This study aims to: (1) describe the quality of mathematical understanding of Grade IX students at MTs Negeri Karangasem on the topic of curved surface solids, (2) identify the level of mathematics anxiety, and (3) examine the relationship between mathematical understanding and mathematics anxiety. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 100 students selected from 130 Grade IX students. Mathematical understanding data were collected using a three-item test based on indicators of instrumental, relational, and logical understanding, while mathematics anxiety data were obtained through a 30-item questionnaire. All instruments were validated by experts and showed adequate reliability based on Cronbach’s Alpha. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while the relationship between variables was tested using the Chi-Square test and the Fisher Freeman Halton Exact Test. The results show that most students (80%) have not yet achieved adequate mathematical understanding, while 20% demonstrate instrumental understanding. In terms of anxiety, 84% of students experience moderate anxiety, 11% high anxiety, and 5% low anxiety. Most students (67%) fall into the category of moderate anxiety with low understanding. Statistical results indicate that mathematical understanding and mathematics anxiety are significantly related.

Biofloc technology is a super-intensive fish cultivation method, which benefits heterotrophic bacteria to harvest organic chemical compounds and amines from fish metabolic residues to be converted into bacterial proteins. The use of probiotics is very important to be carried out in cultivation activities, Probiotics are living microorganisms that have a beneficial effect on humans by balancing the microflora in their intestines. The bacteria in probiotics have a mechanism in forming several enzymes for feed digestion. This study aims to determine the effect of administering Pro Top probiotics with different doses on the absolute weight growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Probiotics are mixed with feed with a biofloc cultivation system. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications, namely by adding different doses to the treatment. Treatment A (0.5 grams / kg), B (1 gram / kg), C (2 grams / kg) and D (5 grams / kg). The parameters observed are absolute weight growth. Supporting parameters for air quality are temperature, pH, and DO. Data were analyzed using the ANOVA test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that administering different doses of Pro Top probiotics has a significant effect on the absolute weight growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Treatment A (0.5 grams/kg) gave the lowest absolute weight growth of 31.05 grams and treatment D (5 grams/kg) gave the highest absolute weight growth of 40.30 grams. Air quality parameters including air temperature ranged from 25.3 – 26.1°C, acidity level around 7.5 – 8.0. And dissolved oxygen ranged from 4.7 – 5.3 ppm. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the three air quality parameters showed no difference between the treatments of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus).

This study aims to determine the role of Tokopedia as a promotional media in increasing consumer purchase interest of saltwater ornamental fish at PT Indotama Putra Wahana, Bekasi. The background of this study is the rapid development of information technology which also influences marketing strategies, including through e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of consumers and the company. The results of the study indicate that promotional features available on Tokopedia such as TopAds, shop vouchers, cashback, and broadcast chat play an important role in increasing product visibility and encouraging consumer purchases. In addition, product reviews and ratings from previous buyers are also determining factors in making purchasing decisions.

The coastal area of Manado City, particularly the estuary of the Bailang River in Bunaken District, frequently experiences inundation due to the complex interaction between river discharge and tidal fluctuations. This study aims to analyze the spatial distribution and extent of flooding resulting from the combination of river discharge and tides, as well as to evaluate mitigation strategies based on numerical modeling results. A two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was developed using MIKE 21 Flow Model FM HD, utilizing topographic and bathymetric data from DEMNAS and BATNAS, along with 2023 river discharge and tidal data. Simulations were conducted for existing conditions, minimum discharge with maximum tide, and maximum discharge with maximum tide. The results show that tidal influence significantly contributes to the increase in flood extent and duration, especially when high river discharge coincides with peak tidal conditions. The most affected areas are Kelurahan Molas and Tumumpa, located along the riverbanks and near the fish auction port, with inundation covering up to 4.973 hectares and water depths exceeding 0.5 meters. Recommended mitigation strategies include river normalization and the implementation of a real-time hydrodynamic early warning system. This study supports flood risk management and coastal spatial planning, serving as a technical reference for local government policy-making.

