Pelayanan paspor bagi pemohon disabilitas di Indonesia, khususnya di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Semarang, masih menghadapi kesenjangan signifikan dalam implementasi prinsip pelayanan publik ramah Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), termasuk hambatan fisik dan prosedural. Meskipun ada kebijakan afirmatif, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak pemohon disabilitas masih mengalami kesulitan. Kendala ini mencakup aspek normatif, kelembagaan, sumber daya, infrastruktur, dan budaya pelayanan yang belum sepenuhnya menjadikan HAM sebagai inti orientasi pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan penerapan prinsip ramah HAM dalam pelayanan paspor bagi pemohon disabilitas di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Semarang, serta mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) untuk menggali dan menganalisis urgensi implementasi prinsip pelayanan publik ramah HAM, didukung oleh studi kasus kontekstual dari analisis kebijakan, laporan lembaga, dan publikasi daring. Penerapan prinsip keselamatan, kemudahan, kegunaan, dan kemandirian di Kantor Imigrasi Semarang menunjukkan arah positif dalam pelayanan paspor yang selaras dengan semangat pelayanan publik ramah HAM. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan standar teknis, kurangnya petugas terlatih, fasilitas fisik yang belum universal, dan orientasi kinerja yang fokus pada efisiensi administratif. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Semarang telah berada pada jalur pelayanan publik yang inklusif dan berdimensi HAM, namun memerlukan penguatan melalui standar operasional eksplisit, pelatihan SDM berkelanjutan, penataan fasilitas universal, dan reformasi budaya pelayanan untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang manusiawi dan nondiskriminatif.

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan memberikan kontribusi nyata kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas program UKPI Pengajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh UKPI UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, dampak, dan luaran dari program UKPI Pengajaran terhadap mahasiswa maupun siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program UKPI Pengajaran memberikan dampak positif terhadap siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi, semangat belajar, kedisiplinan, serta keaktifan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan pengalaman dan wawasan kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang komunikasi, pengajaran, kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, dan kepedulian sosial terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Kehadiran siswa dalam kegiatan pengajaran mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Program UKPI Pengajaran merupakan bentuk implementasi pengabdian masyarakat yang tidak hanya membantu proses pendidikan di sekolah, tetapi juga mengembangkan kemampuan intelektual, sosial, dan karakter siswa maupun siswa secara berkelanjutan sehingga memberikan manfaat positif bagi dunia pendidikan dan masyarakat lingkungan.

This community service activity was carried out through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program at SDN 30 V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra. The activity aimed to restore the psychological condition and learning spirit of students who experienced trauma following a fire disaster. Five educational games were implemented, namely sendok tepung (spoon and flour), pipet aqua (straw transfer), naga balon (balloon dragon), biskuit Roma (biscuit game), and joget balon (balloon dance). These games were selected to stimulate physical, social, emotional, and mental aspects of students. The instruction was delivered directly using a microphone and speaker system, with a storytelling approach that sparked imagination rather than evoking pity. The impact was measured through behavioral observation, with positive indicators including students transitioning from drooping posture to upright, laughter replacing silence, and passive children beginning to vocalize and cheer. Results indicated that educational game-based socialization is effective as a non-therapeutic initial psychosocial recovery strategy for disaster-affected children. This activity demonstrates that simple and participatory methods can significantly contribute to restoring children's learning motivation and psychological resilience post-disaster.

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi, namun dalam praktiknya masih terdapat variasi kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis dan kondisi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kesejahteraan kerja, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada CV Berkah Sarana Anugerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 30 pegawai yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kesejahteraan kerja, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikologis dan kondisi kerja yang mendukung. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran organisasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kesejahteraan, dan semangat kerja pegawai guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal dan berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on work morale with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Dofla Jaya Properti Padang. The research sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant effect on work morale. And the work environment has no effect and is not significant on work motivation, the work environment has no effect and is not significant on work morale. And work motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation on work morale, work motivation is not able to mediate the effect of the work environment on work morale. The conclusion of this study shows that increasing employee work morale is more effectively done through providing appropriate compensation and increasing work motivation.

Football in Indonesia is not merely a sport but a social phenomenon that triggers massive public emotional engagement. Every result of the Indonesian National Team, particularly in prestigious events such as the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, often generates waves of opinion in digital spaces filled with criticism, support, and disappointment. The failure of the Indonesian National Team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers has become an important momentum to systematically understand public perception. The purpose of this study is to identify the distribution of public sentiment and to reveal the main issues most frequently discussed through keyword visualization, thereby providing an overview of societal reactions. This research utilizes 971 comments from the TikTok platform as the primary dataset, collected through a crawling process and processed using text mining stages before being classified with a sentiment analysis method. The findings indicate a sentiment distribution dominated by Neutral at 63.67%, Negative at 32.36%, and Positive at 3.97%. The word cloud visualization highlights dominant keywords such as “Pecat” (Dismiss), “Evaluasi” (Evaluation), and “PSSI” (Indonesian Football Association), reflecting public criticism of managerial aspects, although positive words such as “Semangat” (Spirit) and “Dukung” (Support) also appear, emphasizing supporter loyalty. These results contribute to an empirical understanding of the issues most highlighted by the public and the distribution of collective emotions, which can serve as a basis for PSSI and stakeholders in formulating communication strategies, policy evaluations, and improvements to the national football management system.

The phenomenon of students displaying lazy attitudes and a lack of learning motivation represents a major challenge in the teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in various schools across Indonesia. This condition has a direct impact on low levels of student engagement and the achievement of expected learning objectives. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the multidimensional causes of this phenomenon, including internal student factors such as learning interest, levels of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and learning styles, as well as external factors encompassing the role of teachers, particularly in the selection of instructional methods, classroom management, and pedagogical interactions. In addition, the family environment, peer influence, and digital culture are also important factors affecting students’ learning motivation. The article also presents various practical and integrated strategies that can be implemented by PAI teachers to enhance students’ learning motivation. The proposed approaches include strengthening value-based classroom management rooted in Islamic principles, applying active, participatory, and contextual learning methods, and reinforcing collaboration between schools and families in building a positive learning culture. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and classroom action research (CAR), the analysis shows that teachers’ emotional engagement, the implementation of educational reward systems, reflection on religious values, and experiential learning are able to increase students’ intrinsic motivation. This study implies the importance of curriculum innovation and strengthening professional development for PAI teachers to better orient learning toward fostering students’ enthusiasm for learning and the sustainable development of religious character in the digital era.
