CR) sebesar 13,72 mpy, sedangkan laju korosi terendah terjadi pada air laut tanpa pengaduk magnetik, dengan nilai CR sebesar 0,19 mpy. Selain itu, analisis regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa laju korosi pada air laut dengan pengaduk magnetik adalah -37 mg/cm², dibandingkan dengan -6,06 mg/cm² tanpa pengaduk magnetik. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa penggunaan pengaduk magnetik mempercepat laju korosi pada baja karbon ST 40.

Abstrak:
Technology provides great opportunities for the plantation sector in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production management. PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL), as a company engaged in the oil palm plantation sector, faces challenges in the process of monitoring plantation results which are still carried out manually, so there is a risk of delays and inaccuracies in data. This study aims to design a website-based oil palm plantation monitoring service information system to facilitate the process of recording, reporting, and monitoring data in real time. The method used in designing this system is the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study are a web-based information system that is able to display harvest data in a structured manner, provide periodic reports, and facilitate access to information for management. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of a website-based information system can improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in the process of monitoring oil palm plantation results at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL).

Abstrak:
This qualitative study aims to gain insights into how English lecturers perceive and integrate generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their teaching, an increasingly relevant topic in education. Guided by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research involved two lecturers from a higher education context. Findings reveal a shift in perception: although both participants were initially reluctant due to unfamiliarity and concerns about learning quality, they gradually embraced AI after firsthand experience. They now recognize its potential to support teaching while maintaining careful oversight to ensure it does not compromise the learning process. Their evolving views highlight the importance of adaptability and critical awareness in incorporating AI into English language education.

Abstrak:
Rhodamine B is one of the synthetic dyes commonly used as a dye for paper, textiles or ink. This study aims to analyze the presence of Rhodamine B food coloring in chili sauce in front of the Halu Oleo University campus in 2025. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with laboratory testing using the test kit method. The population in this study was 10 types of chili sauce, which were taken from each restaurant or used in snacks in front of the Halu Oleo University Campus, Kendari City. The sample was determined using the total sampling method with a total sample of 10 samples. The results of this study indicate that 10 samples of chili sauce used in restaurants and snack vendors circulating in front of the Halu Oleo University campus were declared not to contain Rhodamine-B.

.This research discusses the Influence of Teamwork and Communication on Employee Performance. This research discusses Teamwork and Communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The research aims to explain the influence of teamwork and communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The sample for this research is employees who work at PT Buana Armada Jaya, numbering 40 employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression. The results of the research are (1) Teamwork has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. The results of this research prove that, if teamwork is good, employee performance will be better, because without good teamwork, it is difficult for companies to achieve optimal results. (2) Communication has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. (3) Overall Simultaneous Teamwork and communication have a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees.

This research aims to determine the influence of Port Services, Loading and Unloading Performance, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Natural Factors on Idle Time at the Koja Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta. The population in this study were operational employees and ship crew from the deck department division. The sample used in this research was 80 respondents. And using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. Based on the research results and data analysis, the regression equation was produced: Y= -1.176+ 0.334X1+ 0.181X2 + 0.318X3 + 0.302X4+ ?. From the equation it is known that the dominant variable influencing Idle Time is the Port Services variable with a regression coefficient of 0.334. The R2 (R square) test obtained a result of (67%), which means that Idle Time at the Koja Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, is influenced by the variables Port Service, Loading and Unloading Performance, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Natural Factors, namely 67%. The conclusion is that the independent variables (port services, loading and unloading performance, loading and unloading equipment, and natural factors) have a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Idle Time. This is because the results of the multiple linear regression equation show that t count > t table.

Abstrak:
Students at the High School level often face various emotional and psychological challenges, such as academic stress, social pressure, and personal crises, which can negatively affect their mental well-being. To overcome this issue, community service aims to implement Psychological First Aid (PFA) training which provides students with understanding and skills in providing psychological support to colleagues. The focus of this service is to increase awareness of the importance of mental health support in the school environment. The method used involves pretest questionnaires, theory sessions, role plays, group discussions to help students master the basic principles of PFA through real situation simulations and ends with a post test. The results of PKM activities are (1) most participants gained an increased understanding of Psychological First Aid (PFA); (2) Most participants easily practiced Psychological First Aid (PFA) with their friends during role play sessions. The conclusions from this service are (1) increasing the knowledge and skills of female students at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani in applying Psychological First Aid (PFA) to their peers; (2) Collaboration between FIK UNCEN and SMA Negeri 3 Sentani; (3) carrying out community service activities as a lecturer's academic obligation.
