Effectiveness is a fundamental component that functions to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set in an organization or program. BPJS organizes the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program to provide protection and a sense of security to workers against the risk of work accidents in the form of financial support. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, field observations, and documentation reviews. The data analysis process includes the stages of data reduction, information presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, this study uses a triangulation method that includes source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that in general the implementation of the work accident insurance program at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has been carried out effectively, in accordance with the three main indicators of effectiveness used as references in this study. However, in the indicator of achieving program objectives, there are still several targets that have not been fully realized. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Work Accident Insurance program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilandak Branch Office, South Jakarta, has shown good effectiveness, although there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of achieving program objectives as a whole.

Self reminder is a reminder for yourself that is very much needed to keep thinking positively and avoid all kinds of negative thoughts so that life seems much more beautiful and happy to be grateful for. This study aims to elaborate on the self reminder applied by a young man named Emanuel Omedetho Jermias (EOJ). This study is a case study using qualitative research methods. Data were collected by conducting direct observation and interviews with the research subjects. Data were analyzed using three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the self reminder applied by EOJ was to use time productively, build daily habits, and reflect on oneself before going to bed. The benefits felt from self reminders are self-control, increasing self-motivation, accepting oneself as you are, and building self-confidence. This study is expected to have implications for young people to apply self reminders in order to increase their capacity which can be beneficial for individuals and in the social environment.

Predictive modeling is a mathematical and statistical method for predicting future behavior or trends by analyzing input data patterns. This is part of predictive analysis using current and historical data to predict or estimate future events. This paper aims to examine the importance of predictive modeling in business affairs. The method used in this paper is literature review. Data was collected by conducting literature searches, both books and journals. The results of the study show that predictive analytics is an organizational game changer that aims to improve the competency retrieval process and increase efficiency. By leveraging large amounts of data, predictive analytics allows businesses to predict future outcomes by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and creating insights that can be implemented in the field. For business analysts, understanding predictive analytics is critical to establishing data-driven strategies and addressing the ethical considerations that accompany data manipulation.

South Tangerang City is one of the areas prone to flooding, with various influencing factors, such as a lack of communication between local government organizations and weak spatial planning supervision. Uncontrolled development by several large developers has constricted river flows, while suboptimal drainage and water absorption systems have exacerbated the situation. In flood mitigation efforts, coordination between the Regional Disaster Management Agency, the Public Works Agency and the Environment Agency is necessary to ensure anticipatory efforts and sustainable solutions. Existing Regional Regulations and Governor Regulations, including regional spatial plans and technical guidelines for flood control, are an important foundation for flood management in the region. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the implementation of flood disaster mitigation policies in Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012 concerning Disaster Management. This research uses the theory of George C. Edward III. with 4 indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the unity of action in handling floods still faced obstacles, where the Environmental Agency had not fully carried out its responsibilities in maintaining waste in drainage channels and rivers.

Currently, there are many cases of unclear child identity status, such as for adopted children. The importance of a birth certificate issued immediately after delivery is to provide the authentic identity details of the child, which are vital for establishing the child’s origin. Some key points regarding adopted children are that adoption does not sever the biological relationship between the child and their birth parents. An adopted child has the same rights as a biological child, such as having a birth certificate and being included in the Family Card. However, an adopted child does not inherit from their adoptive parents unless specified by a will or a mandatory will. Medical personnel are required to issue a birth certificate that reflects the actual circumstances, as this will impact the child's rights in the future. A birth certificate contains information such as the date, time, and place of birth, gender, weight, and the names of the parents. According to Law No. 35 of 2014, Article (1), an individual's identity must be established at birth, and Article (2) states that the identity is documented in a birth certificate. The state, government, society, family, and parents are all obligated to ensure the protection of children, as they are physically and psychologically vulnerable, immature, and still in need of protection.

