Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

Senam hamil merupakan terapi latihan gerak dan salah satu kegiatan dalam pelayanan selama kehamilan atau prenatal care yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil secara fisik dan mental saat menghadapi persalinan agar persalinan normal dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, aman, dan spontan. Kelenturan otot – otot dinding perut dan dasar panggul dapat mengurangi risiko ruptur (robekan) perineum. Ruptur perineum merupakan perlukaan pada jalan lahir yang terjadi pada proses persalinan pervaginam, ruptur perineum ini disebabkan pada saat persalinan perineum mengalami tekanan yang kuat dan mengalami peregangan yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya ruptur perineum yang disertai dengan adanya perlukaan vagina dengan derajat ruptur yang bervariasi (Syamsiah dan Rosita Malinda, 2018). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Talang Kabupaten Tegal jumlah persalinan pada bulan Januari – Oktober 2022 adalah sebanyak 121 orang dan 34 (28%) ibu bersalin mengalami ruptur perineum pada saat persalinan pervaginam. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dengan metode wawancara pada tanggal 01 Maret 2023 dengan 10 ibu hamil di Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan ibu hamil 100% belum pernah melakukan senam hamil selama kehamilan dan saat posyandu tidak di ajarkan senam hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang senam hamil. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tanggal 06 Maret 2023  di Balai Desa Bengle Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaladawa Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 30 ibu hamil dengan metode demonstrasi dan penyuluhan terkait senam hamil. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah ibu hamil  sangat antusias dan memberikan respon  positif terkait informasi senam hamil dengan alat bantu lembar balik dan leafleat.

Pregnancy is a period in which a woman carries an embryo or fetus in her body. The period of pregnancy starts from conception to the birth of the fetus. During pregnancy, the mother will experience physical and psychological changes. The physical changes that occur sometimes even cause discomfort for the mother, one of which is back pain. This study aims to determine the effect of Pregnancy Exercise on Reducing Back Pain in Pregnant Women at Elisabeth Midwife Independent Practice, Mandailing Natal District in 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a research approach with a prepost test design with one group test. Population is all pregnant women in the Elisabeth Midwife Independent Practice, Mandailing Natal District in 2022, totaling 28 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 28 people obtained by using total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-Samples T Test. The results obtained in this study were from 28 respondents, there was an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain in pregnant women with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing back pain in pregnant women. It is recommended for health workers to improve counseling related to reducing back pain in pregnant women with pregnancy exercise.
