This community service article focuses on the main issues faced by food processing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Watesprojo Village, Mojokerto, namely stagnant productivity and sales due to the lack of implementation of innovation strategies, which directly hinders the improvement of the welfare of local Human Resources (HR). The main objectives of this activity are to increase MSMEs' understanding of innovation models, increase HR productivity through process innovation, and encourage significant sales increases through the adoption of digital marketing innovations. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) for six weeks, involving hands-on workshops, personalized coaching clinics, simple technology transfers such as semi-automatic vacuum packaging, and intensive mentoring for e-commerce account creation and visual branding. The results of the community service showed a high level of success, evidenced by an average increase in innovation understanding scores of 71% and an increase in production output per working hour of 18%. The most significant impact was seen in the marketing aspect, where MSMEs recorded an average increase in online sales of 35%, expanding market reach beyond Mojokerto. Sociologically, this program successfully triggered proactive behavioral changes and fostered a new social institution in the form of a Local Leader, the "Watesprojo UMKM Digital Ambassador," who ensured the sustainability of self-reliance. Dumping, characterized by selling goods at below-market prices in export markets, poses significant ethical and economic concerns in global trade. Islamic law (shariah), with its emphasis on justice, equity, and harm reduction, provides a unique lens for analyzing such practices. This review synthesizes insights from scholarly works to explore the compatibility of Islamic legal principles with anti-dumping measures. Key findings include Islamic jurisprudence’s proactive stance against predatory pricing (siyasah al-ighraq) for its potential to harm market stability and marginalize smaller producers. Studies show that Islamic law prioritizes public welfare (maslahah) and promotes ethical market behaviors, offering alternative regulatory perspectives to address trade malpractice. Through case studies like Indonesia’s WTO defense on paper dumping and comparative analyses with Saudi trade laws, this review highlights the robust ethical foundation Islamic law brings to contemporary international trade debates. The synthesis concludes by advocating integrative frameworks to harmonize Islamic ethics with global trade governance.

Demand for additional electric power increases as electricity demand increases, but the process is often hampered by obstacles in the operational workflow. The main objective of this research is to analyze operational risks in kWh addition services using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method using the 5 Why technique and fishbone diagram. The RCA method equipped with a fishbone diagram will produce a mapping of the causes of operational risk obstacles in the PT XYZ kWh addition service in a structured manner. In the process, the author identifies and analyzes the various risks faced, and proposes improvements aimed at improving service quality. Based on the results of the research analysis, there are two operational risks related to kWh addition, namely: the migration process of postpaid kWh meters to prepaid meters and the use of electricity by customers who exceed the contracted power. The conclusion shows that most of the operational risks come from customer behavior. Proposed improvements include increasing the frequency of inspections, proactive planning for power additions, and transparency of information to customers. The results of this report are expected to make a positive contribution to operational risk management at PT XYZ and improve customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how innovatice behavior and creativity affect the productivity of millennial workers in Bandar Lampung's tourist and hospitality sector. In order to accomplish this, a quantitative technique was used in the research, and data was gathered via a Likert scale questionnaire. Because the exact number of population members is unclear, the study used a purposive sampling method to establish the sample size, which amounted to 150 respondents. Software called SPSS 26 was used to examine research data, instruments, and hypothesis testing. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis approach. The study's findings demonstrate that innovative and creative behavior benefit millennial workers' performance in the tourism and hospitality sectors in Bandar Lampung. Workers show efficacy in putting ideas into practice, but they are not as proactive in seeking out novel chances. Despite a propensity to be cautious when attempting new ideas, employee innovation has proved to be crucial to organizational success. As a result, encouraging innovation is crucial for raising employee performance and fostering organizational expansion.
