In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to promote ethical business practices within the evolving landscape of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research aims to elucidate the current state of AI integration, its impact on ethical considerations, and the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study adopts a qualitative approach, employing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders involved in digital marketing and AI development. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and snowball sampling to access knowledgeable participants. Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Abstract: Wamena is one of the areas with the potential to develop a wide variety of food crops and plantations in large and medium quantities because it is supported by its natural conditions. Wamena, especially throughout Jayawijaya Regency and even other Regencies in the Central Highlands of Papua, are known for their organic farming. In order to support and maintain the productivity of organic farming systems, as an academic activist in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to conduct training on making organic fertilizer through the use of banana weevils known as Local Microorganism Fertilizer (MoL). This training was based on observations of farmer groups in the Wesaput district, where all farmers in the farmer groups had never used organic liquid fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as additional nutrients to increase the growth and production of their agricultural products. Therefore we try to provide understanding and approaches to farmer groups through community service on how to make Local Microorganism Liquid Fertilizer in order to increase the yields of local farmers in the Wesaput District, especially the village of Kama. As a result of this activity, we saw that the farmer group community in Wesaput gave a good response so they asked for similar activities to be carried out again so that the farmer group community was more independent in making and using liquid organic fertilizer using the natural resources around them.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. From the problems that occur above, it is necessary to have a learning media that can help children with disabilities, especially the deaf, especially for the introduction of numbers and letters so that they can easily understand and understand letters and numbers. not bored, bored and lazy in learning. Learning media in the form of an android application so that it can be used on smartphones which are currently very widely used by both teachers and parents of students with disabilities.

Covid-19 is a dangerous respiratory disease caused by the corona virus. At first, this outbreak was in Wuhan, China, then quickly spread throughout the world and caused a global pandemic. An understanding of Covid-19 is needed. This article is the result of community service activities carried out in Rt 03/ 02, Desa Kademangaran Village, which aims to provide understanding to TPQ Al Fattah students about the Covid-19 virus and how to prevent its infection through socialization and education. This activity is one of the efforts to stop the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, it is hoped that with this activity TPQ Al Fattah students can understand the challenges of Covid-19 and how to prevent it so they can participate in efforts to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus starting from themselves. each of them, given the importance of socialization and education movements about Covid-19 as it is today, because very few people, especially children, have an understanding of the virus that is spreading throughout the world.

Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

Until now, knowledge about COVID-19 infection in relation to pregnancy and the fetus is still limited and there have been no recommendations issued by WHO specifically for the treatment of pregnant women with Covid 19. Objective: Relationship between the level of understanding and compliance of pregnant women regarding the importance of ANC examinations with Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas Work Area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is a cross sectional study. The sample was 39 pregnant women who visited ANC in the working area of ​​the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between pregnant women's compliance regarding the importance of ANC examinations and implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas work area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.000 < α 0.05, there is a relationship between the level of understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ANC examinations. by implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas work area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.000 < α 0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the compliance of pregnant women and the level of understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ANC examinations by implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the work area of ​​the Rumbia Pueskesmas, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. Suggestions: For mothers who will visit the Rumbia Community Health Center, Rumbia District for pregnancy checks, they are expected to always wear a mask, in this case knowing the importance of the Covid-19 health protocol.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.  

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.

The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.
