Automatic motorcycle spare part sales have increased along with the high use of automatic two-wheeled vehicles in the community. To support optimal sales strategies and stock management, customer purchasing pattern analysis is required. This study uses the FP-Growth algorithm to identify association patterns between automatic motorcycle spare part products that are frequently purchased together. FP-Growth was chosen because of its ability to efficiently find frequent itemsets without the need to generate candidate itemsets as in the Apriori algorithm. Transaction data is processed to form an FP-Tree which is then extracted to find relationships between items. The analysis results show combinations of products that frequently appear together, such as brake pads and engine oil, which can be used as a basis for compiling sales packages, product placement, and product recommendations. By implementing the FP-Growth algorithm, spare part stores or workshops can improve service and efficiency in sales management.

This study investigates the implementation of a simple supply chain strengthening program to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Malaysian market. Indonesian MSMEs face challenges in market entry, including limited knowledge of export procedures, high distribution costs, and low product acceptance due to labeling and packaging issues. The research aims to evaluate whether targeted, low-cost interventions can improve MSME readiness and performance in international trade. A total of 40 MSMEs from the food and beverage, handicraft, and processed product sectors participated, with 55 owners, managers, and employees engaged in training and mentoring activities. Data were collected using pre–post knowledge questionnaires, logistics cost records, product placement monitoring, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. The program resulted in a 35% increase in knowledge scores, a 15% reduction in average distribution costs, a rise in product acceptance from 45% to 72%, and successful distribution partnerships for 8 MSMEs, leading to a 180% increase in monthly orders. The findings indicate that practice-based, contextual training combined with logistics optimization and market facilitation significantly enhances MSME competitiveness. Low-cost interventions are shown to be effective and scalable, providing practical guidance for policymakers and support institutions. The study contributes to the literature on MSME export readiness by demonstrating that structured, simple supply chain strategies can deliver measurable outcomes in low-resource settings. Future research should examine larger samples, longer monitoring periods, and additional markets to assess long-term sustainability and sector-specific strategies

This study proposes a hybrid approach combining Frequent Itemset Mining (FIM) and Algorithms and Genetic Algorithm for product layout optimization with a case study at PT. MPI Pharmacy. The FIM Algorithms is employed to extract association rules from 1,000 beauty product sales transactions, while the Genetic Algorithm is utilized to perform product placement based on these rules generated, with storage space constraints. Implementation results demonstrate that this hybrid approach successfully identifies 18 key association rules (support >15, confidence >80%) and proposes an optimal layout configuration model that reduces customer travel distance by 25 compared to conventional layouts used by MPI Pharmacy. The Genetic Algorithm solves complex rule-based optimization problems for product placement, which are limited by traditional market basket analysis (MBA) approaches that rely solely on association rules. This hybrid sistem not only improves pharmacy operational efficiency at PT MPI (reducing service time by 18) but also increases cross-selling opportunities by 22. Hence, inventory operations management impproved efficiently. The research findings contribute to the field of retail space optimization by effectively integrating association rule mining and evolutionary computation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of retail layout on customer satisfaction levels at PT Trans Retail Medan Carrefour. In an increasingly competitive retail industry, store layout is one of the strategic factors that can affect comfort, shopping efficiency, and customer perceptions of service quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods, involving 60 respondents who are active customers of Transmart Carrefour Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out through distributing questionnaires and direct observation. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that retail layout has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a contribution of 75.9% to the variation in satisfaction levels. The layout factors that contribute the most include product placement, aisle design, lighting, signage, and ease of access between areas. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing store layout as a strategy to improve the shopping experience and customer loyalty. Thus, retail management is advised to continue to evaluate and innovate in spatial planning in order to meet consumer expectations sustainably.

Product placement is a promotional strategy which can be identified as a purposeful incorporation of product into an influential manner with a use of any other media. However, most of the countries have prohibited advertising soft liquor products via traditional media because of health issues caused by soft liquor products. Thus, the soft liquor manufacturers tended to invest in product placement. This paper reports the findings of how product placement influence on consumer purchases intention of soft liquor products. The study has focused on investigating the possible reasons for consumers to influence on product placement strategies and the product elements that they exposed to and used to, even in the presence of a wider range. Suggestions for further research are presented in the form of propositions.

Kopiko's positive reputation as a global brand is a consideration for PT Mayora Indah Tbk in innovating its marketing by choosing a product placement strategy. Product placement is a form of brand placement, product packaging or certain logos that are integrated with the film plot. PT Mayora Indah Tbk chose to market Kopiko in Korean drama series considering that Korean dramas are currently popular and have many fans in the world. This research aims to analyze the use of Korean drama entertainment as a marketing strategy for local Kopiko products. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data comes from search results in various official publications and relevant digital databases. The research results show that the product placement that appears in the drama is done by inserting advertisements naturally in an effort to touch the thoughts and feelings of the audience by clearly displaying the product, brand and logo of the Kopiko candy. Product placement in popular dramas accompanied by the attractiveness of the actresses involved can arouse curiosity in potential consumers to find out more about the product that appears. Kopiko's first appearance in the Korean drama entitled 'Vincenzo', followed by other Korean dramas, became a hot topic of conversation on social media. Indonesian people seem enthusiastic about the emergence of Indonesian brands and quite a few feel proud because local products appear in Korean dramas which have recently been in great demand by people from various parts of the world.

Product Placement adalah strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan penempatan produk dalam konten media. Ini adalah strategi populer bagi merek untuk menjangkau konsumen dan memengaruhi perilaku pembelian seperti purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product Placement dan Product Quality di Drakor Little Women terhadap Purchase Intention produk Kopiko Coffee Candy Blister Pack. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sampel terdiri dari 347 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product placement dan product quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention produk Kopiko Coffee Candy Blister Pack. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product placemen dapat menjadi cara yang baik untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Namun, efek product placement cenderung dimoderasi oleh product quality. Merek harus mempertimbangkan untuk menggunakan product placement bersamaan dengan produk berkualitas tinggi untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas kampanye pemasaran.

The business world requires companies to increase product renewal, including visual merchandising, to attract consumer visits to obtain company income. Visual merchandising in companies can make asset visualizations look more attractive. Visual merchandising will provide visualization of product placement to assist marketing at Camperia Café & Resto in order to have a comfortable, relaxed and quiet atmosphere to be enjoyed. The design objective is to apply the camping ground concept in miniature form to get a unique Camperia Cafe & Resto atmosphere in the eyes of the target audience. 4D design and analysis methods use AIDAS to produce relevant work. The design results are in the form of mockups with supporting media in the form of catalogs, animated videos, posters, x-banners, stickers, key chains, and mugs.