Maritime conflicts in Southeast Asia place regional stability at great challenge, especially due to the importance of these waters as international transport routes. Claims for overlapping maritime areas, illegal activities such as trespassing and unregulated copyright fishing, in particular increased geopolitical tensions in the South China Sea, have created a complex maritime security environment. These disputes not only affect state jurisdictional and maritime sovereignty, but also affect regional economic activities, including trade and marine tourism. This study uses a qualitative approach in literature research to examine the effects of these various topics on maritime stability and efforts to address legal channels and diplomatic conflicts. Using conflict theory, this study highlights the importance of regional co-operation, adherence to the International Sea Council, and the importance of adaptive security strategies as a step in mitigation. It also focuses on the relationship with maritime security with other important sectors such as logistics, energy and tourism, highlighting the need for collective action between countries in Southeast Asia.

Microplastics have emerged as a serious threat to tropical marine ecosystems in Indonesia, particularly in coastal areas with dense populations, major river estuaries, and busy shipping routes. This study aims to develop a predictive model of microplastic dispersion using partial differential equations based on ocean current data. The data set includes ocean currents derived from satellite imagery, global oceanographic models, and field observations, combined with information on microplastic sources from coastal human activities. The modeling process was conducted through numerical simulations using the finite difference method, taking into account geographic boundary conditions and numerical stability. The results indicate that the spatial distribution of microplastics is strongly influenced by seasonal current patterns closely associated with the Asian-Australian monsoon system. Microplastic concentrations tend to increase in areas with closed circulation and complex marine topography, with the highest accumulation identified in the Makassar Strait and the Java Sea. These findings highlight the critical role of ocean currents and other oceanographic factors in governing the transport and accumulation of microplastics in tropical seas. Ecologically, the outcomes suggest serious risks for coastal ecosystems, marine biodiversity, and the fisheries sector that supports Indonesia’s coastal communities. The implications of this study emphasize the need for more comprehensive marine environmental management strategies, strengthened field monitoring, and the integration of scientific models into plastic pollution control policies.

Candikusuma Beach in Bali has experienced significant erosion since 2009, threatening public facilities, including a mosque in Candikusuma village. This issue is critical as it affects a coastal fishing community. To mitigate the erosion, a revetment structure using concrete block armor is proposed. This revetment aims to protect the coastal cliff from wave forces and prevent further erosion. The planning process begins with analyzing bathymetric and topographic data to assess land and sea conditions. Tidal analysis determines key water elevations, while wind data is used to calculate maximum and average wind speeds and directions. Wave hindcasting, based on wind data and effective fetch length, provides estimates of wave height and period. Shoreline changes are evaluated by comparing satellite imagery from 2003 and bathymetric surveys from 2012, revealing an average shoreline retreat of 21.70 meters over nine years. The design of the revetment includes a crest elevation of +3.70 meters MSL, constructed on a base at -0.5 meters MSL. The concrete foundation extends to a depth of -1.5 meters MSL. Hindcasting results show maximum wave heights of 1.21 to 1.50 meters from the southwest, with an average wave height of 0.01 to 0.30 meters from the south. The design wave height for a 25-year return period is 1.37 meters with a period of 4.58 seconds, resulting in a wave height of 1.31 meters at a depth of 2 meters. The estimated budget for the 200-meter-long revetment is Rp. 7,778,174,000.

Waropen Regency, located in Papua Province, Indonesia, is an area with abundant natural resource potential, such as fisheries (fish, shrimp, crabs), tropical forests and biodiversity. However, the varied topography, high rainfall and geographical conditions make this region vulnerable to flood disasters. This research aims to analyze and predict flood hazards in Waropen Regency using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) such as ArcGIS. The methods used include secondary data collection (topography, rainfall, land use, and river network), data processing using GIS software, as well as spatial analysis using Digital Elevation Models (DEM) and hydrological modeling. The research results produced a flood hazard zoning map that identifies priority areas based on threat level. This map is also used to analyze the potential impact of flooding on settlements, infrastructure and agricultural land. The findings of this research provide important information for local governments and stakeholders in designing disaster risk mitigation strategies, such as building flood control infrastructure and disaster mitigation-based spatial planning. Thus, this research shows the potential of GIS in supporting effective and data-based disaster risk management in Waropen Regency.

