Rock mass is a volume of rock consisting of rock material in the form of minerals, texture, composition and also consisting of discontinuous planes, forming a material and interconnected with all elements as a unit. The rock mass itself is composed of several intact rocks which basically have isotropic, continuous and homogeneous properties. However, the conditions found in the field are different, namely anisotropic, discontinuous and heterogeneous. These properties will certainly influence the test results in the uniaxial test. There are several factors that influence the results of uniaxial rock tests, one of which is the scale effect. The purpose of this test is to determine and analyze the effect of rock sample size on the uniaxial compressive strength value of claystone. This rock testing was carried out at the Mineral and Coal Technology Laboratory and the rock sampling locations were in Palaran District, Samarinda City and in North Samarinda District, Samarinda City. In this uniaxial compressive strength test, 3 side widths with different lengths will be used. After carrying out the uniaxial compressive strength test, the average uniaxial compressive strength test value was obtained in each formation, such as the Balang Island formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 1.68 Mpa and the Balang formation, the average rock compressive strength test value was 3.10. Mpa. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the larger the sample size, the smaller the rock compressive strength test value tends to be.      

PT Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery services sector. One of the services businesses offer is sending letters and packages. Companies with this delivery service will really need a marketing strategy to attract customers who operate in the business world which aims to satisfy consumers and increase sales volume. The data collection method in preparing the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be targeted, namely the business market segment. By determining the business market segment, determining the target market determines the strategy for selecting the company. By choosing a target that suits the business market segment, the market position will automatically become the label for the business product itself in society. The marketing mix in a marketing strategy will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, this is because the product, place, price and promotion are determined according to the business market segment.

Arumanis mango seeds (Mangifera indica L.) are organic waste, which in previous research contained many secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids and had very strong antioxidant activity. Arumanis mango seeds have the potential to heal wounds, including excision wounds. Excision wounds are characterized by the loss of a certain amount of tissue volume that can be filled with wound healing material. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of arumanis mango seed extract ointment on the healing of excision wounds, variations in concentration and histopathological features. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups, namely the control group (ointment base), the arumanis mango seed extract group with concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% and the comparison group (T® ointment). Applying is done 2 times a day for 14 days. The parameters observed were the percentage of wound healing, epithelialization time, and histopathology. Results from the average percentage of healing of excision wounds in the control group (82.4%), concentration 2.5% (85.5%), concentration 5% (90.5%), concentration 7.5% (92.1%) and comparison (95.3%). Results of epithelialization time in the control group (10 days), 2.5% concentration (9 days), 5% concentration group (7 days), 7.5% concentration group (7 days) comparison group (7 days). For histopathology, the scores for epithelialization, collagen fibers and fibroblasts were obtained respectively in the control group (2,1,2), 2.5% concentration (2,2,3), 5% concentration group (2,3,3), concentration group 7.5% (2,3,3) and comparison (3,2,2). The results of the one-way ANOVA test showed that administration of arumanis mango seed extract ointment significantly influenced the parameters of wound healing area and epithelialization time (p<0.05). The conclusion is that arumanis mango seed extract ointment is effective in healing excision wounds. The most effective group for healing excision wounds was the 7.5% concentration group, with good histopathological results.

Ankai sitelu is taken from the Batak Karo language, the word ankai means understanding and sitelu which means sitiga. If these three words are interpreted, they mean a dance that originates from understanding rakut sitelu. " ankai sitelu" is a dance work inspired by the Batak Karo kinship system, namely rakut sitelu. Rakut sitelu consists of sukut, kalimbubu, and anak beru. Sukut is the party who is the host in a traditional or ritual ceremony, kalimbubu is the party who is highly respected because he is considered to be the representative of dibata (god) on earth who gives tendi and blood, while anak beru is the party who does the sukut work in traditional ceremonies and rituals. This work takes the essence of balance in the rakut sitelu system with traditional karo dance movement patterns which are developed according to broader teba movement intensity, volume, level and time. Ankai Sitelu's work is a group choreography consisting of three female dancers, a total of three dancers who will be composed in a large group and small group composition by paying attention to the composition of the parts. The number of three dancers is analogous to three social positions in the Rakut Sitelu kinship system. This work uses the exploration method as an initial part in developing the creativity of the creation process, improvisation to find movements by chance or spontaneously, composition to arrange the movements that have been obtained, as well as periodic corrective evaluation of the process. Digital marketing in local football clubs improve faster compare to their performance before pandemic.  From their online shops, there are significant enhancement from the value to volume of transaction.  Moreover, the researchers found out that a club can possess fans from various region and football itself are improving dramatically since Indonesia had a chance to run the U-17 Men’s World Cup 2023.  This research want to compare Persija Jakarta, one of the best local club in Indonesia and FC Barcelona, one of the best international club in the world.  The result of this research show that there are still a lot of spaces to develop the digital marketing of the club.  This will not only make local club become famous in the nationwide but also in the Asian level.  The implication of this research is that each club can boost their image by using the right digital marketing applications.