A lifter is a device used to lift and move objects or materials from one place to another. Lifters are commonly used in the industrial world, examples of lifters are forklifts, cranes, stackers, drum lifters and hydraulic lifters. A lifter is a device used to lift and move heavy objects such as wooden pallets, boxes, or other industrial goods. One of the important components of a lifter is the handle which functions as a hand grip to move the lifter. A lifter handle is a handle or hand grip to push a lifter. The right material to use as a handle lifter is SS400. SS400 (Structural Steel) is a low carbon steel (mild steel) that complies with ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) A36 or JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) G3101 standards. The Handle Lifter manufacturing process includes the cutting process, namely cutting from an initial length of 6 meters to 150mm. The milling process is cutting lengths and thicknesses with a length of 135mm with a first thickness of 13mm, a second thickness of 15mm and a third thickness of 13mm. Drilling process, where this process involves making a hole with a diameter of 10mm. The grinding process is a finishing process that aims to smooth uneven surfaces. And finally, Quality Control is carried out to check whether or not the goods being produced are suitable. Based on the calculation results, the productivity value for making Handle Lifters in 1 day was obtained, where the working hours used were 8 hours, resulting in 17 Handle Lifters.

Wearable technology is increasingly being used to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in communication, emotional regulation, and daily activities. This paper reviews the effectiveness of smart wearables, such as biosensors, AI-powered communication aids, and emotion-detection devices, in improving the quality of life for children with ASD. The study highlights the role of technology in enhancing therapy and intervention strategies.
 
 

This study aims to analyze the impact of radio broadcasting practicums on the public speaking abilities of Communication and Islamic Broadcasting students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. A qualitative approach was employed, involving observations and semi-structured interviews with five active participants in the broadcasting practicum. The findings reveal that radio broadcasting practicums significantly enhance students' speaking skills, through improved articulation, intonation, and effective listening abilities. Factors such as direct interaction with listeners and strong academic support were found to be crucial in facilitating these improvements. The study recommends enhancements to practicum facilities, integration of more effective feedback sessions, and emotional management training to support students in handling the pressures of live broadcasting.

Using a mixed-method approach, This study examines emotional support for Quranic memorization students (santri tahfidz) in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Quantitative analysis of 515 santri tahfidz revealed high levels of emotional support (M = 3.74, SD = 0.68) with two primary dimensions: reliable relationships (74.96%) and trusted guidance (75.17%). Multiple regression analysis uncovered a significant relationship between emotional support and Quranic memorization achievement (? = 0.42, p < .001, R² = 0.18). A meta-analysis of 28 studies (N = 3,627) confirmed a positive correlation between emotional support and students' psychological well-being (r = 0.39, 95% CI [0.34, 0.44]). MANOVA results indicated significant differences in santri tahfidz's perceptions of emotional support based on gender (Wilks' ? = .97, F(2, 512) = 7.85, p < .001, partial ?² = .03) and age (Wilks' ? = .95, F(4, 1022) = 6.73, p < .001, partial ?² = .03). These findings extend previous research by Hasfi (2018) and Vista (2018) by identifying the specific roles of teacher support (? = 0.31, p < .01) and peer support (? = 0.28, p < .01) in enhancing student resilience. Furthermore, this study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of emotional support dynamics in pesantren tahfidz education, integrating Bronfenbrenner's (1979) ecological perspective and Deci and Ryan's (2000) self-determination theory. Finally in a practical context, the researcher evaluates this study has implications for the development of more structured and efficient emotional support intervention programs in tahfidz pesantren.

This research aims to improve student accessibility and engagement in Islamic religious education through the development of a mobile application named AGAMIS (Aplikasi Gawai Mahir Agama Islam). The study was conducted at the Department of Business Administration, Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, focusing on Generation Z students who are highly accustomed to digital technologies. Using the ADDIE model for instructional design, the research adopted a Research and Development (R&D) approach to create an interactive platform offering features such as learning materials, quizzes, and discussion forums. After implementation and testing, the results showed a significant increase in student participation, motivation, and understanding, with 70% of the students demonstrating improved comprehension of the course content. This suggests that AGAMIS is an effective tool for enhancing student engagement in religious education. The findings contribute to the ongoing efforts in integrating technology in education, especially in the context of Islamic studies, and provide a foundation for future research in developing digital learning media.
