The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage and Investment Decisions on Profitability at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk for the 2015-2024 period, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative with a asosiatif research type. Secondary data obtained comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.web.idx.com) and the PT Aneka Tambang Tbk website. The results of this study show that the Leverage variable has a t count of -3.166 > t table 2.365 with a significant value of 0.016 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the Leverage variable (X1) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y). The Investment Decision variable has a t count of -0.673 < 2.365 and with a significance level of the Investment Decision variable of 0.522 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the Investment Decision variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on Profitability (Y). And the results of the F Test obtained an Fcount value of 6.726 > Ftable 4.737 and a significant value of 0.023 < 0.05, meaning that the Leverage and Investment Decision variables together have a significant effect on Profitability. Therefore, the Leverage (X1) and Investment Decision (X2) variables together have a significant effect on the stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk.

The increasing waste problem requires innovative solutions that are efficient and sustainable. This study aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT) based garbage cleaning robot that can be monitored and controlled remotely. This system is designed by utilizing a microcontroller as the main brain, sensors to detect the presence of garbage, and an IoT-based communication module that allows monitoring and control of the robot via mobile devices or the web. Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out, this study shows that the use of ESP8266 in the RC Trans Robot motor control with the Blynk application has succeeded in significantly increasing system efficiency. The system successfully responds to user input via a mobile application and can control the movement of the robot in real-time. The performance of the robot system controlled via a WiFi network shows good stability in various test scenarios. The robot can operate effectively within a distance that matches the range of the WiFi network, with fast control response and reliable communication.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based meeting scheduling system at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office using the First Come First Served (FCFS) algorithm method. This system is expected to optimize the meeting scheduling process by considering various factors, such as the availability of time and meeting room, as well as the needs of meeting participants. The Waterfall method is applied in the development of this system, which includes the stages of determining needs, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. First Come First Served (FCFS) in the meeting scheduling system at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office can be applied to organize the queue of requests for the use of meeting rooms or meeting schedules based on the order of arrival of requests. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a web-based meeting scheduling system can increase efficiency and reduce schedule conflicts at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office. This system can facilitate the process of managing meetings and increase work productivity.

WebGIS is a web-based Geographic Information System consisting of several interrelated components. WebGIS is a combination of graphic mapping design, digital maps with geographic analysis, computer programming, and a database that are interconnected into one part of web design and mapping web. WebGIS is a GIS application distributed in a computer network to integrate and disseminate geographic information visually on the world wide web. The objectives achieved in this study are to identify the types of tourism distribution on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency and to design and build a tourism object information system on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency based on webGIS. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that based on the survey results, there are 22 points. Waterfall tourism consists of 7 tours, cultural tourism consists of 2, beach tourism consists of 8 and marine tourism consists of 5. Where the tourism is spread across 2 sub-districts. Where in the North Sipora sub-district there are 15 points and South Sipora 7 points. Design and Build a tourism information system for Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency using Quantum GIS as initial data processing. Then combined with a website that has been designed using the Visual Studio Code application.

Milk consumption and the need for beef cattle for food purposes or sacrificial purposes continue to increase from year to year. This increase is in line with the increasing level of the economy and awareness of the need for nutritious food. However, the increase in demand still faces many production constraints due to the difficulties faced by farmers, the decline in cattle production from year to year in Indonesia. This causes Indonesia to have to import beef for 35.95% of the total national beef consumption. With many factors that affect the decline in the production rate of dairy cows or beef cattle every year, one of them is air pollution and poor air quality in cages. Along with the development of technology, a monitoring and detection system for air cleanliness in cattle pens was created, using the MQ-7 sensor as the concentration of carbon monoxide, the MQ-135 sensor as the concentration of ammonia gas, the MQ-2 sensor as the smoke detection, and When the air pollution value of each sensor input is according to the air pollution standard index (ISPU), the outputs namely indicator lights, buzzers and blowers will be on, then there will be temporary air neutralization in the cage. This tool is made easier by internet of things technology, so that it can send notifications via telegram and can see the level of air pollution levels through the web.

