The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Financial Recording is very important as a business actor but many MSME actors forget this. The importance of digital financial literacy can help record financial transactions and make it easier to recap product sales data, then an innovation emerges. The results of the study show that there are still many MSME actors who still record finances by writing them in a book, therefore the researcher is conducting community service with the theme of introducing technology to MSMEs in order to facilitate business continuity.

This research aims to determine the evaluation of internal control in the cash receipts accounting information system carried out by the company and the problems faced in evaluating the internal control system in the cash receipts accounting information system at the "XY" Clinical Laboratory, Semarang Branch. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the evaluation of internal control in the cash receipt accounting information system at the Semarang Branch "XY" Clinical Laboratory was running well, which can be assessed from each cash receipt transaction which was checked by authorized officials, the recording of cash receipts was based on evidence. and complete documents. However, there are still obstacles that are faced, such as the front office being less careful in paying off patient payments, paying receivables that exceed the payment due date, and having multiple positions in the accounting department and financial manager which means that financial reports cannot be completed on time.  

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

This type of research is field research. Subjects consist of employees and farmers who sell their crops to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform is to pick up the fruit to the farmer's land or the farmer delivers it directly to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, then the fruit is weighed using a ram scale, the fruit that has been weighed will be paid by the platform in cash with a receipt of the sale. This study aims to analyze the interest of the Semarang city’s community in using GOPAY as a digital payment based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The TAM approach was chosen because TAM is the most widely used model in predicting the acceptance of information technology and has proven to be a very useful theoretical model in helping to understand and explain user behavior in the implementation of using GOPAY as a digital payment. Nowadays, people who used to use cash payment (cash based) have now started to recognize and use non-cash payments (non-cash) in carrying out various payment transaction activities. One of the non-cash payment instruments that is currently developing is electronic money, one of which is GOPAY. The sample of this study was 100 people in the city of Semarang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the research are Perceptions of Benefits, Perceptions of Ease, User Attitudes, and Perceptions of Security that have a positive effect on interest in using GOPAY as a digital payment.

Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Indonesia is one of the cornerstones of the Indonesian economy. Semarang Regency has a lot of business potential which is the main source of livelihood for the local population. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Jembrak Village regarding business ethics, bookkeeping of financial transactions, marketing of goods and services, product packaging and labeling, and taxation (E-Filing). The implementation method in this activity includes providing material on simple financial bookkeeping and mentoring programs on entrepreneurial activity and simple financial bookkeeping. The main target in this service activity is the business actors of UMKM in Jembrak Village and the wider community in general. The material presented by STIPARI Semarang lecturers in training on the topic of business ethics and simple bookkeeping takes approximately 120 minutes, followed by a question and answer session in three sessions. With this service activity, the authors provide recommendations for holding similar education to other different communities and the need for continuity of activities and evaluation after the community service activities are carried out, so that UMKM actors in Surabaya can contribute to the development of UMKM in Indonesia.

The research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Mulia Product at Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin and to find out the development of mulia product used by Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin in marketing mulia product. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines and documentation to describe the results of observing reality and developing a theory of marketing strategies for Pegadaian Syariah Hasanuddin mulia product and the obstacles it faces. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy used is literacy of the community and offers investment by way of gathering precious metals, promoting mulia product and providing discounts for advances and holding gold bazaar activities with payment transactions in cash or installments. The obstacles they face are that people’s harvest fail, some areas of the community lack knowledge about noble products and people are more interested in gold jewelry than gold bullion.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV.
