Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate governance, renewable energy, and waste management on sustainable development goals (SDGs) at PT Rajawali Dwi Putra Indonesia. The three variables were chosen because they are closely related to sustainability activities that have become a global focus, especially in facing environmental, economic, and social challenges. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire distributed to all company employees through the census method. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression which includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results showed that partially, renewable energy and corporate governance have a significant positive effect on development goals. Meanwhile, waste management also has a significant effect yet a negative relationship direction. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant positive effect on sustainable development goals. These findings are expected to be a reference for companies in formulating sustainability strategies and supporting the acceleration of achieving sustainable development goals, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia.

Abstrak:
Managerial accounting reports play a critical role in providing relevant financial and nonfinancial information for management in the strategic decision-making process. This study aims to analyze the extent to which managerial accounting reports are utilized as a basis for planning, controlling, and evaluating strategic decisions within an organization. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to managers from various manufacturing sector companies. The results show that the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of managerial reports significantly influence the quality of strategic decisions made by management. These findings emphasize that the integration of managerial accounting information into the strategic process is crucial for enhancing organizational competitiveness and performance.

Abstrak:
The This study uses a descriptive statistical approach to analyze the level of student satisfaction with campus facilities at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using a simple random sampling method with 36 respondents. The questionnaire covered four categories of facilities: general, technology and accessibility, academic support, and campus and infrastructure. The analysis involved calculating percentage, probability, mathematical expectation, variance, and standard deviation. The results showed that library comfort had the highest satisfaction score (expected = 4.06), while the Wi-Fi connection had the lowest score (expected = 3.06, deviation = 1.39), indicating dissatisfaction and an uneven perception. Other aspects, such as academic guidance by lecturers (expectation = 3.86), toilet facilities (expectation = 3.83), and laboratories (expectation = 3.72), showed good satisfaction levels. These findings provide a strong basis for the campus to improve low-scoring areas and maintain areas that meet student expectations.

The Philosophy of Islamic Education serves as the main foundation that guides the spiritual and intellectual development of each individual. As a solid foundation, this philosophy not only acts as a conceptual framework, but also spreads into the essence of education, shaping personality, and directing the mind towards a deeper understanding of knowledge and spirituality. This article aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how Islamic educational philosophy can be a strong foundation for forming spiritual and intellectual intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative with library research, this research does not need to go into the field, but simply utilizes several sources of data in this article is done by searching the literature from various sources online according to the focus of the research. Data acquisition techniques are carried out by searching online books, scientific journals, and Google Scholar sources.The results of the discussion in this article show that Islamic Education Philosophy is the basis for creating spiritual and intellectual intelligence by emphasizing the integration of Islamic values ??in forming character through holistic education, and involving the principles and indicators of spiritual and intellectual intelligence., as well as the integration of Islamic teachings in the process of forming a balanced character and personality.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on emotional intelligence (EQ) in elementary schools in order to increase the effectiveness of adaptive and characterful learning. This study focuses on the use of AI to personalize teaching materials, strengthen spiritual values, and develop students' empathy and social skills through an EQ-based approach. The method used is literature study by analyzing various sources such as journals, books and articles related to AI, PAI and EQ-based learning. The research results show that AI integration can facilitate interactive and enjoyable learning, while the EQ approach strengthens students' internalization of religious and emotional values. However, its success depends on collaboration between technology, teachers and a curriculum oriented towards the holistic development of children.

Risk management is very important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented at Anukula Resto MSMEs, where Anukula Resto itself is an MSME that is engaged in selling food and drinks such as ice the 2000s and kebabs. mirasa burger. This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management and describe or illustrate the activities of the MSMEs Anukula Resto Serang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Anukula Resto MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at the Anukula Resto UMKM. Therefore, it is important for Anukula Resto MSMEs to improve and implement risk management well in order to minimize risks that occur in the future.

Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) lulusan Diploma IV, S1, S2, dan S3 di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 5,52% pada Februari 2023. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya solusi untuk membantu lulusan, khususnya sarjana sains komputer, mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan referensi pekerjaan di bidang teknologi yang sedang banyak dicari dengan menggunakan pendekatan Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM). Dalam filsafat pendidikan Islam, sumber utama pengetahuan adalah al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, yaitu wahyu yang diberikan oleh Allah kepada Nabi Muhammad saw. al-Qur'an dianggap sebagai wahyu ilahi yang sempurna dan menjadi sumber pengetahuan yang otoritatif dalam semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Sunnah Nabi Muhammad saw juga menjadi sumber pengetahuan yang penting, karena merupakan contoh nyata dari penerapan ajaran al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode pencarian pengetahuan dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan pembacaan, studi, dan refleksi terhadap al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Pendidikan Islam juga mendorong penggunaan akal dan rasionalitas dalam memahami ajaran agama. Namun, akal tidak boleh bertentangan dengan wahyu, dan pemahaman akal harus selaras dengan ajaran al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Proses pembentukan pengetahuan dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan tahap-tahap seperti memahami teks-teks suci, mengkaji tafsir dan hadis, mempelajari sejarah dan konteks ajaran agama, serta menghubungkan pengetahuan dengan praktik kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan Islam juga menekankan pentingnya pembentukan karakter yang baik dan moral yang kuat dalam proses pembentukan pengetahuan.

Early literacy serves as an essential foundation that plays a crucial role in shaping the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children. It extends beyond the ability to read and write, encompassing skills such as listening, speaking, and comprehensively understanding information in a holistic manner. In the digital era, these skills have become increasingly critical as children are exposed to diverse forms of information through technology, including digital books, educational applications, and interactive learning videos. Technology presents significant opportunities to support early literacy development in innovative and engaging ways. However, the digital age also poses notable challenges, such as the risk of distraction from entertainment content, exposure to age-inappropriate information, and disparities in access to technology across different social groups. This study aims to deeply explore the strategic role of parents in supporting early literacy development in the digital era, including the strategies they employ, the challenges they face, and the impacts of their involvement. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research analyzes data from in-depth interviews, observations of parent-child interactions, and recent literature on early literacy and technology. The findings indicate that active parental involvement, both through technology-based approaches and traditional methods, significantly enhances children's literacy skills. Nonetheless, the study also identifies various challenges commonly encountered, such as time constraints, low digital literacy among parents, and inequities in technology access. This article underscores the importance of synergy between technological and conventional approaches to create a holistic and sustainable literacy environment. It provides in-depth insights into the critical role of parental support in the digital era and offers practical recommendations to address existing barriers, ensuring that early literacy development proceeds optimally and aligns with contemporary needs.
