Cookies are a type of patisserie product that is in great demand by the public. Most types of cookies need wheat flour as the basic ingredient, so that causing increased imports of wheat flour. To get around the amount of use of wheat flour so can be used flour from local food ingredients such as yellow sweet potato flour. Purpose of the research: 1) Knowing the composition of the ingredients that used in the making of oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 2) Knowing the process of making oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 3) Knowing the level of people's preference towards oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution. The methods used in this research are the method of literature, experimentation, documentation, questionnaire, sensory testing, hedonic testing and data analysis. Yellow sweet potato flour used was 15%, 30%, 45% of the weight of the flour. The results showed that oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour were the most preferred and accepted by the panelists as products with the substitution of yellow sweet potato flour as much as 30%.

There are three objectives in this study, namely to see the effect of company scale, liquidity and capital structure on internal financial performance. The research population took the financial data of companies or issuers of LQ-45 shares of 56 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was 36 companies with the criteria for issuing complete financial reports for the 2017-2020 period. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with the classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and test the coefficient of determination. All the results from the research show a significant effect but with different directions of the relationship. Bread has many types, one of which is sweet bread, the main ingredient in processed sweet bread is wheat flour. The high use of wheat flour causes the number of wheat imports in Indonesia to be high. The decrease in wheat imports can be reduced by using local food ingredients such as corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaf jam. This study aims to determine (1) the process of making gluten-free sweet bread from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves. (2) Gluten-free sweet bread recipe from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves (3) The level of public preference for gluten free sweet bread products from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves. The method used in this study is the method of literature, experiments, documentation, and sensory testing. The percentage of using cornflour and mocaf flour in making glute- free sweet bread is 50%:50%, 70%:30%, and 80%:20%, of the weight of wheat flour. The results showed that gluten-free sweet bread products were the most preferred with a ratio of 70% cornflour and 30% mocaf flour.

The purpose of this study is to produce a design to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method. Predictions are made by analyzing the financial statements of a company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the first phase of research are in the form of a review of bankruptcy prediction analysis using secondary data from banks in Indonesia that are already on the stock exchange and have branch offices in the city of Semarang, while the second year produces an information system design that has added value from the first year to the third year. testing the system that has been designed using actual financial statement data.

This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method covering concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution. The final result of this research is an animated video of mathematics learning about the material of flat shapes. Animated videos are used as an interesting and effective means of information and learning media. Besides that, it can also improve students' understanding and skills in learning mathematics, especially the material of flat shapes

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Pulmonary TB is a major problem in the prevention and eradication of TB in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for elderly people suffering from pulmonary TB at the Adam Malik Haji Central General Hospital, Medan in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 43 from April to June 2021. The research was conducted at RSUP. Human Rights at the MDR TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the role of nurses on medication compliance, while the multivariate analysis used medication compliance for elderly people suffering from multiple logistic pulmonary TB. Based on hypothesis testing using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, it was found that there was a significant relationship between family role and medication adherence (p=0.01). There is a significant relationship between. Based on multivariate analysis, the variable that was most related to medication adherence in MDR TB sufferers was informational family support (p=0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the supportive role of nurses and compliance with taking medication in TB sufferers.

This research was conducted at PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. The level of work discipline that can be seen from the delay and absence of employees. Job promotion systems that are still based on seniority are not based on work performance and employee discipline. Punishment that has not been resolute to employees. The population and sample in this study were 42 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples Data collection techniques are pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous job promotion and punishment affect the work discipline of employees of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. Partially, job promotion influences the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees. Partially punishment affects the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees. The magnitude of the determination coefficient that the adjusted R Square value is 0.502 means that promotion and punishment can explain employee discipline at 50.2% and the remaining 49.8% (100-50.2) influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: compensation, leadership and supervision of work and so on

This research was conducted to see whether there was an abnormal return before and after the Jakarta PSBB announcement. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique from 30 stocks that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the 2020 period. The data in this study used secondary data, opening, and closing prices, and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). This research is an event study using an event study with an observation period of eight days, four days before the announcement and after the day after the announcement of the Jakarta PSBB. Hypothesis testing uses the Wilcoxon signed ranking test. Based on the research results, there was no change in abnormal return before and after the announcement of the Jakarta PSBB announcement

Social media is a new phenomenon that has changed the way the business environment operates. The population and sample in this study are SMEs who open e-commerce businesses on social media. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 respondents. This research was motivated by the company increasing competition in the mobile phone operator in Indonesia. This affects the Prime XL card sales which fluctuated during the years 2016-2018.This study was conducted to determine how to analyze the influence of the brand influence impulse buying prepaid cards XL in Semarang. In this study the authors used below the line and positive emotions as independent variables to be studied how they affect impulse buying.  This study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population is XL event at Superindo Candi in Semarang where the amount is not known for certain. The sample used as many as 100 people with engineering sample selection of non-probability sampling using accidental sampling. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained in multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test results showed that each - each variable below the line and positive emotions partially influence and significant to the variable impulse buying.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, incentives, and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The sample used was 82 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.685, meaning that the variables of work ability, incentives, and work discipline could explain the variation in work productivity variables of 68.5%. The results of hypothesis testing with the statistical t test show that (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company growth, dividend policy and tax avoidance (study on the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 76 companies. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. The source of data in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was preceded by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination, t test and F test. In this study, the results of the analysis show that profitability has effect on firm value, liquidity has no effect on firm value, firm growth has no effect on firm value, dividend policy has effect on firm value, and tax avoidance has  effect on firm value.