Workload is a description of the volume of work. In hospitals, the workload covers many aspects and this has an impact on compliance with the implementation of SOPs for new patient admissions which can be influenced by high workloads. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between emergency room nurse workload and compliance with standard operational procedures for accepting new patients." This research was conducted using a cross-sectional Descriptive Analytical research method, which emphasizes the time of measurement or observation and independent and dependent variables only once. The population in this study was 23 subjekts with a sampling technique using total sampling technique and the sample for this study was 23 subjekts. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the chi-square results, it can be seen that the p value is 0.026, which is smaller than p (α < 0.5), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih, Manado City. Suggestions to hospitals can pay more attention to the workload they experience so as to provide good service to patients.

During pregnancy, pregnant women experience changes that occur physiologically, one of which is changes in the cardiovascular system which results in a blood volume greater than the growth of blood cells, then hemodilution or blood thinning occurs, causing a decrease in hemoglobin levels which results in pregnant women being anemic. World Health Organization (WHO) 4.5%? 10,000 Maternal Deaths worldwide are caused by anemia. The general research objective of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of giving red dragon fruit on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women at Sambau Health Center, Batam City. This type of research is Pre-Experimental with one group Pre-test Post-test design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 15 pregnant women respondents, each respondent was given the same treatment by giving dragon fruit as much as 100 grams per day on the first day. Measurements were carried out 2 times once during 7 days of treatment and the last measurement was on day 14. The results of the analysis using the Paired sample t-test analysis showed that the data was fig (2-tailed 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means there is The effect of giving dragon fruit to pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin. It is recommended that health workers be able to pay attention and recommend the consumption of fruit rich in iron, one of which is giving red dragon fruit to help increase hemoglobin levels.

Management Of External Radiotherapy Irradiation In Vaginal Cancer Using Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) Technique At The Cancer Center Radiotherapy Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo. Vaginal carcinoma constitutes approximately 2% of all malignant neoplasms that occur in the female genital tract. Vaginal carcinoma can arise from various types of cells within the vaginal wall and is often associated with risk factors such as exposure to certain carcinogens (8). Cancer is one of the main causes of death throughout the world. Based on GLOBOCAN data, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2018, deaths caused by cancer reached around 9.5 million people, with 60% of cancer deaths in Asia. (7) Radiotherapy is a cancer treatment approach that uses light. ionizer to damage tumor cells while maintaining the integrity of surrounding healthy tissue. The main focus is to eliminate as many cancer cells as possible while reducing the negative impact on normal tissue around the tumor area. (20) There are several treatments for patients suffering from vaginal cancer, namely surgery, radiation, brachytherapy, and  external radiation based on the size and stage of the tumor suffered by the patient. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. The results of the activity show that the production of Malang City Class IIA Women's Prison can be said to be quite good and has selling value. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.  

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cross-sectional imaging technique based on the principle of magnetic resonance of hydrogen atoms due to radio frequency (RF) signals with the same frequency as the precession frequency (lamor frequency). MRI at the beginning of its development used a semiconductor magnetic field with a power of 0.5-1.5 Tesla, but now MRI uses a superconductor magnetic field with a power of 1.5-3 Tesla. One of the advantages of brain MRI in epilepsy cases is that it can display clear information about the anatomy and pathology of the head in general in the temporal lobe area. The use of 3D sequences with isotropic voxels such as SPACE (Sampling Perfection With Application Optimized Contrasts With Varying Flip Angle Evolution) is very useful for generating images with high resolution, thinner cuts, and multi-level reconstruction can be performed in several fragments that allow the acquisition of 3D sequences at one time. Methods: The type used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach by conducting interviews with 2 radiology specialists, 1 neurology specialist and 3 radiographers related to MRI brain examinations with clinical epilepsy in August-September 2023 in the Radiology Unit of Prof. Dr. I. G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital. G. N. G. Ngoerah Denpasar. Results and Conclusion: This study used five (5) patient data who had clinical epilepsy. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the radiology unit of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar Hospital, it can be seen that the procedure for examining MRI Brain with clinical epilepsy is that there is no special preparation, only filling out inform consent. The patient is positioned supine on the examination table with a head fixation device with a head first body position and hands beside the body. Radiographers put the patient into the gantry by setting the isocenter i n the middle of the glabella. After positioning the patient the radiographer sets the parameters using axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), sagittal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), coronal T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE), axial T2 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) dark fluit, axial T1 Turbo Spin Echo (TSE) axial Diffusion Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) and coronal T1 SPACE IR isotropic sequences.In addition, the role of coronal slice T1 SPACE sequences is to clearly see the presence of partical dystrophy, to see the thickening or irregularity of the cortex cerebri clearly. In addition, it is also to see the calcification of the temporal lobe and to measure the volume of the hippocampus.

