Background: Gout arthritis (gout) is a disease that arises due to excessive blood uric acid levels, which causes excessive blood uric acid levels, namely the production of uric acid in the body more than its disposal, besides that the cause of excessive uric acid production in the body can occur due to genetic factors (congenital), food factors. Complaints of gout arthritis pain vary from mild, moderate to severe. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to relieve gout arthritis pain is warm ginger compresses. This study aims to see the effect of warm ginger compresses on the gout arthritis pain scale. Methods: This research is a type of pre-experimental research, namely experimental research without a control group. The research was conducted with a one group pre-posttest design. Sampling using total sampling technique. Results: The results of the Friedman test showed a P value (0.000). The results of this study indicate that warm ginger compresses can reduce gout arthritis pain. Conclusion: There is a significant effect on the level of gout arthritis pain before and after the warm ginger compress intervention

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

Service quality is the level of perfection in meeting consumer needs. Satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment that someone experiences after comparing the performance or results of a product with their expectations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels at the Makassar City Regional Hospital. The research method used was descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional design. The instrument used was a questionnaire regarding inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels. The study population consisted of inpatients in the Internal Medicine Department of the Makassar City Regional Hospital in October 2023. The sample consisted of 67 individuals according to predetermined criteria. The data collected were analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The majority (38.81%) of patients stated that the quality of service provided was high and 68.66% of patients claimed to be satisfied. The analysis results showed that the calculated r value was 0.627, which is greater than the tabled r value of 0.364. From these analysis results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between inpatient service quality and patient satisfaction levels.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Mayjen Sungkono University Group 17 Thematic Science KKN activities are located in Betro Village. Betro Village has great potential in processing tofu, with the abundance of soybean raw materials and the skills of its people, making their local tofu products widely sought after. Betro Village has more than 10 white tofu factories that are still operating today. Betro Village also has a factory that produces tofu that has been fried and is ready to be sold. This research focuses on developing tofu processing innovations which aims to design innovative solutions to increase the selling value of tofu products by identifying the potential and needs of the local market in Betro Village. This activity aims to provide experience and as a learning process to explore village potential which can have a positive impact on the village economy.

The influence of social factors on interest in using Islamic financial services is an important topic in the banking industry. Social factors such as reference groups, family, role, and status have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Islamic banks. This study uses qualitative research methods to understand the social dynamics that influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. The results show that social factors, including social environment and Islamic financial literacy, influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. Therefore, Islamic banks need to pay attention to social factors in designing marketing strategies and services in order to meet the needs and desires of the community. The suggestion is to conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the community regarding Islamic financial products and services.

This study aims to describe the stages of development and feasibility of teaching materials assisted by the Filmorago application for class VII description text material. The use of the Borg and Gall model in this study modified by Sugiyono, namely through the potential and problem analysis stage, data collection, product design, design validation, revision and trial stage. The validation stage included material expert lecturers and media expert lecturers to evaluate the feasibility of the material and the feasibility of the media. The sample of this study was 31 students of class VII of SMP Swasta Musyawarah Perbulan. Data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet for validation of material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the product of the teaching material for description text assisted by the Filmorago application gets research results with the criteria "Very Good" with an average of 90%, with the results of the material expert validator of 85% with Very Good criteria" As well as the results of the media expert validator of 90% with the criteria "Very Good" The results of the product trial received a score from the teacher of 96% with the criteria "Very Good" and a student assessment of 90% with the criteria "Very Good". Therefore, class VII description text-assisted teaching materials are very feasible to use in learning.

The activity partner is the Arrahmah women's group, a coastal community of Pinggir Papas who processes mangroves into cookies. This processed mangrove product has relatively low marketing where it is only produced when there is an order for an important exhibition or event. Generally, mangrove cookies are sold in bulk or without packaging. Where the packaging used is plastic packaging without labels or product information. One effort that can support the development of the mangrove cookies business is by providing attractive and informative packaging technology so that it can increase product purchasing power. Partners themselves do not yet have the skills to design attractive packaging that can increase product purchasing power. As is the problem with micro businesses, the skills possessed by partners in entrepreneurship and creating product attractiveness are still low. One effort to improve product marketing is by designing attractive packaging and providing entrepreneurial training to partners. The output of this activity is partner empowerment in the form of increasing entrepreneurial skills and increasing product attractiveness through attractive and informative packaging designs. Other outputs from service activities are online mass media publications and article publications in the national journal ISNN.]

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

Indonesia has about 81,000 km of coastline making coastal areas of great significance to the Indonesian economy. Development in coastal areas is very important to provide an improved quality of life to coastal communities with the development of health services, education, infrastructure to places of worship such as mosques/mushola. The platform structure of a floating mosque or mushola building is unique in its platform part, which resembles a building on stilts. Based on the data obtained, the majority of students do not understand the type of floating building construction. Therefore, product development on the construction of floating prayer rooms with interactive augmented reality (AR) based learning media using the Assemblr Studio application and developed with the 4D model consisting of the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The product in the form of this media is intended to display a 3D model in the form of an architecturally floating mushola building with illustrations of the surrounding environment, displaying a 3D model in the form of a structure of a floating mushola building along with its explanation, displaying supporting videos in the form of building renderings and structural development stages of a floating mushola building. This learning media has gone through validity testing by material experts and media experts and obtained a feasibility score of 4.14 (predicate feasible) for the material validation test and obtained a feasibility score of 4.17 (predicate very feasible) for the media validation test.