In writing this journal, I as the writer want to describe and present topics regarding issues that are often hot and often become conflicts in our country, the Republic of Indonesia, regarding the border area at the tip of the northern region of Indonesia or what is widely known to the general public is called "Indonesia's outermost islands" or what many of us know as Natuna Island, which is directly adjacent to neighboring countries and directly borders the South China Sea, this is also what often triggers conflicts over state regulations over maritime territories. As an example, we most often know about the number of fishermen from neighboring countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines and Myanmar who smuggle into the seas of the Republic of Indonesia illegally and without official permission and then take the wealth and marine products that Indonesia itself owns. This also causes things such as smuggling of goods and prohibited items to pass through urgent areas such as Natuna Island. The purpose of writing this journal is to describe the steps and efforts taken by the Indonesian state to defend and protect its territorial sovereignty and rights as they should. Based on several articles and news circulating in the Indonesian mass media regarding conflicts and problems that often occur and the most hot news is regarding Indonesia's sea which is considered strategic and has several times wanted to be claimed by neighboring countries.

Nugget is processed mashed meat. Several types of fish such as tuna, tilapia, and snapper have the potential to increase sales value and can be used as raw material for nuggets, because apart from having quite high proteins, they also have thick flesh. Carrot flour has high levels of fiber and also high levels of beta-carotene. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of fish nuggets which were high in fiber and beta-carotene with variations in the addition of carrot flour, tapioca flour and to find out the highest level of preference for fish nuggets. research using a completely randomized design (CRD) 2 factors with a comparison of carrot flour and tapioca flour and variations of fish species. The best chemical test results were the comparison of carrot flour: tapioca flour (40%:20%) with tuna fish with beta-carotene content of 6.69 μg/g, crude fiber content of 36.54%. The highest preference sensory test result is the comparison of carrot flour with tapioca flour (40%: 20%) with the type of tilapia meat with a color test result of 3.14 (likes), taste test 3.18 (likes), aroma test 3.20 (likes), texture test 3.29 (likes), and overall preference test 3.82 (likes). ). Fish nuggets made from tapioca flour and carrot flour can be a food that has high levels of crude fiber and beta-carotene.

Vertiqua is an innovation in vertical cultivation on limited land and water. Vertiqua continues to be developed to be effective in cultivating fish. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of nitrogen distribution in vertiqua using biofical top filters. The analysis used is quantitative analysis by calculating and testing the data that has been collected. Total nitrogen feed input, total nitrogen wasted, and percentage of nitrogen absorption were calculated using existing formulas. Comparative testing using the T – test on the Mini Tab application was carried out to test the effectiveness of nitrogen absorption. The research results showed that nitrogen absorption in the vertiqua using the top biofical filter was effective, ranging from 198,12 – 200,89 mg/l. Nitrogen absorption in the vertiqua without using a biofical top filter ranges from 42,75 – 43,35 mg/l. The distribution value of effective nitrogen absorption in vertiqua using the top biofical filter is shown by a P value <0,05. Vertiqua with a biofical top filter is also able to reduce nitrogen levels so that fish survival is good.

The background of this research is that vertiqua is considered to have high production costs and small profits. Therefore, a business analysis is needed to increase the effectiveness of the fish farming business using the vertiqua system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aquaculture business using the vertiqua system including capital and profit obtained. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. The results of the research that has been done show that the R / C Ratio value obtained is 1.66, meaning that every 1 cycle cost expenditure will get 1.66 revenue. Koi fish farming using the vertiqua system is said to be feasible to continue because the R / C Ratio value is 1. The JWPM value with the calculation of 8 cycles for 1 year is 1.4, meaning that it takes 2 months and 2 days for the capital to return. Based on the business analysis conducted, the production of koi fish seeds using the upper biofical filter vertiqua system can be said to be feasible and has the potential to be further developed, because it can provide good profits with a good JWPM. In addition, cultivation using the upper biofical filter vertiqua system is very efficient in providing care for koi fish cultivation.