Pencatatan perjalanan dinas pada Kantor Pemerintah Kota Salatiga masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu staf administrasi mencatat satu-persatu laporan dari pegawai yang melakukan perjalanan dinas. Hal itu tidak efektif karena memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak efisien karena berkas-berkas laporan menjadi menumpuk dan mengakibatkan rentannya hilang atau tersebar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mencatat laporan perjalanan dinas berbasis Web. Pegawai dapat membuat laporan melalui web dimanapun dan kapanpun. Data pencatatan perjalanan dinas juga dapat dimonitor dan dicari saat dibutuhkan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall, kemudian melakukan perancangan dan pemodelan lalu mengimplementasikannya kepada website yang akan dibuat. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box untuk melihat apakah sistem sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi Kantor Pemerintah kota Salatiga untuk melakukan pencatatan perjalanan dinas. Pegawai dapat mengakses dimanapun dan kapanpun begitu pula staf administrasi.

The high demand for car rental services in Ciputat, South Tangerang, especially at certain times, has encouraged the growth of many car rental businesses. The presence of many car rental operators in Ciputat certainly creates fierce competition between them. Therefore, it is important for these businesses to carry out continuous evaluation and development in order to remain competitive with competitors. Success in providing satisfactory service to customers will make them remain loyal to using their favorite rental services. Conclusions and recommendations from the study conducted related to Web-Based Car Rental Applications in the Adiba Trans Rental Case, which was built using PHP and MySQL. The results of this study indicate that the development of a web-based application for car rental in the Adiba Trans Rental case using PHP and MySQL has succeeded in meeting the expected objectives. This application offers an effective solution for managing car rentals with ease of use via the web. The effectiveness of this application can be seen from its complete functional capabilities, easy-to-use user interface, and smooth integration between PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database management system.

From this counter, this will later be used as a reference or comparison. For this, the Internet of Things is needed so that work is more effective and easier for the monitoring process. By using Senesore infrared proximity as input to the Arduino Uno as an electronic circuit controller and running programs, 16x2 LCD as a display of instructions from Arduino, NodeMCU as a liaison between the microcontroller and Ubidots and to display digital data from Arduino. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. An investigation into the building is carried out to determine the suitability and safety of the building and the strength of the structure. The investigations to be carried out include field and laboratory investigations. This is done to determine the feasibility and safety of existing structures. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this investigation can provide recommendations regarding repair or strengthening methods if necessary, referring to the requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings SNI 2847:2019 and Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 2847:2019. From the results of structural testing using UPV and Hammer Test, it was found that the structural system is an open frame consisting of plates, beams and columns using concrete material, while the joists use steel plinths. The reinforcing steel used uses plain iron U40 as flexible reinforcement with shear reinforcement with U24. The quality of concrete obtained respectively for column f'c 25 MPa, beam f'c 22 MPa and floor slab f'c 22 MPa. Based on the results of the floor leveling survey to record the potential for building subsidence or floor sagging using a water level, it was concluded that there was no slope found in the building as a whole. The deflection that occurs is local and relatively flat. To meet the requirements, strengthening was carried out by increasing the dimensions of the columns and beams, adding plates to the steel profiles on the flange and web.

Selain itu pengolahan data juga masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan media buku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan dalam metode waterfall sebagai berikut system engineering, analysis, design, code, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan Aksesoris yang ada di Konter Fakhri cellular berbasis web. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan aksesoris ini dapat memudahkan pembeli dalam mencari HP serta aksesoris HP secara online tanpa harus datang ke toko. Cara pengaksesannya pun sangat mudah yaitu website dapat diakses dengan menggunakan media HP, komputer, dan laptop.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Fieldwork Practices were carried out at Pati National Vocational High School, from January 25, 2021 to February 20, 2021. In this Fieldwork Practice, the authors created an efficient application and management system for student data, especially for new students in a computerized manner. By using this web-based programming system, it can simplify data collection, automatic ranking based on National Exam scores, reduce paper usage, reduce cheating and are expected to overcome the obstacles experienced by both the committee for admission of new students and the parents of the students themselves. . This research produces a system that can handle the admission process of new students with the hope that it is more efficient and effective than the previous method.
