Developing countries tend to experience inflation, countries with inflation rates of less than 3% are still achieving normal standards, while countries with high and unstable inflation experience economic instability. increase in prospects. A general and continuous decline in the price level of goods and services in a country leads to higher levels of poverty and unemployment. This study uses quantitative methods using time series data collected between 2016 and 2020 and statistical calculations using SPSS. The results showed that the inflation rate was 3.532> t table 2.306 and the significance level was 0.039 < . 0.05, which means that inflation affects Indonesia's economic growth / Growth Domestic Product (GDP).

The business world is getting tougher due to the large number of new companies. Company management must compete and overcome difficulties. Shareholders need to evaluate the company's prospects in the future. The stock return received by shareholders is one of the important factors that help investors assess the company's prospects. The purpose of this study is to analyze and review the effect of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, funding cash flow on stock returns moderated by firm value. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. By describing the data obtained from literature review, a phenomenon can be studied. These data can provide new insights into the phenomenon and identify problems that remain unanswered. The results of this study indicate that the variables of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow affect stock returns. And company value can moderate dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow on stock returns.

Basically, merger, merger, and expropriation are actions that are unknown and also not developed in Indonesia. Mergers, mergers, and takeovers are also very vulnerable to monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, therefore the Law on antimonopoly strongly violates marger, acquisition, and consolidation which is likely to result in monopolistic practices or unfair business competition, which has been regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The Competition Supervisory Commission also has the obligation to conduct investigations and examinations on unfair business actors, and the existence of unfair business competition can result in an imbalance of economic power because it is controlled by one pillar only and this can lead to unfair business competition. The purpose of this study is to be able to understand the takeover procedure carried out by PT. Sarana Farmindo Utama to PT. The prospect of Karyatama in Decision Number Case 28 / KPPU-M / 2019 and also to be able to understand the settlement of cases carried out by PT. This community service activity aims to empower the youth of Karang Taruna in Rukun Warga 06, Cipedak area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, through training in basic home electrical installation. The empowerment initiative is expected to enhance the participants’ technical skills and economic independence in facing the challenges of the job market, particularly in the electrical sector, which offers broad prospects. The implementation methods include material delivery/counseling sessions, hands-on practical training, and participant skill evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of basic electrical installation and adequate practical skills applicable at the household level. Participant success was assessed based on their ability to assemble electrical circuits and conduct electricity through prepared media, as indicated by the illumination of light bulbs in each installed circuit. This activity has had a positive impact in shaping more productive youth who are ready to compete in the workforce, while also contributing to community-based local development. The results of the counseling and training on electrical installation for simple houses showed that 80% of the participants were able to carry out residential electrical installations properly and in accordance with the PUIL 2000 standards.
