Goals – Goals from studies This is For explore approach strategic in development System Information Management (SIM) as integral part in support digital transformation of modern organizations. Study This referring to the works Jatnika et al. (2022–2024), including utilization Microsoft Office applications as skills supporting basis​ organizational digital literacy . Findings – Findings studies This show that SIM development is not just effort technical , but rather need strategic in support digital transformation . Key strategies covers design modular systems , data mining integration , training programs based users , and evaluation system in a way periodic . Components This allows organization build responsive and adaptive SIM ecosystem . Implications practical – Organizations that want to do digital transformation is necessary invest in development digital capabilities of sources Power the human as well as ensure effectiveness use developed SIM system in a way strategic can become driving force main in increase efficiency , accuracy , and capability taking decision across work units . This study aims to analyze the performance of the mailing system information in an expedition company using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The mailing information system plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the expedition company, particularly in managing the dispatch and delivery of letters and documents effectively and efficiently. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to illustrate and analyze the extent to which the system's performance meets user needs. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 25 respondents, consisting of 17 females and 8 males, to measure three key aspects of the system: user satisfaction, ease of use, and access speed. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents gave very positive assessments of the system. The easeof use aspect received the highest average score (4.4), followed by access speed (4.28) and satisfaction (4.24). However, there are areas that can still be improved, particularly regarding user satisfaction and system access speed for greater optimization. Overall, the study concludes that the mailing information system in the expedition companys functioning well, but the company needs to continue innovating and improving the system's performance to better meet user expectations.

Strategic planning of information systems needs to be used, because it can support business strategies in organizations or companies in order to achieve business goals more quickly. One method that can be used in strategic planning of information systems is the Ward and Peppard method. This method has a clear framework and also has analysis techniques that focus on business needs & information technology for the future. The purpose of this study is to see the use of the Ward and Peppard method in strategic planning of information systems. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of this study are that the Ward and Peppard method in strategic planning of information systems can be used as one of the preferred methods that can be used in carrying out strategic planning of information systems in various sectors of life.

The creation of the website of MaQis Alhamidy 4 Islamic Boarding School aims to provide an effective means of information and promotion to support the Qismart self-service store managed by the pesantren. In today's digital era, the existence of a website is very important for organizations, including Islamic educational institutions such as Pondok Pesantren MaQis Alhamidy 4. This website is designed not only to convey information about pesantren activities and services, but also to promote the pesantren self-service which serves as one of the main sources of income. Website development is carried out through several stages, namely observation, identification, implementation, and evaluation. The KKN Inovasi Pesantren Group 02 team, consisting of 16 members, was directly involved in this process. In the observation stage, the team observed and recorded the phenomena that occurred in the pesantren. Problem identification was conducted through interviews with pesantren administrators to understand the needs and challenges faced, especially related to the self-service information and promotion system. The implementation stage involved information collection and assistance in using the website as an information medium. Evaluation was conducted to reflect on the process and results achieved. The results of this project show that the developed website successfully created an effective platform to introduce and promote Qismart Supermarket to the community. The website facilitates access to important information and strengthens the brandi.

Employee attendance information systems are an important component in human resource (HR) management in various organizations. Auditing attendance system information is necessary to ensure that the system runs effectively and efficiently, and complies with applicable regulations and policies. COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Associated Technologies) is an audit framework that can be used to deploy attendance information systems. This research aims to conduct an audit of the employee attendance information system using the COBIT 4 framework. This audit was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency of the employee attendance information system at XYZ company. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, including interviews, observation and testing. The research results show that in general the employee attendance information system has been running well, but there are still several findings related to control and compliance weaknesses that need to be improved. The recommendations provided include improving access rights management, monitoring activities, as well as improving procedures and documentation.

EMERGENCY UNIT PATIENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN IN LANUD SULAIMAN BANDUNG HOSPITAL This research aimed to know emergency unit patient registration information system design in Lanud Sulaiman Bandung Hospital. The method was descriptive qualitative method approach to data collection techniques were direct observation, interview and literate studies that had relevance to the subject matter of research problem. The problems that hinder the process of registration in the emergency department included: 1). Processing Installation Emergency Unit registration report as a whole was still done manually and not structured; 2). Installation Emergency Unit type of service structured not yet, so many patients who were not emergency services who came to the Emergency Unit. The suggestions were given to the optimization process of emergency unit registration at Lanud Sulaiman Bandung Hospital, there were: 1). Coordination to the Head of Medical Records and Head of the Hospital for the addition of a registration officer in the emergency unit and supporting facilities such as computer information systems; 2) The hospital provides information such as notice boards or brochures about the schedule of doctors in the hospital.

