The purpose of Community Service is to improve the quality of early childhood in reading the Qur'an in Lopang Village, Kembangbahu Regency and find out what obstacles are experienced in learning the Quran at TPQ Syuhadak. The method used by preparing material that will later be applied as an interactive learning method. So that it is easy to understand and remember by children. From this dedication, it can also be known what obstacles and obstacles exist in TPQ Shuhadak both internally and externally in an effort to improve the quality of reading the Quran in early childhood.  

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

The need for automated tools to facilitate human activities, makes the need for smart chips or microcontrollers increasing. This study tries to implement Fish Feed Control and  automatic garden lights on and off using Arduino and scheduling, this is so that the fish stay healthy   and the garden lights can turn on or off according to the schedule desired by management. The author designed a garden lamp and automatic fish feed based on a case study at the school. The tool is designed with three sources of tool control. The first manual is pressing the fish feed manual button, the light switch and the reset button. Both semi-automatic, as a fish feeder, light ON/OFF and reset remote control with the Android application. The third auto is scheduled feeds and lights. This tool is designed to manage fish feed and garden area lighting. This tool is practical to use, inexpensive, useful, flexible and easy to build. The classification of this tool is sufficient for the needs of the school garden. Among the advantages of this tool is that it can be controlled remotely effectively 25 m without a hitch using the android application. The author hopes, this tool provides benefits and solves problems in schools.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sijeruk village, Banjarmangu district, Banjarnegara regency have shown significant development. However, there remain several challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs, including limited marketing outreach, financial reports intertwined with household finances, and inadequate innovation in product development and packaging. This community service initiative aims to address these issues effectively.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.

Character education strengthening occurs not only theoretically in the classroom but also through habituation in daily life. Using drama as a method for character education can be effective because drama is closely linked to character development. This article aims to discuss the affirmation of drama appreciation learning in relation to the importance of character education for fourth-semester students at STKIP Darussalam Cilacap. The researcher applies a literature review methodology, focusing on the use of texts and library literature as primary sources. The results indicate that regular drama appreciation learning activities have a positive impact on students' development. The findings highlight the significant contribution of drama appreciation learning to character education at STKIP Darussalam. It teaches students moral values, ethics, and responsibilities. Additionally, interaction during drama activities plays a key role in enhancing students' tolerance towards differing opinions, backgrounds, and cultures, creating a holistic educational environment. The presence of drama as an art form, both at the elementary school level and as part of higher education curricula, should impact by reflecting the reinforcement of character education in the digital era, which increasingly overlooks essential foundational aspects of life, such as efforts to build good personal and moral character.

Employees who feel engaged have high levels of involvement and satisfaction. The employees are said to be engaged when they have passion, commitment and the willingness to expend their effort to help the employer in achieving the goals. One of the ways to keep employee productivity is through employee engagement. The organizational effectiveness will be realized if the employees who perform assigned duties are willing to engage in activities. The leader should make employees feel comfortable in doing the job. Research design used in this research is descriptive research design and correlational research design. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, coefficient correlation, coefficient of determinant, simple linear regression analysis and Z testing. The conclusion of this research is there is impact transformational leadership style towards employee engagement. The conclusion is proved with Z test. The calculation of Z test shows that Zcount (10.13) is higher than Ztable (1.96). The alternative hypothesis is accepted and null hypothesis is rejected. Coefficient of correlation is 0.896. It shows that there is strong and positive relationship between variables. Coefficient of determination is 80.3%. It shows that employee engagement can be explained by transformational leadership style in 80.3% while the remaining in 19.7% can be explained by other factors.

