This study aims to evaluate the quality of Trans Semanggi Suroboyo public transportation services with the support of the GoBis application system as a form of digital-based public service innovation in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with the SERVQUAL (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) theoretical approach. The data used includes secondary data from the Surabaya Transportation Office, with the number of GoBis users reaching 327,018 people, GoBis balance users 42,833 people, and saving ticket users 2,095 people. The results of the study show that the tangible and reliability dimensions are relatively good, shown through modern fleet conditions and fairly consistent departure schedules. However, in the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, there are still obstacles related to the speed of response of digital systems, transaction security, and limitations of users' digital literacy. The utilization of GoBis' digital transaction feature is still low compared to the total number of application users. This study concludes that the success of Trans Semanggi Suroboyo is highly dependent on the integration between the quality of physical services and the effectiveness of the digital system. It is necessary to strengthen technological infrastructure, improve data security, and digital education for the public so that the quality of smart transportation in the city of Surabaya can run optimally and sustainably according to the principles of smart mobility.

This program is motivated by the low level of formal financial literacy, particularly regarding Sharia banking, among the village community. The methods used are outreach and mentoring, focusing on two main pillars: instilling wise money management habits and introducing Sharia banking services. The results of the activities indicate an increase in community awareness of the importance of saving as a foundation for wise money management from an early age. Participants learn to manage expenses, distinguish between needs and wants, and prepare funds for the future, which are habits that form the basis for healthy and responsible financial behavior. In addition, the community is provided with a comprehensive understanding of the various financial services provided by Sharia banks, such as savings, deposits, checking accounts, ATM cards, and digital services. This understanding empowers the community to manage their money and conduct transactions safely and efficiently through a formal banking system that complies with Sharia principles. Overall, this program contributes significantly to increasing Sharia financial inclusion and literacy in Perkebunan Gunung Melayu Village.

This study aims to examine how family conflict resolution is represented in the 2024 Korean drama Queen of Tears. The research employed a qualitative approach using content analysis, focusing on 16 episodes that highlight family conflict dynamics and resolution strategies. The analysis concentrated on the evolution of communication patterns among characters throughout the storyline. The findings reveal that the drama portrays a transformation from destructive to constructive communication. In the early stages, conflicts are characterized by closed communication, passive-aggressive behavior, triangulation, and false assumptions. However, as the story progresses, these patterns shift toward open, empathetic, assertive, and collaborative communication, allowing for healthier and more adaptive resolutions. Furthermore, the study identifies the influence of Korean cultural values such as jeong (emotional bonds), nunchi (social sensitivity), face-saving, and collectivism in shaping how characters handle conflicts and reach reconciliation. This representation not only reflects the complexity of conflict within the Korean cultural context but also provides audiences with practical models for conflict resolution. Consequently, the drama serves not only as a form of entertainment but also as an educational medium that promotes effective family communication. The findings of this research contribute significantly to studies on family communication, media representation, and popular culture, offering insights into how television narratives can shape perceptions of interpersonal relationships and conflict management strategies.

Public Financial Management (PFM) is a critical element of good governance, transparency, and accountability, with direct implications for education and youth development. Despite its significance, research on PFM in these sectors remains fragmented, limiting a holistic understanding of its impact. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to synthesize existing scholarship on PFM in education and youth affairs, following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. A comprehensive search across Scopus and Web of Science identified peer-reviewed studies addressing financial governance, budgeting practices, accountability mechanisms, and financial literacy programs. The findings reveal that effective PFM contributes to improved educational outcomes by enhancing financial literacy, ensuring timely budget disbursement, promoting student savings, and enabling equitable access to financial education. Conversely, persistent challenges such as delays in fund allocation, weak accountability, and disparities in program implementation continue to hinder progress. The review also highlights the broader implications of SLRs in advancing curriculum innovation, guiding evidence-based policymaking, and strengthening accountability frameworks in education finance. This study contributes to both theory and practice by offering an integrated synthesis of PFM in education and youth affairs, identifying critical research gaps, and providing recommendations for policymakers and practitioners. The results underscore the importance of embedding financial literacy into school curricula, adopting performance-based budgeting, and fostering collaboration between researchers and policymakers. Ultimately, strengthening PFM in education not only enhances institutional efficiency but also equips youth with the financial skills and opportunities required for sustainable social and economic development The findings from this review contribute to the ongoing discourse on PFM by offering an integrated synthesis of current knowledge. The study not only uncovers critical research gaps but also provides actionable recommendations for both policymakers and practitioners.

Advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including socio-economic activities such as arisan (social gathering). Arisan, which was previously conducted conventionally, has now begun to transform into online arisan. This change offers several advantages, including ease of access, reduced time constraints, and a wider range of participation. However, behind this convenience, an equally important challenge lies the lack of regulation and oversight of online arisan practices, which are prone to legal threats. This study aims to examine the urgency of creating written agreements in the implementation of online arisan and examine their legal force as a form of legal protection for the actors, both organizers and members. Using a normative juridical method through a regulatory-statutory approach and case studies, this study emphasizes the importance of legal validity in civil relations formed through online arisan. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that written agreements in online arisan have legally binding force as long as they meet the requirements for a valid agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The existence of a written agreement can increase legal certainty, strengthen the legal standing of the parties, and serve as valid evidence in the event of a breach of contract. Therefore, creating a written agreement is crucial to avoid losses and strengthen legal protection in online arisan (social savings and credit) practices. Furthermore, a written agreement also reflects the good faith of the parties in carrying out their commitments professionally and responsibly. This serves as an important foundation for building trust and creating a transparent and accountable online arisan system. Therefore, it is recommended that every online arisan participant create a clear written agreement and have it notarized to strengthen its legality.

Based on research conducted using normative and empirical juridical methods at Class I and IIA Correctional Institutions in Bandar Lampung, the implementation of wage rights for inmates participating in independence development programs as mandated by Law No. 22 of 2022 and Government Regulation No. 32 of 1999 shows that the wage distribution mechanism (50% incentive for inmates, 35% for development funds, and 15% to the state treasury) has been executed through collective labor agreements and an integrated bookkeeping system. The results indicate that over 70% of inmates actively participate in productive activities such as carpentry and handicrafts, with an average wage increase of 15% within one year due to innovations in waste-based craft products. However, productivity varies between activities (85% of target in woodworking versus 60% in sewing) due to raw material constraints, and wage disbursement is delayed by an average of 10 working days because of manual verification procedures and report synchronization. To optimize this system, it is recommended to increase the number of coaching and administrative staff, improve production facilities, digitize bookkeeping and inmate savings accounts, and diversify programs according to local market needs.

This research aims to determine whether the budget formulation of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative is in accordance with the norms and statutory regulations as stipulated in Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, particularly in relation to Article 33 paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution, which emphasizes the principle of independence in the national economy. The results of this study focus on optimizing the establishment of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative to support the formation of national-scale cooperatives that function not only as savings and loan institutions driving the economy, but also address the challenges and risks that may arise from the establishment of the Merah Putih Cooperative. First, the issue of economic scale is crucial. Operations at the village level are often limited by available resources and market reach. Second, human resource capacity is a determining factor. The management of funds amounting to IDR 3–5 billion requires financial, business, operational, and marketing management skills that are not always present in every village. Experience with Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) shows that one of their main challenges is finding local residents who are truly skilled managers. Third, elite capture or control by local elites can become a bottleneck. In villages with weak governance, influential figures may abuse their authority to control the cooperative for personal gain. Similar occurrences are often found in grant programs from Ministries/Agencies or the private sector, where key individuals dominate and exploit these resources for their own interests. Fourth, the risk of fraud.

Online rotating savings groups (arisan) are a form of activity involving numerous members with the purpose of periodic fund collection. In practice, these activities often give rise to various legal issues, one of which is the breach of obligations (wanprestasi) by members in fulfilling their payment commitments. Such breaches result in legal consequences that not only harm the involved parties but also have the potential to erode public trust in online rotating savings activities. One case that serves as the focus of this research is Decision Number 41/Pdt.G/2021/PN Pwd, which addresses the issue of breach of obligations within the E-Master online rotating savings group. This study aims to analyze the legal consequences arising from breaches of obligations by members in the payment of arisan contributions under civil law. Employing a normative juridical approach and case study method, this research underscores the importance of legal certainty in resolving disputes related to online rotating savings. Furthermore, it highlights the need for more specific legal regulations governing online rotating savings activities to safeguard the rights of all involved parties.

Public enthusiasm for government bonds is high due to the view that such investments are considered more saving and promising. In 1950 the government issued ORI with interest of 3% per year, but the bonds failed to pay because the government at that time did not have enough money so that many investors holding bonds as Government Debt Instruments experienced losses. In this research, a juridical analysis of the position of the parties in Government Debt Instruments (SUN) was carried out and an analysis of the form of legal protection for holders of Government Debt Instruments (SUN) in the risk of default provided by the government. The research method used in writing this law is normative juridical, with a statutory approach. There are findings that installments of principal and interest on state debt securities will be included as expenditure items in the APBN each year. In the event that the risk of default does not sever the civil relationship between the SUN Issuer and the SUN holder as an Investor in a civil relationship, investors who suffer losses based on their civil rights can file a lawsuit for default due to the risk of default.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. This model is intended so that the presenter (material provider) and participants are not bored, comfortable in communicating and feedback appears quickly. In the future, training or workshops will be more directed to more technical or specific, for example capital market investment, mutual funds or other investment models.

This research aims to evaluate and examine the authority of banks in protecting customers from banking crimes based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority which still does not fully cover the principle of justice. This research also aims to reconstruct the legal role of banks in providing protection to customers from banking crimes with the principle of justice. The approach method used in this research is a normative legal approach (normative juridical), which refers to legal research that uses analysis of library materials or secondary data. The results show that banking, as an institution that relies on public trust, must provide guarantees to the public. Banks must also be able to maintain the confidentiality of information regarding customers and their savings. Therefore, it is important to continue to supervise and develop banking institutions so that they can function efficiently, fairly, competitively, and can maintain and protect funds deposited by customers.