The bakery industry is a sector that continues to grow through the crisis period in 2021 when Indonesia managed to record the highest bread sales in the Southeast Asia region with total transactions reaching USD 18.7 billion. Mak MPOEQ cake house in Bogor is one of the small food industries that has continued to produce during the Covid 19 pandemic until now. Bakery products are sensitive to contamination so they can easily and potentially spread food safety hazards. An integrated system of control and quality management of manufactured products is required, which makes it possible to implement timely measures to prevent, identify and eliminate deficiencies and errors in production, to provide reliable information about the products produced to consumers. To date, a system based on the use of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles has been able to overcome these food safety problems well. The design of the HACCP system at Mak MPOEQ's cake house has been implemented through a community service mentoring program for staff from FMIPA Pakuan University in the period April-December 2023. The coaching is carried out following the stages of implementing the HACCP system as stated in SNI CAC/RCP 1 of 2011 issued by National Standardization Agency. The basic requirements for HACCP itself have been prepared by partners since 2021. The results of the hazard analysis carried out on the MPOEG Mak Cake House production system found 7 significant hazards out of the 20 hazards evaluated. Next, using the Codex decision tree, 4 CPPs were determined from the 7 hazards, namely egg receiving, flour sifting, filing, and vla cooking. Based on these 4 CCPs, a HACCP Plan has been prepared which focuses control on cleanliness when receiving eggs, physical contamination when sifting flour, sanitary bacteria from worker cross-contamination, and temperature and cooking time. All controls are carried out per activity batch and verified periodically.

This study aims to examine the growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews.Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. In addition, the net profit generated shows good financial management. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of business networks, marketing strategies, service production processes, and financial management in running a wedding organizer service business.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial element in modern life, encompassing the management, manipulation, and transfer of information across media platforms. UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

So that it becomes a source of ideas in new innovations in the world of nail art. The purpose of this study was to find out how to make nail art by utilizing zalacca peels. In this study using the method, observation, documentation, literature and experimental methods Utilization of zalacca skin in making nail art through three stages, namely preparation of material tools and manufacturing steps. The results of the feasibility test from the five validators, namely the color assessment indicator score 23 is said to be very feasible, the form score 23 is said to be very feasible, the neatness score is 21 is said to be very feasible, and the design gets a score of 23 which is said to be very feasible so that it can be concluded that the product is said to be very feasible. .5% nail art color involved suitable for women's skin, 98.8% beauty nail art color gradations, 96.3% beauty nail art accessories, 98.8% accessories for fantasy makeup, 61.3% nail art accessories in fashion, 86.3% zalacca nail art accessories not excessive, 96.3% accessories on nail art to match, 96.3% nail art able to compete and 98.8% nail art being one of the innovations based on the results of the test 87% of respondents said they liked snake fruit nail art products

Tucking techniques are rarely used in making clothes, designers prefer to follow today's fashion trends, tucking manipulation techniques are able to change ordinary fabrics into 3-dimensional shapes, the purpose of this study is to be able to find out the finished results of making tucking techniques and to be able to find out the finished results of making simple dresses using variations of tucking techniques. The method used is the R & D method, to produce products and test the effectiveness of these products. The author has tested the tucking technique using 3 materials, namely satin, cotton, and balotelli fabric, as well as the size of folds and between folds 1.5 cm: 1.5 cm, 2 cm: 1 cm and 2 cm: 2 cm, trials have been validated to ask for assessments and suggestions related to materials and crease sizes that are suitable to be applied in making tucking,  Balotelli material and the size of folds and folds 1.5 cm : 1.5 cm get the best value from the 4 validators. The process of making tucking to look neat must pay attention to the crease used with an accurate size, ensure the seam is straight, and ensure the sewn fold is ironed until slippery before sewing on the horizontal line.

One of the techniques used to make fantasy party dresses is the textile stitch and slash technique. The stitch and slash technique is a textile processing technique by changing the texture of the cloth to get a different impression so as to add aesthetic value. The purpose of applying the stitch and slash technique to fantasy clothing is so that the clothing has aesthetic value and high selling value. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection such as observation, literature and documentation as well as data analysis. The process of making fantasy party dresses with the manipulation textile stitch and slash technique starts from making designs, analyzing designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing, and the finished product. Making fantasy party dresses with manipulation textile stitch and slash using satin and chiffon fabrics. Making clothes using the stitch and slash technique needs to pay attention to the layers that are stacked to produce fiber thickness, using a brush that has stiff bristles can help remove the fibers so as to produce a good stitch and slash texture and to make it easier to sew stitch and slash on clothing, pins are needed. so that the layer stack does not shift.

The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.
