This community service activity aimed to enhance the competitiveness of women-led Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Surabaya by providing practical marketing strategies through a workshop. Despite their significant role in the national economy, many UMKM, especially those run by women, face challenges in marketing due to limited access to training and resources. This workshop, held at Darmo Trade Center, Surabaya, focused on providing simple yet applicable marketing strategies, such as the STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) framework and the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to help entrepreneurs better understand their products, target consumers, and improve product differentiation. The workshop also emphasized entrepreneurial characteristics and business risk-taking. The results indicated that the participants, mostly women entrepreneurs, gained valuable insights into marketing strategies and felt more confident in applying these concepts to improve their business performance. Feedback from the participants suggested a high level of engagement and readiness to implement the strategies discussed.

The home industry partner for the tofu business is located in Kalidoh Langensari Barat Village, Ungaran Barat District, Semarang Regency. The partner's obstacle is the failure to meet the increasing market demand. This obstacle is caused because the production process is still carried out manually or traditionally so that tofu production is limited to human power. The right solution offered through this community service is the application of process technology in the form of a soybean grinding machine with a rotary system to increase tofu productivity. The purpose of this community service is to make an electric soybean grinding machine, apply a rotary grinding machine to the tofu production process, and conduct evaluation and assistance to maintain the sustainability of the program. The initial stage carried out in this service consists of planning and making the machine. Planning is based on market needs and partner conditions related to the provision of electrical energy. The design results are made through machine work in the Mechanical Department workshop. The next stage is the application of the machine including assembly and installation of the machine at the partner's location, as well as operational training and machine maintenance. The final stage of the service is evaluation and assistance. Evaluation is carried out by directly assessing the partner's operational practices on the machine that has been assisted. The assistance provided includes supervision, work control, and direction when the partner produces tofu using the production machine. It is expected that the rotary soybean grinding machine can increase the production of partner tofu.

Population growth in Indonesia increases the need for transportation, especially motorbikes, which makes the vehicle market more competitive and provides consumers with many choices. Consumers choose motorbikes based on price, after-sales service, quality, fuel efficiency and quality of workshop service. Good workshop service with easy administration and original spare parts will make consumers satisfied, while bad service will make them dissatisfied. Service quality is measured by the provider's ability to meet customer expectations, which influences customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is achieved when the results received are in line with expectations, including product quality, price and after-sales service. With the number of Honda motorbikes increasing and the number of AHASS workshops, competition is getting tougher, forcing organizations to provide high-quality services to attract new customers. The research method used was quantitative with a sample size of 291 customer respondents from the PT service workshop. AHASS. The research results show that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
