The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. The government has an important role so that the implementation of the fulfillment of community food is carried out the same as the fulfillment of other rights. Therefore, efforts to fulfill community food are a serious problem in development programs, both those that have been launched by the Regional Government and the Central Government. Efforts to fulfill food by the Regional Government by realizing food availability are also carried out by the government in Java. Java Island itself is the center of rice production in Indonesia because it is able to produce the largest rice production, especially East Java Province with a total production of 12,198,707 tons. The aim of this community service is to increase socialization of the GHIPPA program to meet the water irrigation needs of the village. In order to achieve this target, the Nganjuk Regency Government has started implementing various programs to increase agricultural production. However, there is a major obstacle to increasing production,  namely  the  availability  of  deep  water.  Therefore,  the  Nganjuk Regency  Government  is  trying  to  overcome  the  availability  of  water.  These include providing irrigation network infrastructure, Farmer Business Level Irrigation Network/Village Irrigation Network (JITUT/JIDES), Farming Business Roads, Pumping and Empowerment of the Water User Farmers Association (GHIPPA).

Rice is one of the important food crops for the people of Indonesia to meet the need for carbohydrates. This food ingredient contains 73 g of carbohydrates and 8 g of protein in every 100 g of material. As a major food crop, continuity of production is urgently needed so that the quality and quantity remains available. The obstacle often faced by farmers in efforts to increase rice production is the presence of plant-disturbing organisms (OPT). One type of plant-disturbing organism that attacks rice plants is the Wereng Pest, causing losses in quality and quantity. Brown planthoppers and green leafhoppers are groups of pests that can cause rice plants to die or reduce production to the detriment of farmers. The purpose of this research is to conduct outreach to farmers regarding the dangers and what can be done so as not to be exposed to Wereng Pests. This activity was held on June 19 2023 in Gedangkulut Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency.
