This study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in determining the selling price of used cellphones with a case study on Kayyis Celluler Depok. This study was conducted to find out how to determine the selling price of used smart phones using the Mamdani fuzzy method approach. There are 4 fuzzy variables that will be modeled in this study, consisting of 3 input variables, namely the condition of the cellphone, market price, and cellphone accessories, and 1 output variable, namely the selling price of used cellphones. The inference process in the application of fuzzy operators uses the MIN implication function. Furthermore, the composition of all fuzzy outputs is performed using the max method. Then, confirmation or called defuzzification is done using the Centroid method.

Perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin global di tengah revolusi industry 4.0 dan Reformasi Birokrasi menuntut ASN memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman agar dapat memanfaatkan perubahan lingkungan menjadi suatu peluang dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perumusan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas. Perubahan paradigma pengembangan kompetensi mampu mendukung terwujudnya Smart ASN untuk pemerintahan berkelas dunia. Reformasi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun birokrasi sesuai dengan  Grand  Design  Reformasi  Birokrasi.  Dalam  menajdikan  ASN bertaraf internasional ini tidaklah mudah karena harus didukung oleh semua pihak baik itu regulasi yang jelas dan juga kesadaran dari masing-masing individu ASN. Peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan kompetensi disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan menuju ASN bertaraf internasional karena kinerja dan komptensi inilah yang menjadi modal  dalam  pelaksanaan  pelayaanan  publik  yang  semakin  berkualitas sesuai tujuan Reformasi Birokrasi. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah memiliki program yang dinamakan 6P, yang masuk dalam Human Capital Management Strategy. Program 6P itu melingkupi perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi, pengembangan kapasitas, penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan, promosi, rotasi, dan karier, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter generasi cerdas melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini mengkaji upaya yang telah dilakukan guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang pintar, peran dan kendala positifnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa generasi penerus mampu menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menunjukkan perilaku karakter dalam lingkungan. This study uses a descriptive method approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. This study examines the efforts that have been made by Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in shaping the character of the smart young generation, their roles and positive constraints. The purpose of this thesis is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in controlling electrical appliances, including turning on or off lights at home and controlling other electrical appliances. The method used in making the Design of Control System for Electrical Equipment Using Bluetooth Based on the Atmega 328 Microcontroller is a prototype. This research method consists of several stages, library research, analytical methods, design and implementation methods. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, komitmen organisasi, dan insentif terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual pada kantor dan instansi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 perangkat daerah yang terdiri dari 104 pegawai yang bekerja pada 26 Perangkat Daerah dan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, namun data yang berhasil dikembalikan dan diisi hanya 95 responden dan disusun secara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 2.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, dan insentif terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual.

Pegawai Roti Andika anak-anak muda yang familiar dengan smartphone, tetapi penggunaan smartphone tidak optimal. Fungsi Aplikasi imooji untuk memasarkan produk, kali ini kontennya berisi kepedulani lingkungan yaitu cara mengelola sampah yang benar. Target pelatihan meningkatkan penjualan melalui konten mengelola sampah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten menarik.

The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.

This community service is carried out to increase the literacy of housewives in using social media and to extract bijad information provided by social media, as well as provide training on how to use smartphones to housewives who do not know how to use smartphones. This service was attended by 38 participants and divided into three stages, the first of which was preparation, The second is the implementation and the third is evaluation, from the results of the service that has been done by housewives in Damungan Hamlet, Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency.

This article discusses the importance of saving for basic students in Sawu Hamlet, Sumberjo, Lamongan, as a proactive step in building financial literacy from an early age. The main focus is to provide an in-depth understanding of the concepts of saving, money management and financial planning through an educational approach that is packaged creatively, interestingly and can be applied in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on accounting understanding. The sampling method is purposive sampling and the sample used is 134 students from the Semarang University in 2018. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study with linear regression with software smartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a simultaneous effect on Accounting Understanding. Partially, Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have no effect on Accounting Understanding, while Spiritual Intelligence has no effect on Accounting Understanding.