The problem of waste is a complex problem that will never end, especially in developing countries. The increasing population of humans is accompanied by an increase in the amount of waste generated. Sidoarjo Regency is a regency that is registered as the regency with the largest volume of waste in East Java, which causes overload of waste in its landfill. This research aims to clearly understand the process of collaborative governance in the waste reduction program at Jabon Landfill, Sidoarjo. This research method uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through documentation and literature study. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive-qualitative. The theory used in this study is the collaborative governance theory by Ratner (2012). The results of this study show that the collaborative governance process that occurs in the "Waste Reduction Program" at Jabon Landfill, Sidoarjo only involves the community and informal organizations, not yet involving the private sector in its management.

The aim of this research is to determine the level of service on Resident Abdul Rozak's roads in 2022 based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual by determining the volume of vehicles on Resident Abdul Rozak's roads, assessing the influence of side obstacles on the sections and determining the level of service on Resident Abdul Rozak's roads. This research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection uses field observations and documentation. Data analysis uses the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. The results of the data analysis are used to determine the traffic volume on the Resident Abdul Rozak road. The results show that the volume of traffic flow on the Resident Abdul Rozak road on Thursday, December 8 2022 in the north direction is an average of 1,426 pcu/hour and in the South direction an average of 1,640 pcu/hour, while on Saturday 24 December 2022 the North volume was an average of 1,562 pcu/hour and in the South direction an average of 1,350 pcu/hour. Side resistance is in the low category with an average value of 244, 925 where the condition of side resistance is not too influential. The level of service is in category E with a value of 0.901, where conditions on that day of the city's roads were unstable, at full capacity.

One of the intersections in the city of Palembang is the Three-way Intersection of Bukit Siguntang, which is a signal-free intersection. This intersection is located in an educational and residential area, connecting Srijaya Negara Street and Demang Lebar Daun Street. The road has a very high volume of vehicles, with traffic flows reaching 45,208 vehicles on Sundays or holidays, 82,124 vehicles on Mondays, and 80,379 vehicles on Wednesdays. Among these three days, Monday is the busiest day with a vehicle count of 84,364. The intersection's performance is evaluated by examining the capacity levels at each approach. The Three-way Intersection of Bukit Siguntang shows a degree of saturation (DS) above 0.85 on all approaches, indicating that the road capacity has reached a saturation level resulting in a service level of D for the intersection, with an average intersection delay of 34.27 seconds/vehicle. To enhance the intersection capacity, several alternatives can be implemented, including road geometric widening and changing the traffic flow policy from two-way single lane to one-way single lane. Simulation of the capacity improvement for the intersection with both alternatives indicates that road geometric widening results in a delay of 24.58 seconds/vehicle, falling within the service level C for the intersection. Meanwhile, changing the traffic flow policy from two-way single lane to one-way single lane results in a delay of 17.39 seconds/vehicle, also falling within the service level C for the intersection.

Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.  

Background:Non-hemorrhagic strokeis a cerebrovascular disease that occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is suddenly interrupted by occlusion, usually caused by thrombosis, embolism, and focal hypoperfusion which can cause a reduction or disruption in cerebral blood flow (CBF) and affect neurological function due to lack of glucose and oxygen. Computed tomography scanning (CT Scan) of the head is a special examination of the head that uses tomography techniques with X-ray beams penetrating the patient's head from various directions using a computer system to produce anatomical images in axial, sagittal and coronal planes..One of the parameters for a CT scan of the head is Increment Reconstruction. Reconstruction Increment is the distance between reconstruction images in volume data. Method: Typeresearch is quantitative with an experimental approach, carried out in July-August 2023 at Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. The population and sample of this study were 10 patients with indications of non-hemorrhagic stroke. Results :research results from the overall Friedman test on CT scans of the head with clinical non-hemorrhagic stroke using variations in reconstruction increments of 0.5mm, 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, the results of the most optimal anatomical image information in producing images from 4 variations of increments, namely in the 2mm increment reconstruction which has the highest mean rank value, namely 3.30 in the thalamus area, 3.40 in the lateral ventricle area, 3.25 in the white matter area, 3.40 in the gray matter area, 3.40 in the lesion area hypodense/infarction of 3.25. Conclusion:From the results of the Friedman test on CT scans of the head with clinical non-hemorrhagic strokes using variations in reconstruction increments of 0.5mm, 0.9mm, 1.5mm, 2mm against anatomical criteria, the most optimal value in producing an image is at a reconstruction increment of 2mm which has the highest mean rank value.