Recording financial transactions is an important activity that must be carried out by a business. In accounting, recording financial transactions is a fundamental thing that must be done. With these records, all business financial transactions can be accounted for and brought to the financial statements. Computerized technology using barcodes in payment transactions has the aim of increasing speed, accuracy, and service quality. In carrying out payment administration activities still using the manual system will have an impact on the Administrative officer having difficulty finding data on students who want to pay and the network (LAN) has not been implemented on the computer is also a problem at the research site, because to share data with the treasurer and principal becomes constrained, data can be damaged, lost or misused because its security is not guaranteed. In solving these problems, the researchers collected data and facts that existed at the research site, then designed a payment administration information that was in accordance with the needs of the school. In making Administrative Information System Integrated With Barcode Reader, researchers used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, MySQL Server database as data storage media and Subtime Text as tools to create source code. In the preparation of this application using object-oriented methods.

Gramedia Digital application itself is a good innovation in the digital era now. Even though it has been used by users but there are still some obstacles or lack of information contained on the application, therefore it requires maturity and capability assessment of the application. The COBIT 5 framework is an IT audit standard that has been issued by ISACA, COBIT 5 itself has a total of 11 domains but this time the research only focuses on 5 domains namely EDM05, APO05, BAI04, DSS01, MEA01. The results of the maturity and capability level calculations from Gramedia Digital applications resulted in an average of EDM05 with a result of 2.7, APO05 with a result of 2.8, BAI04 with a result of 2.7, DSS01 with a result of 2.7, MEA01 with a result of 2.8. And the average capability generated by these domains is rounded to 3. The conclusion in this study gramedia Digital application has not met the targeted target of 4.

LSM-SAIN GGBI is moving agency onfield service child and church. CompanyInteractive profile is a multimedia based program that can used for support information andpromotion already there is on the SLM-SAIN GGBI. SAIN already do promotion with stage ToT (Training of trainers) as much three times, however even then not yet can reach whole region GGBI services, Year 2017-2020 ( before pandemic ) still a little churches involved in Movement Dear Indonesian children, so hinder achievement SAIN 's vision and mission for reach out , disciple and give socialization to children and churches.  LSM-SAIN GGBI needs a medium for help serve information and more promotions interesting and effective in reach children and churches, protect those who are still must keep going socialized as well as educating, without must do activity physical, that is with company profileinteractive.Interactive company profile could used for develop system information based on the website on the LSM -SAIN GGBI and could serve more view interesting for used children.  Results planning this in the form of company profile the interactive containing information and promotion of LSM-SAIN GGBI, Education, Socialization, and Games. Results from study this based onfrom test validation media expert is 37, from expert Theory is 36. Criteria this is atbetween 31-40 i.e belong to in valid category and results test try effectiveness product is 27. Criteria this are between 21 – 30 are classified as in category effective. So that toolhelp interactive company profile this could declared valid and effective as well as worthy for used.

At the Health Center an electronic medical record information system (RME) is used in the department registration, poly general, poly elderly, poly tooth, poly MCH, room integrated, room mtbs, psychology, physiotherapy, laboratory and nutrition. Perceived use describes the extent to which they can accept A technology specifically system record medical electronic (RME). Objective study This For analyze how much the perception and use of the electronic medical record information system (RME), how simple and easy it is to implement an electronic medical record information system (RME). And how much big enhancement performance can achieved blessing exists system information That, so analysis with the Technology Acceptance Model method was used . The type of research that used is descriptive analytic. Collection And study with use, observation And questionnaire. The subject population in this study were 30 officers who use information systems RME. The object of this study is the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Information System. Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

The development of information systems is increasingly rapidly nowadays requires a lot of educational institutions to develop information systems in educational environments that do not fall behind with other educational institutions. It's possible the parents and students will move to the educational institutions that have information systems that fast, accurate and reliable way to get the information required with skills no doubt in supporting the learning system. SMK Negeri 4 Kendal is located at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta Kendal, very aware of the importance of information systems. The information that fast, accurate and available at all times would be very helpful in the implementation of the learning process is also in the process of admission of new students. A newly established education institution four years ago was very concerned about the availability of information systems needed by students and parents so that information systems and the fabric of cooperation to do with ease. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. In this research, the application used is PHP programming MySQL database.