Vertiqua biofical top filter is a cultivation technique with a recirculation system that utilizes limited land. Vertiqua is a solution for cultivation. When cultivating koi fish in vertiqua, the feed capacity increases and there is a high nutrient load so that the waters are easily polluted, therefore the presence of an upper biophysical filter can reduce pollution. This is important to study, especially the structure of the phytoplankton community because it is one of the biological indicators of ponds in koi fish cultivation. This research was carried out for 6 weeks in Sindangpalay Ciberem Sukabumi. The research was carried out by taking phytoplankton in the vertiqua at intervals of once every 2 weeks. The data analysis in this research is abundance, diversity, uniformity and dominance. During the research results obtained were abundance 636-673, diversity 2.6, uniformity 0.9, and dominance 0.01. The water quality studied was ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, pH, DO, turbidity and temperature. These waters are stable and healthy, which is a positive indicator to support fish farming activities. The water quality in Vertiqua is classified as good and the ecosystem is balanced, these waters are ideal for supporting the productivity and health of farmed fish.

Limited land resources are a problem for fisheries, especially in urban areas. So the need for a new innovation in the field of fisheries for cultivation. Vertiqua (Vertical Aquaculture) is an innovation in vertical cultivation in limited land and water. The Vertiqua system as a cultivation medium has not been effective in increasing fish growth due to slow growth and high ammonia levels. Therefore, innovation is needed to increase the effectiveness of Vertiqua, namely by using the upper biofical filter. The data used to analyze is descriptive analysis by describing and describing the data that has been collected. Growth in length, weight, and survival, length-weight relationship, daily length growth rate, daily weight growth rate, and water quality were calculated using existing formulas. Comparative testing of growth was calculated using the T-test on the Mini Tab application. The results of the research showed that the top filter biofical vertiqua was able to increase the growth of koi fish. The growth value of the top biofical filter vertiqua is effective when compared to the soil pond. this is indicated by the value P<0.05. The upper biofical filter vertiqua system is also able to maintain the stability of water quality and suppress ammonia levels so that fish growth and survival are good. The vertiqua system with the upper biofical filter has an effect on fish growth, this is supported by the upper biofical filter, which is able to maintain water quality and suppress ammonia levels so that fish are not stressed and feed can be utilized properly.

Land and water sources are important in cultivation activities. Efforts to overcome the problem of limited land and water for cultivation include technology development. One of the technologies being developed is vertiqua. The Vertiqua that has been developed, both with and without biophysical filters, still has weaknesses, namely high levels of ammonia. Therefore, a biofical modification was carried out, namely using a biofical top filter to increase the effectiveness of reducing ammonia levels to support fish growth in the vertiqua. The aim of this research was to test the effectiveness of the biofical top filter on the rate of reduction in ammonia levels in the vertiqua. The research design was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) for one treatment with three repetitions, in this study with an upper biophysical filter as treatment and three vertiquas as repetitions. The data analysis carried out in this research was an experimental method. The results of the research are presented in the form of graphs, tables and narratives using Microsoft Word and Excel. As for testing, the research sample was tested with the middle value using Microsoft Excel and Minitab 21 by comparing the test results with the standard. According to the research results, the use of an upper biophysical filter can have an effect on maintaining physical and chemical water quality parameters (P<0.05) so that they comply with quality standards. However, there are several water quality parameters that do not comply with quality standards, such as pH and nitrite. The use of the upper biophysical filter type in the vertiqua koi fish cultivation system has an effect on reducing ammonia and maintaining water quality so that it meets quality standards. However, the nitrite value at the beginning was high, but after two weeks of testing the value began to decrease, indicating that the upper biofical filter was running optimally.