Di lingkungan Polri, Polsekta/Polsek mempunyai peranan penting dalam melindungi, membina, melayani dan menegakkan hukum di lingkungan masyarakat Polsek Tegowanu. Oleh karena itu, Polsek Tegowanu dituntut untuk dapat melayani masyarakat dimana salah satu tugas pokok Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum, Nasional Sistem agenda kerja yang lama masih menggunakan cara manual dan memakan banyak waktu serta dengan sistem tersebut akan memperlambat kinerja anggota Polsek. Dokumentasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Petugas Polsek Tegowanu tidak dapat dilihat oleh Kapolsek dan anggota, karena dokumentasi foto hanya disimpan di komputer petugas. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum adanya penyimpanan data data kegiatan masyarakat dan jadwal kegiatan, karena tidak adanya penyimpanan pada database sehingga pengolahan data belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi Kegiatan Berbasis Kinerja dengan Metode Berorientasi Objek di Polsek Tegowanu Resort Grobogan diharapkan dapat membantu pengolahan data agar lebih terintegrasi dengan baik serta proses pelaporan dan pengambilan data menjadi lebih cepat jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan. dan membuat sistem yang terintegrasi dengan database. Informasi yang akan dibangun dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan dan pengiriman informasi serta kegiatan Polsek Tegowanu kepada Kapolsek.

On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh pengabdi berupa pelatihan pemrograman aktivitas fisik melalui outbound dan braingym sebagai implementasi pembentukan karakter dan kedisiplinan bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Patimuan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk diantaranya: (1) saling memahami dan saling pengertian/peduli dengan orang lain dan belajar membangun kepercayaan diri dan mempercayai kepada yang lain, (2) belajar membangun tim kerja yang cakap dan handal dan memahami arti penting kerjasama kelompok dalam lingkungan kerja, (3) membangun individu dalam kelompok secara lebih energik dan mendorong individu dalam menghadapi tantangan kelompok yang ada, (4) memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kreativitas dalam penyusunan pembelajaran olahraga rekreasi bagi siswa agar memiliki kompetensi yang kreatif dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran penjas di tingkat sekolah. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik/latihan. Metode Ceramah ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada para guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Patimuan tentang pemrograman aktivitas fisik melalui outbound dan brain gym. Metode demonstrasi sangat penting keberadaanya dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini, karena dalam pelatihan suatu proses kerja akan lebih mudah diikuti oleh peserta pelatihan manakala ketrampilan yang akan ditransformasikan bisa dieksplisitkan secara konkrit melalui demonstrasi. Metode Praktik dilakukan oleh para guru untuk mencoba menguasai gerakan braingym dan outbound yang dapat di implementasikan pada setiap pembelajaran penjas disekolah. Dalam evaluasi, Tim Pengabdi melakukan pengamatan langsung kepada para peserta dengan kriteria antusiasme, perhatian, dan kesungguhan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil Pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan program yang telah dibuat. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh animo peserta yang cukup tinggi. Pemrograman aktivitas fisik dan praktik yang terdiri dari penguasaan teknik dasar outbond training dan brain gym yang dapat membentuk karakter bagi siswa seperti: nilai-nilai kerjasama, kepercayaan, kemampuan memecahkan suatu masalah, proses pendewasaan diri, kebersamaan, leadership (kepemimpinan), kedisiplinan, kemampuan akselerasi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, melatih mental dan keberanian serta kesenangan batiniah. Indikator keberhasilan ditandai dengan tingginya motivasi peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini serta dimilikinya pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru tentang outbond dan brain gym.

Bukan dilihat dari gelarnya, akan tetapi seseorang yang memiliki gelar sarjana apabila dalam prosesnya ia mengikuti dengan baik, maka melahirkan kemanfaatan yang nyata bahkan untuk kebaikan di masyarakat apabila di aplikasi dengan baik

However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

Parenting socialization activities regarding the importance of intellectual and character education in dealing with the times are to introduce and socialize true parenting education for the community. Thus, socialization participants are expected to be able to practice the material socialized to their children in everyday life, so that a generation with intellectual and character is produced. The socialization was carried out using direct observation, interviews, and socialization methods, by means of: lectures/providing information and training. As a result of these activities, participants gain knowledge related to parenting; and commit to practice it with their own children.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained
