This research was conducted at the HKBP Sipange church in building Eco-Tourism for Pandan beach tourism in Sibolga, Pandan District, Central Tapanul, North Sumatra. Knowing the factors that limit the suitability index value of the HKBP Sipange church in building Eco-Tourism for Pandan beach tourism in Sibolga, factors which supports the profitability of beach tourism and to find out the Tourist Suitability Index (IKW). This research was conducted for 1 month, namely. From the beginning of March -April to the beginning of  Oktober 2023. The method used in this research is a descriptive, quantitative method. Determining the research location point is based on the regional representation of the object by considering the area of tourist activities such as point 1, water point, point 2, namely. Swimming activities and point 3 are often carried out. Boat operations that transport passengers around the island. The parameters measured in the Suitability Index for the HKBP Sipange church in building Eco-Tourism for Sibolga Pandan beach tourism, the beach tourism category are depth, type of beach, width of the beach, groundwater material, slope of the beach, speed. Currents, clarity, coastal land cover, biota threats and fresh water availability. Based on observations, the potential of Pandan Beach is that it has white sand and the waves are not too big. The results of the investigation show that the tourism suitability index of the three stations is that the value for station 1 is 2.695, while stations II and III have the same value, namely 2.795. This shows that Pandan Beach is very suitable (SI) for the category with a tourism suitability index value of 2.5. This shows that Pandan Beach, Central Tapanul, North Sumatra has a very good opportunity to become a destination for recreational beach tourism activities.

A network is a system in which computing devices are connected to each other and can share data and resources. To establish a connection, these network devices follow certain rules called communication protocols, both through physical and wireless technology. The performance level of a Wi-Fi network, for example inside a building, can be measured by how well users receive the Wi-Fi signal. The goal of this network is to establish timely and precise communication between users and data senders. A successful Internet connection often depends on receiving a strong and consistent signal, while a fluctuating or weak signal is undesirable. A commonly used approach to measure the average Wi-Fi signal level in a building without needing to understand every detail of the building layout is to use Single Slope Modeling (1SM). This model bases its calculations on the distance between the sending and receiving devices, so it can be used to analyze the performance of Wi-Fi networks, as is done in the case of educational institution buildings. Apart from that, in an effort to optimize network performance, a genetic algorithm was also created which was implemented using the PHP language. This algorithm is based on the principles of genetic algorithms to overcome optimization problems that may arise in the context of such networks.

Soil pH value either with KCl solution or with H2O are two important indicators needed to describe soil acidity. This study aims to determine the distribution of soil pH values in smallholder rubber plantations with different land topography classes in Pelepat Ilir Subdistrict, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The study used a survey method with a toposequence concept approach at a semi-detailed level, where observation points were made based on the upper tread polypedon, middle tread polypedon, and lower tread polypedon at each level of percent slope 15-24%, 8-15%, and 3-8%, and flat tread polypedon at a percent slope of 0-3%. Ten composite soils were taken from a mixture of 3 individual soil samples at each polypedon using a soil drill at a depth of 0-30 cm from the soil surface. Soil pH value analysis was conducted in the laboratory on each composite. The results showed that the pH value of the soil with 1:2 H2O solution was very acidic, and acidic for 1:2.5 KCl solution. The distribution of soil pH values showed that the lower slope had a higher pH value than the middle slope, and the upper slope had the lowest pH. Soil pH values decreased as the slope increased, and soils with flat topography were considered more fertile than those with high slopes. This result can be a recommendation in determining liming and fertilization doses, where higher doses are required for high slope soils than flat soils for optimum agricultural yields.

An investigation into the building is carried out to determine the suitability and safety of the building and the strength of the structure. The investigations to be carried out include field and laboratory investigations. This is done to determine the feasibility and safety of existing structures. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this investigation can provide recommendations regarding repair or strengthening methods if necessary, referring to the requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings SNI 2847:2019 and Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 2847:2019. From the results of structural testing using UPV and Hammer Test, it was found that the structural system is an open frame consisting of plates, beams and columns using concrete material, while the joists use steel plinths. The reinforcing steel used uses plain iron U40 as flexible reinforcement with shear reinforcement with U24. The quality of concrete obtained respectively for column f'c 25 MPa, beam f'c 22 MPa and floor slab f'c 22 MPa. Based on the results of the floor leveling survey to record the potential for building subsidence or floor sagging using a water level, it was concluded that there was no slope found in the building as a whole. The deflection that occurs is local and relatively flat. To meet the requirements, strengthening was carried out by increasing the dimensions of the columns and beams, adding plates to the steel profiles on the flange and web.

Topography in Papua is generally an area consisting of mountains and valleys that have various slopes. Means of transportation was planned in such a way that it had to go through the slope. One of them is on the New Furia Kotaraja road section. On this road section, the slope is cut so that the road is made safe and comfortable for motorists to pass. However, at several points there was damage to the road body which was identified as a landslide, namely the formation of an avalanche crown on the surface of the road body. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the stability of the slopes in order to obtain ways to overcome them. Analysis of slope stability on the New Furia Kotaraja road section used the GeoStudio 2007 Slope/W assist program and manually used the Fellenius method. From the analysis that has been carried out, given the condition of the road load and pore water pressure, it can be concluded that the slopes on the New Furia Kotaraja road section Km 0+000 – 0+520 are unstable slopes because according to the results of the calculation of the slope safety factor based on the Fellenius formula, namely 0.589, according to Bowles, the slope is unstable if the factor of safety is less than 1.07. Thus, the slopes on the Baru Furia Kotaraja Km 0+520 road section need to be treated in the form of a box cover / culvert, with a surface depth of 280 cm box coler because at that depth it has a rather dense soil type, silty sand, and a channel is also planned. square type drainage with dimensions (b = 2.00 ; h = 1.70 m ) to drain water discharge (Q = 0.68 m3/s), the slope becomes stable because the slope safety factor changes to 1.259 which according to Bowles's opinion the slope is included stable when the factor of safety is above 1.25.

Thus, the slope at Building C of the Faculty of Economics of Cenderawasih University needs to be handled in the form of evaluation or review of the plaster structure (talud), by improving the dimensions, and the slope is analyzed by drained conditions, the slope becomes stable as the slope safety factor changes to 1.557. which according to the safety factor (SF) slope is more than 1.5, and the calculation of Stabilita against shear of slope safety factor is 1,678, which according to safety factor more 1.5. The village of Banjarasri, located in the Kapanewon Kalibawang district of Yogyakarta Special Region, has great natural potential that can be developed into a tourist destination. One of the planned locations is Watu Belah Hill. The purpose of this community service activity is to identify the existing conditions of the development of Watu Belah Hill tourism and provide effective planning recommendations for the site. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys, observations, planning, and socialization to the local village officials. Based on the survey and observation results, it is found that the slope condition at the location of Watu Belah Hill tourism development has a slope angle of 160-400 with moderate potential for landslides. The geotechnical team of this community service activity recommends slope reinforcement using terracing and gabion structures for the development of Watu Belah Hill tourism.