This thesis is entitled Analysis of the Application of Islamic Business Ethics in Business Success (Study on Ilham's rempeyek business in Jambi City). This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics according to Faisal Badroen and the indicators of business success are capital, income, sales volume, production output and labor. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The results showed that Ilham's peanut brittle business had implemented Islamic business ethics well in running his business and had a positive impact on the success of his business. Obstacles in applying Islamic business ethics to Ilham's peanut brittle business in Jambi city are keeping promises caused by a lack of manpower in the production sector causing delays in product delivery to consumers and inaccuracy in delivering products to consumers. The solution in applying Islamic business ethics to Ilham's peanut brittle business in the city of Jambi is to recruit workers, especially in the production sector so that production results can meet consumer demands and be more careful and thorough when delivering products to consumers.

Pada ibu nifas dan menyusui perlu melakukan perawatan payudara untuk memelihara kesehatan pada payudaranya dan dapat meningkatkan serta melancarkan produksi ASI. Perawatan payudara ini mulai dilakukan pada hari pertama atau kedua sesudah persalinan. Perawatan payudara bermanfaat melancarkan efek pengeluaran ASI dan cara ini juga dapat mengefektifkan peningkatan volume ASI. Selain itu, payudara juga dapat mengalami bendungan ASI akibat tersumbatnya pengeluaran ASI dan hal ini dapat dicegah dengan perawatan payudara. Banyak ibu nifas dan menyusui mengeluhkan setelah meahirkan ASI keluar tidak lancar atau bayi tidak mau menyusu.. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Mei 2023 di Desa Bengle KecamatanTalang Kabupaten Tegal dengan diikuti  sebanyak 13 ibu nifas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan dengan melakukan demontrasi menggunakan phantom. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu nifas dan menyusui sudah memahami dan mengetahui tentang perawatan payudara pada masa nifas guna meningkatkan produksi ASI.   Kata Kunci :Perawatan payudara, Ibu Nifas,Ibu Menyusui, ASI

Background: Thyroid tumors are abnormal growths of the thyroid gland, which can be benign or malignant tumors such as papillary, follicular, medullary or anaplastic types (Aldino, 2018). CT scan of the neck according to (Lee at al, 2016) The contrast media used consists of 80 ml of non-ionic contrast media followed by 20 ml of saline given through the antecubital vein using a power injector and a 20 gauge intravenous catheter at a speed of 2.5- 3.0 ml/sec. According to (Yang et al., 2016) 80-100 ml of 300 mg/L omnipaque contrast media is injected through the cubital vein at a rate of 2.7-3.0 mL/s. And according to (Deng et al., 2019), 80 ml of iopromide (300 mgl/mL) contrast media is injected intravenously at a rate of 3 ml/sec. The aim of this research is to determine the procedure for a CT scan of the neck with contrast in cases of thyroid tumors in the radiology installation at the NTB Provincial Regional Hospital. Method: The type of research carried out is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected by observation, interviews with one radiologist and three radiographers and documentation. Data collection was carried out from June to July 2023. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model system. Results: This study shows that the contrast media used in CT scans of the neck uses 50 ml contrast media on the grounds that 50 ml contrast media can confirm the diagnosis because in the case of tumors in the thyroid you only want to see whether there is enhancement of the tumor. And the contrast media injection is carried out manually by a radiology nurse on the grounds that it is sufficient to confirm the diagnosis if it is carried out with proper control so that the examination is simpler and the processing time is faster. Conclusion: There is a difference in the CT scan of the neck between theory and the NTB provincial hospital where in theory Lee et al (2016) explains that 80 ml of contrast media is used and an injector is used at a speed of 2.5-3.0 ml/s while the provincial hospital NTB uses 50 ml contrast media and is injected manually by a radiology nurse on the grounds that this can confirm the diagnosis.
