The aim of this research is to: 1) determine an influence of entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the UNS Office Administration Education study program; 2) determine an influence of the social environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the UNS Office Administration Education study program; and 3) determine an influence of entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of UNS Office Administration Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this research is all students from the 2019 and 2020 Office Administration Education Study Program, totaling 113 students. This research uses a proportional stratified random sampling technique for sampling. The data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 24.0 program. The research results show that: 1) there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial learning on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the calculated t value (1.712) > t table (1.658). 2) there is a positive influence of the social environment on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the calculated t value (2.099) > t table (1.658). 3) there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together on interest in entrepreneurship as evidenced by the value of Fcount (6.287) > Ftable (3.08). The research results also show that entrepreneurial learning and the social environment together can influence interest in entrepreneurship by 10.3%, while the other 89.7% is influenced by other variables. Therefore, the overall results of this data analysis support the existing hypothesis.

Stock returns are one of the indicators in investor investment decision making. Factors that influence stock returns are internal (fundamental) factors, namely ROA, DPR and EPS. The purpose of this study was to determine: the effect of Return On Asset (ROA) on Stock Returns, the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Stock Returns, and the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS) on Stock Returns in Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: Return On Asset (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) does not affect Stock Returns, and Earnings Per Share (EPS) does not affect Stock Returns. The implication of this study for investors is that they can use ROA as the main indicator in analyzing potential opportunities to gain profit from capital gains from stock returns before making investment decisions. The implication for management is to focus on strategies to optimize the use of assets to generate greater profits. Meanwhile, the implications for regulators and policy makers are to encourage transparency in financial reports and the preparation of capital market literacy programs.

Mathematics anxiety can reduce students' ability to understand and solve mathematical problems, thus affecting their overall attitude towards mathematics. Mathematics anxiety, a psychological factor that can affect students' learning achievement in mathematics learning in high school, makes it the most challenging subject in school. This study aimed to identify the effect of mathematics anxiety on students' learning achievement at the high school level and to analyze strategic factors that can help reduce mathematics anxiety for students. This study used a quantitative method with an ex post facto research type with a correlational design. The population was grade X high school students in South Tangerang, with a sample size of 84. The side technique used cluster random sampling. Data collection used an instrument in the form of a mathematics anxiety and learning achievement questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through partial correlation and multiple correlation with a significance level of 0.05, and the prerequisite test analysis used normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The results showed that mathematics anxiety influenced by self-efficacy factors, classroom climate, and academic support from parents and peers significantly affected students' learning achievement in high school. Schools can facilitate a more conducive learning environment to minimize mathematics anxiety and improve learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the relationship between empathy and emotional independence in 9th grade students of SMP Sejahtera Koja, North Jakarta. The background of this study is the importance of empathy as an aspect of emotional intelligence in social interaction, which is increasingly fading among adolescents, as well as the role of emotional independence as an indicator of individual emotional maturity. The study used a quantitative approach with 69 respondents, through data collection using a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed that the effect of empathy on emotional independence is very small (R value = 0.194 and coefficient of determination of 3.8%). This finding suggests that other factors, such as parenting, environment and social interaction, are more dominant in influencing emotional independence. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a holistic education program in improving students' empathy and emotional independence.

This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.