The artisanal shipping industry in Indonesia, particularly in Batam and Tanjungpinang, has experienced significant stagnation and decline due to the aging fleet and fleet extinction. The background of this study is based on the importance of the artisanal shipping industry in supporting the local and national maritime economy, as well as the major challenges facing the sector in maintaining efficient and sustainable operations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the juridical factors that cause the non-development of the people's shipping industry in the area, as well as identify legal measures that can support the development of this industry.  The research method applied combines normative and empirical approaches through case studies in Batam and Tanjungpinang. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with boat owners, fishermen, government officials, and maritime law experts, as well as analysis of relevant documents. The research integrates John Austin's positive law theory, Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory, and systems theory to analyze interactions within the maritime legal system. The results show that burdensome regulations, lack of access to financing, declining competitiveness, as well as environmental impacts and socio-economic factors are the main causes of the underdevelopment of the community shipping industry. Strict regulations and high operational costs make it difficult for small boat owners to comply with regulations, while limited access to financing hinders fleet rejuvenation and upgrades. An aging and inefficient fleet lowers the industry's competitiveness, and environmental pollution from old vessels worsens operating conditions. Suggestions include revising regulations to simplify and reduce administrative burdens, providing accessible financing and subsidy schemes, improving port infrastructure, and training and certification programs for ship owners and crew. In addition, international cooperation is also needed to adopt technology and best practices in the shipping industry. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to support the development of the small-scale shipping industry in Batam and Tanjungpinang, improve competitiveness, and make a greater contribution to Indonesia's maritime economy.

Basic education is the primary foundation in the development of human and societal quality. However, the quality of learning in primary schools is often influenced by the availability of adequate educational facilities. This study aims to identify educational problems at MIS Modern Az-Zakky Elementary School through a literature review and fishbone analysis. In this study, we collected and analyzed various relevant literature on the topic. The analysis results show that several educational problems, such as inadequate classrooms, insufficient learning equipment, and other supporting facilities, can significantly affect the quality of learning in primary schools. Existing educational problems can hinder the learning process, reduce student interest in learning, and lower students' academic achievement. Additionally, the impact of these problems can worsen educational disparities and the overall quality of education.

Abstract The objectives of this study were to identify the social strata/layers of the fish farming community in Samarinda City and to determine the strategy for aquaculture development in Samarinda City. Respondents in this study were selected using purposive sampling with a total of 26 respondents from fish farmers and 5 staff of the Fisheries Service. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative and SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that there are two social stratifications in the cultivation community in Samarinda City, namely middlemen/collecting traders and owner fish farmers. Positions as middlemen/collecting traders and fish farmers are status roles that are obtained because they are fought for through their own choices or efforts (achieved status). The top social layer is occupied by middlemen or collecting traders by looking at the level of wealth owned (ownership of vehicles, living conditions and ownership of luxury goods). The strategy that can be carried out for the development of aquaculture in Samarinda City is an aggressive strategy, namely optimizing technology and infrastructure to support the marketing of aquaculture products.

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Indonesia, an archipelago located in Southeast Asia, has long been known as a country with tremendous maritime potential. With more than 17,000 islands stretching along the equator, Indonesia occupies a unique position as the largest archipelago in the world. Papua, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, has enormous maritime potential that offers a variety of deep and broad development opportunities. Located at the eastern tip of Indonesia, Papua has a long and diverse coastline that runs along its territory. The maritime potential in Papua includes abundant fishery resources, rich marine ecosystems, and the potential for a promising tourism sector. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. data collection method used in this study is the method of literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study is content analysis or content analysis in which researchers use materials or literature in the form of books and journals related to the research topic. Papua has the potential to be a pioneer in sustainable economic development through the maritime sector. With prudent policies, strong collaboration, and attention to sustainability principles, Papua can harness its rich marine and mineral resources to achieve sustainable economic growth, environmental conservation, and the well-being of local communities. It is important to remember that the future of Papua lies in their own hands, with the full support of the government, private sector, and local communities, Papua can serve as an example for other regions in harnessing their maritime potential to achieve these same goals.
